  1. The new chat does not seem to work on Vivaldi 1.10.838.7. Edit: Clearing the cache and reloading fixed it.
  2. The problem is you got the wrong shade of red, it's a tiny bit too dark for the game to recognize it. Here, I fixed it for you: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wqvyep8rji5kcxh/config_fixed.bmp?dl=1
  3. I don't see it.
  4. I've noticed this happening after telling the game to use a different folder to save regions, plugins and such. Try removing that option from the shortcut parameters. Or, if you haven't done that, try doing it, add -UserDir:"C:\Path\To\Folder" to the end of the shortcut path. Replace the path with wherever you want the game to save everything. If this doesn't work, try reinstalling as @rsc204 suggested.
  5. i'm back again, this time with my home desktop
  6. It means it's no longer officially supported, and not recommended to be used.
  7. Rush Hour.
  8. I've played it. While it is a good game, I've found that it, like many other space games, is a fairly shallow experience. I'd definitely be up for a multiplayer game sometime though. I only have the base game.
  9. My only complaint is that you might have overdone the filters a bit, especially on the daytime shots. Other than that, I like what I'm seeing.

  11. That setting disables all advisor popups.
  12. I don't think that mod is very useful anyway; You can disable the advisor popups in the game settings. But if you'd rather use the mod, here you go:
  13. I tend to build futuristic or semi-futuristic cities ranging from vast pincushions to smaller, more rural towns and various poorer settlements. Lately I've also been building significantly less dense cities. I've been told my cities tend to have a south-east Asian look to them, though that is for the most part unintentional, the only real exception being my choice of SAM style and various Japanese BATs I sometimes use. I do try not to restrict myself to one particular building style, but instead try to depict a future in which various cultures (and as a result, various building styles) have mixed to form what can probably be described as an absolute mess.
