  1. Balance is SO Critical to Building Your City

Balance is only ciritical due to trade failing all the time, and having a system in which contracts can be cancelled at will for a better offer with no penalty. Hopefuly it will get better. [edit] Incidentally satisfaction in this game seems to mean squat for residents. All it does is slow down the rate that people move in. I've yet to see any noticeable loss of pop for anything other than accidentally deleting the connection to my city hall.

When monte cristo fail, you shall reap the backlash here. How do ST recoup this? Advertising, exposure, epeening at connection to developers for the advancement of their own misdirected careers. Enjoy. Oh did I mention Monte Cristo's profit margin for a marginally complete product is going to be huge and they can't splash out for a forums? Perhaps you see the trend, and problem Teddy. My position is not one without foundation, but I appretiate your perspective.

There is no sympathy to be given for them especially given their payment model. Their profit margin will be insane. Hey they don't even shell out for their own forums. They pawn it off to some mooks who'll do it for free. It'd just be great to know if they're planning an overhaul later down the line, or like I said, maybe it's an installation issue or I'm otherwise missing something.quote> Perfect, if they're planning it soomTM wise, then that's great. I'll probably sub up at that point. Right now it chugs on my processor. Thanks Reg. P.s. shameless plug, selling 18 units of food on caliban, cheapest on the market. The game spazed and aborted all my contracts yesterday so now I can't log into my city till they're snapped up again. \o/ Fallen Haven Wheat. Sowing our seeds in your populations mouth since 2009. Mmm-mmm. Nutritious.

  5. Non Multithreaded?

Processor: Intel® Core2 Quad CPU @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) So the game uses one core. Only ever one core. I've been watching closely using my G15's lcd display, and double checked via the system monitor. In this day and age, with a game like this, and the proliferation of multicore processors along side the very vocal expression of intel and amd that they plan to continue down the multicore road, I'd really like to know the reasoning behind this insanity. Or hell, better yet, someone flame, call me a *****, and point out that multithreading can be enabled with some tricks. I can take a little soot on my face in return for the use of my other 3 processors in a cpu heavy game.
