Notes:
Intransigent literally means "unnachgiebig", but I think "unverbesserlich" fits better. In general, we use "unnachgiebig" in context of
  someone making you a suggestion or an advice and you refuse at all costs, which has imo little to do with what's going on at the police.
While the game's default German translation for the Police kiosk is "Kleines Revier", I personally think that "Kleiner Polizeistand" fits
  better. Please decide yourself which one to use.
