MGB T21 Mod Preview + Seasonal Flora Families
=============================================

 a) T21 Mod
 ----------

 File:	zMGB T21 Mod - MAVE4.dat

 This file is intended to work with LRM v5 (compatible with all styles).
 Note: LRM is not required for my mod to work, it only adds Seasonal Trees.
 If you are using LRM, please place this file in the same folder as the
 Override Set.dat file, without renaming it. This will ensure it works as intended.

 b) Seasonal Flora Families
 --------------------------

 Folder MGB - FloraFamilies

 You should copy this folder as-is, you can remove any files within you do not require
 but to ensure things work, it's best to keep all the FF files in one folder.

 Files:	MGB-C_FF_T##.dat

 Note that C = Creator / T = Tree type / ## denotes LE or MM (where applicable)

 Currently I have created 16 different Flora Families based on Girafe and AGC trees.
 You can install as many or as few of these files as you choose. Only those tree types
 that you have in Plugins can appear on the T21s.

 For example, if you only wanted to see Chestnuts and Elms, you'd only install these two files:

	MGB-Grfe_FF_ChestnutsLE.dat
	MGB-Grfe_FF_ElmsLE.dat

 It is possible to change which of these FF (Flora Family) files are in use. So say you
 wanted to see Chestnuts and Elms on a particular stretch of Avenue and did so using the
 files in the above example. Having got things how you want them, you save the game and now
 want to use a different selection of trees. This is totally possible, just by switching
 around the FF files in use, however with 2 caveats:

	1) You MUST keep the special file aMGB-FloraFamilies_PropBase.dat in Plugins at
	   all times (plus any dependencies used).
	2) If the trees 're-grow', they will be switched to those from the currently
	   installed selection of trees only.

 Limitations
 ===========

 Seasonal Flora Families are special, unlike Prop Families, they allow the Seasonal aspect
 to be kept for trees, whilst still chosing them from a random pool. However, there are
 some downsides from using them. The worst being they must be planted on the 1st September
 or they will otherwise not sync with the seasons correctly. More annoyingly, T21s update
 when the condtions around them dictate doing so. For example an Avenue changes its
 wealthing when a higher wealth or density zone type becomes domminant. Since when that
 happens isn't really in a player's control, it inevitably requires you to pause on the
 1st September and re-plant all the trees anew for affected segments.

 I get this isn't ideal, but there isn't any way to use such families otherwise. The best
 advice I can give, wait for development to stabilise, don't rush to correct the seasons
 every time something changes.

 Dependencies
 ============

 The filenames include the Creator and Tree type for all trees. You need the corresponding
 download to use that FF, again using our example, that would be Girafe's Chestnuts and Elms.
 Note where LE or MM is suffixed to the filename, that means either the Lot Editor or
 Mayor mode version is required. This is only applicaple to Girafe's trees I think. You can
 in each case install the entire download, but if you prefer a lighter install, you can only
 install the necessary PropPack file you need.
