"Honey..., I'm just going down the Allotments to check on the beans, I'll be back in time for Tea." Hmmm Tea that reminds me must get some milk and biccies for a nice brew up when I get to the shed! The TeaCats Allotments. This is my entry in the  The 1st TSC Orange Trophy. Allotment gardens are characterised by a concentration in one place of a few or up to several hundreds of land parcels that are assigned to individuals or families. In allotment gardens, the parcels are cultivated individually, contrary to other community garden types where the entire area is tended collectively by a group of people. The individual size of a parcel ranges between 200 and 400 square meters, and often the plots include a shed for tools and shelter. The individual gardeners are organised in an allotment association which leases the land from the owner who may be a public, private or ecclesiastical entity, provided that it is only used for gardening (i.e. growing vegetables, fruits and flowers), but not for residential purposes. The gardeners have to pay a small membership fee to the association, and have to abide by the corresponding constitution and by-laws. However, the membership entitles them to certain democratic rights.        Summerton Mill UPDATED, by TheTeaCat     The creek that supplied the water to turn the wheel died up years ago and the original mill fell into disuse. The building fell into disrepair for many years until it was bought up and converted to a residential home. Some surrounding land was bought and Summerton Mill Farm came to be. This is an update to the version previously uploading with some subtle differences. The dependencies that are hard to obtain have been replaced with a standard Maxis prop. This is a stage two growable farm compatible only with rush hour. I hope you enjoy it and please let me know if you have any problems.      Lot Details and Information     Growable Version:   Lot size: 5 x 5 tiles   Building style(s): Building: Industrial,Building: IA,Industry: Out Growth stage: 1 Occupants: I-A : 16 Bulldoze cost: § 266 Worth: § 1134 Construction Time: 26 days Max. 11. Thanks Pat, I think you just done that for me. My apologies for those props not being available, folks. Hopefully they will be soon. I am working on a variant using alternative fences for those who would prefer. It will appear soon. Thank you for your patience while I redo the lot.
