  1. Yes, maximum flexibility is a good thing. Just think about how city painters can integrate the building into their city. Remember we cant delete the props or trees that come with building. However in-game we can add whatever we like. You could add some minimal paved floor area to certain areas, but not grass. The assets I've seen with grass never look good and will never match the grass of the theme. Diffuse looks good, I'm surprised the roof turned out nicely.
  2. I think a 2048x204 texture on this building would look amazing. I saw some Victorian terraced houses in your collection which I'd love to see in cities skylines as I'm building a UK city. All of your assets look amazing, I would probably download all of them. Just remember to lower the whites and saturation on the diffuse texture and not to add props or parking in the asset editor. Only the entrance is needed.

  5. Actually I just fixed it for now at least. I loaded a previous save and the buildings were switched back on again. I loaded the most recent save and most of the buildings were fixed but still a few remained switched off. So I will keep loading different saves until they all fix I guess. I had tried reloading many times but maybe waiting a day after doing so might be effective I'm not sure. Seems a very random problem. Thanks again Avanya.

  9. I want to delete props using the asset editor with a building that uses sub buildings. But I can only select the props from one half of the asset. How can I delete all of them?
  10. I had a shadow flickering issue. I knew it was a mod because It gone when I disabled all mods. If you have camera positions mod and cinematic camera mod, you need to enable enhanced zoom continued. This disables the FOV feature of camera positions mod and you should have no more flickering. You could also disable cinematic camera if you want. I hope this works for some of you, It seems there are many ways in which flickering occurs. I'm sorry I cant help you guys who have flickering with the base game.

  12. Now when I start the game my user game state disappears from the local folder? It always uses a state with some mods and assets enabled, which I can change and then play. But I have to change them every time I start the game now. Any ideas much appreciated. After loading just now all my mods were gone even the vanilla ones. And I couldn't disable all my assets at once like I normally can.

  14. Thank you Ronyx, I didn't think to look there. I like the ambitious ideas here. I thought for a minute you meant a tornado with several T-rexes flying round in it. But I see what you meant now with the destruction path. XD The wiki says custom animations aren't supported. At least T-rexes stand upright, maybe it's possible?
  15. How do we import models to be used as citizens. I see the template but none of my models work. I imagine this could have a lot of potential, maybe we could have cities full of aliens, or very fast zombies. Or maybe lots of bloody penguins, roaming the streets. Although you have to have a mod that lets you select what citizens you want. Otherwise the penguins would be amongst normal citizens. I've already made a zombie prop. I like to know how to put him in my city? Also does anyone know if we have access to the vanilla main citizen models and not just the lods, so I can dump them?
