Overview:
This mod is designed to change the default rock texture in SimCity 4. This mod will look great with the default maxis terrain. The goal is to have it look like a mossy rock texture. Best look is if trees are planted on the rock face to produce shrubs.
Installation:
To install, save the file to your SimCity 4 Plugins Folder. (My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\) Unzip it. Make sure there is only ONE rock/terrain mod installed at a time. If there is more than one, a crash will occur.
Compatibility:
This mod is not compatable with any other rock/terrain mod. This, however, will work with any mod that modifies the games water textures.
