It is a woodland lodge where the slightly bettor off Sims can go to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and commune with nature.   The model is here presented as a 2x2 Landmark Lot, 2x2 R$$3 and 2x3 R$$5 Lots, and a Prop file so that you can build your own lots. If you use the Prop file in a Lot of your own and then release it please DO NOT include the Prop filw with your files, but instead point your dependency to this file.
