This is a single tile wide access ramp for your OWW2 boardwalks that features a large pedestrian ramp that extends down toward the parking area. This lot can be usefull in providing extra variety to your boardwalks and the plaza areas behind them. It can be used with your OWW2 Boardwalks, your CDKM Marina complex and the upcoming OWW2 Seaport Village collection. All lot properties are similar to those of the 1x Plaza lot.
