    Torre Canne Marina Torre Canne is here the coastal city which is located in the Federal territory of San Foca. The city is divided into different areas, today we see the Marina district. Early in the morning here is the Rotunda, with a beautiful Fountain, which connects the city with the SF-25 highway (A-25). While the clock is ticking and it's coming at noon and lunch time here's a nice music offered by NightRide FM. While the tropical heat rises and the sea is crystal clear the boats coming in and out in the seaport. Here's a beautiful seaport with roundabouts and historical center. The beaches of Torre Canne and the seaport. Meanwhile here is the highway. ... And the encounter between the SF-25 motorway (A-25) and SF-30 (A-30) with a small glimpse of the industrial sector of Torre Canne Marina. Other beaches and the seaport. While the Sun is calndo and the night is coming here is a beautiful sunset panorama. The last moment of light before the night comes on the roundabout with the beautiful Fountain. Now even some music provided by NightRide FM. Downtown near the seaport. The Central Avenue at night The old town at night A roundabout at night and the sea The beach at night to see the stars Yet another view of the town. As a final image the Torre Canne lighthouse at night. And with this news bomb, is now closing! See you next article.   3. Hello Simtropolis. I'm just going to cut to the chase and keep it simple because I tried to type this already and forgot to highlight everything and hit Ctrl+C prior to clicking submit. Yeah... So, I founded two cities on a new region, connected them up after some development, put all the jobs in the first so that everyone in the second goes there to work, and upgraded my "main street" connection to an avenue. What happens is mass swaths of no job zots in the second city that constantly change, and all traffic in and out of the city at the connection point is changed exclusively to pedestrians. I'm certain the pedestrians and zots are somehow connected. All of this happens every time I make avenue connections, starting since about a year ago, even though I've been playing the game for much, much longer than that. Any solutions? I use the NAM. Thanks in advance.
  4. Hi, is there a way to get a sidewalk on a smooth 45 curved avenue? I know how to make curves with the single square pieces, (roads, one-ways) but can't get the avenue to curve without using the plopping feature, thus not having a sidewalk. Thanks in advance.

As most of you, I'm dealing with poppables et al, I downloaded Jenx's Hôtel de Ville, I was lucky enough with most downloads, they usually work, I follow rules and that's it, until now: as this has no roof, I choose to check the dependencies, tried them all to no avail. Now it has not even most of the walls... nevertheless, what bothers me the most is any of those dependencies have affected avenues somhow, They look odd or boxes appear where flora is supposed to be, what shall I do?   6. Is there an avenue download out there that will (optionally) get rid of the center island? Just two center stripes/ center turn lane? Anybody know anything that makes a functional three lane one way? Are there any center island mods for bizarre intersections? (4 one ways coming in one side, exits into 3 lane two way with one way on another side and diagonals coming in from the fourth and fifth sides? ) One way streets? Is there an extender that will allow for a bridge to go over a neighborhood?

    This PEG Utopia Series MOD changes the appearance of the Avenue Medians in Industrial areas of your cities. Just like the RES/COM Avenue Medians Mod, this Industrial version will provide a modern Utopian feel to your industrial areas. The mod was designed to enhance the PEG Utopia series of lots... but can be used by themselves in any city to give the shabby looking default avenues a sorely needed facelift. This mod only replaces the game-default props that are used on the straight sections of avenues. By default, the game does not put any center barrier props on diagonal or curved sections of the avenues... and neither does this mod. It does not change any textures so it can be safely used with any other avenue mod you may use. In contrast to the blue streetlights used in the RES/COM mod, this Industrial version uses the yellowish colored streetlights found in many real-world industrial areas. At zoom levels 3 & 4, this makes identifying the various zones of city much easier at night. Note: After installation, you will need to replop/drag the straight sections of your avenues in order to see the new avenue median props. Likewise, if the mod is uninstalled, you will need to replop/drag the avenues in cities where the mod was used. ** This file has no dependencies. All Pegasus files are now legacy content and are no longer officially supported - however support from the wider community can be requested here.

The mod will give your avenues a sparkling new look that matches that wonderous new Utopian society you are building. They were designed to enhance the PEG Utopia series of lots... but can be used by themselves in any city to give the shabby looking default avenues a sorely needed facelift. This mod only replaces the game-default props that are used on the straight sections of avenues. By default, the game does not put any center barrier props on diagonal or curved sections of the avenues... and neither does this mod. Coral colored planters will appear in Residential areas. Normal cement colored planters will show up in Commercial areas and & sections of avenue dominated by Civic and/or other ploppable lots. This mod uses several new custom props and light cone models that have been optimized to use a single small image instead of the normal 20 or more. The illuminated tree you will see at night, for instance... is actually a custom light cone model that uses just one single rendered image.
