  1. Thank you for the kind words @korver!
  2. To be honest, when someone like @korver names you as the up-and-coming member, you get really nervous posting the next update ;-) Hopefully it can meet the expectations ... (interview with Korver: http://community.simtropolis.com/forums/topic/72468-a-trixies-interview-with-korver) Lately I have been working on various small changes to Port de Caravella. So, in this update there are no big new developments, but small areas that add a little bit more size to the city. Parc Kronenbourg The first addition that I want to show you is the Parc Kronenbourg: the biggest park in Port de Caravella. The park is built in the former garden of the Presidential Palace. The rebuilt of the park started in 1978 when the city needed a new city hall. This was built in the garden of the palace. The city hall is built in a middle eastern style, giving it a huge contrast with the surrounding building which are built in a French style. The park is build for the people of Port de Caravella and contains a playground, a mini golf course, several petanque (or Jeux de Boules) fields, the Port de Caravella Visitor Centre and the National War Memorial. Eglise Sorbonne The Eglise Sorbonne or the Sorbonne church is a church build on a hill near the market square. This church is also known as the new church as it is the biggest church build after the Cathedral. These days, the church is surrounded by the Sorbonne suburb, but there is still a small graveyard next to the church. The main avenue of Port de Caravella is built underneath the square and buildings in front of the church. Le Phare (The Lighthouse) The lighthouse of Port de Caravella is build at the end of the 1950's and is still an active lighthouse today. Once the only way to find your way safetly into Caravella Bay, it now has more of a symbolic status than a actual contribution to safety. @mike_oxlong: I'm not sure what the terrain mod is, but most of the tree placements are lotted, just a small number is MMP. @Akallan: Thanks! @89James89: Thanks! @juliok92012: Thanks! Bonus: City overview Last but not least, i've added a small bonus: the city overview. So now you get a real idea of how it all comes together ;-) As always: if you like it, let me know!
