Paeng's Yellow Garden
--------------------------------

Parks and Gardens add a lot of color to any city, so I figure one can't have too much variety. Here is a little set with a sun-yellow base.

The main lot is a 4x4 $$$-park with a fountain, benches, an icecream-vendor and some people wandering around, surrounded by hedges and rose beds.

I chose that size because I always seem to miss it in my game, as most parks are 2x2, 3x3 and then continue at 5x5.

In addition there are some optional pieces to make a path or extend the basic park:

1x1 straight
1x1 corner
1x1 t-section
1x1 cross-section
2x1 straight with playground
2x2 straight with snackbar offset to one side
1x1 endpiece with small zen garden
1x1 endpiece with koi pond

The 1x1 straight is best plopped with alternating directions, to get a variation in placement of trees and lights (i.e. <- -> <- ->).

Many of the props are families (trees, flowerbeds, people etc.), so you get some variation when plopping multiple pieces. I kept the pathways rather simple (few props), so they look wellgroomed, not cluttered or crowded.

BONUS
--------------------------------

To get some balance, I included another lot - a 4x4 $-park for low wealth areas with lots of stuff like dilapidated and dismantled cars, some pipe-laying construction, a basketball game, quite a lot of garbage, graffitti billboards, mysterious luxury limousines appearing in the evening...

Even if it is a pretty crummy place, the folks from the neighborhood are still happy to have it.

There are no special path-pieces for this park, you can do those easily with any kind of industrial path or ped-tiles.

Dependencies
--------------------------------
I used two very basic files, which you most probably have:

BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol01
BSC Textures Vol 01

All pieces are in separate files, so you can delete any you do not wish to use.

Enjoy :-)
