This is a little oddity based on the building found here (http://www.edilportale.com/livingbox/Scheda_Progetto.asp?portale=&IDP=46657). I have mnodelled this as three R§ 1x2 lots and an R§§3 4x4 estate housing seven of them in a nicely lanscaped park area. All the models are actually props so they are therefore also available to you to make your own lots.   Please be aware that the R$ lots will grow like weeds in the early stages of the game, but will be quickly demolished to make way for more up-market housing. The contents of the folder contained within the download zip archive may then be dragged directly to that folder.   Prop files This download works by having the main models as props. This, therefore, means that the building is available for you to use on your custom lots.
