I was going to upload this a few weeks ago, but then I had some problems to get this lot to work as I wished it to. Once I finally got it all working (youppie....this is one of my first time tweaking the stats of a lot etc) someone else uploaded a similar Garbagelot and therefore I didn't want to create any competition with him, I waited until today. So here it finally is on the STEX.
This is one of my own lots using ONLY Maxis props and textures, no dependencies. The stats of this lot are unreal, so don't tell me that they are, I know..... It was made for my cities, since I didn't like to have the same garbage removal lots in every city and needed some diversity and also something not too hard on my budget and pollution.
This lot works similar to an Incinerator, but without the high costs and the darn pollution. I don't know how these Sims get rid of all that garbage that fast and without a trace, but they do a heck of a good job. Plopcost  $500
Bulldozing costs  $80
Maintenance costs $180
Waste Energy 50,000
Power generated 5,000
and very low on polution Sitting on a 4x3 lot, it can be plopped right in the middle of residentials (only if you want to) without hurting them too much (it's probably the high fence that hides all that dirt from the near Sims....if they only knew)

It is found in the garbage menu.
Only 1 file included, make sure that you have the right game for it..... .....and unzip it in the MyDocuments/Simcity4/Plugins folder. Have Fun with Nexis.
