***CJ Closed***

This CJ is now closed.... sorry everyone, but i didnt like how the city was turning out. I was growing the city waaay to fast, all my cities had perfect education and health systems, and some other minor reasons, lead me to start a new one.

So Vancouver, Natrual Growth is now online.

It seams that with every new city built, it is better then the privious one. So hopfully that is true.

Reigional Veiw -1991

1991-banner.png

Every game year I will upload a reigional veiw, starting with 1991, the current year. I will also eventualy post thes veiws in the first update, so be shure to check there too.

Key

White is for towns/citys. (aside from the Axel Crater, its suposto be green)

Blue is water based landmarks-(ex.... marsh, river)

Green is a landform-(ex..hill, mountain)

RED are currently unammed areas. ANY commenter has the option to name these areas almost whatever they want, whether it be a town, river, or other landform.

Just copy the image, crop it, then circle a thing you want nammed, uploadit so i can see. This can be done in paint. And crop it so it isnt a HUGE file size.

img0047av.jpg

Turbin road is a small street which collects the two very close towns of Secrest and Littleton. Traffic on the street has increased signifintlyover the past few weeks due to rapid development in Turlbin Bay. The street, therefore must be upgraded to a road to handel all of it.

img0027qk.jpg

Due to the fact that this upgrade requiers no additional room, the road will only be paved over. How does this help? The road will be widened so the speed limit can be increased and also makes it so people driving on the road feel safe to drive faster, and the new pavement will last much longer.

The first area is the southern section of the street on the edge of Seacrest.

img0029f.jpg

The street was repaved and a crappy little street light was built.

img0031uk.jpg

A bit further up into the farmland, you can see the large volume of traveling on the street.

img0034yx.jpg

So it was pavedteeth_smile.gif

img0035ph.jpg

On the North End of the road near Littleton, you can also see the large traffic volume.

img0033br.jpg

So now the picture explains it alltounge_smile.gif

img0036k.jpg

The road is now complete....

img0037om.jpg

And now Turlbin Road is no longer congested.

img0038l.jpg

Around The Seacrest Area

Here is Turlbin Cove, Seacrest was built around it, and Turlbin Island is located right next to it.

img0039o.jpg

Turlbin Island currently has a problem the local ferry terminal built there serves as transportation to the island, however, all the residents who actaly need it do not have enough money to.

img0040np.jpg

This is leaving most of the residents on the island no access to jobs.

img0041pw.jpg

Here you can see Littleton.

img0045fd.jpg

And here is Seacrest.

img0028wwc.jpg

This is the Seacrest Ferry terminal. It is primarily used as transport to other small towns north of Seacrest, as well as rich folk from Everglade and Opium moving to a nicer and more rural area.

img0042tv.jpg

This is one reason. The cliffs around Seacrest are verry atractive, and experts say that in about a year this will be all wealthy residents.

img0044zg.jpg

Gertion Park was the first city-funded park in Seacrest. It was built in the middleish of the city at the time, and is still on a heavely travled road.

img0043ct.jpg

Here you see 4 of the 8 mansions in Seacrest. This area was farmland 1/2 a year ago, and nothing was there ecept the mansions. When the town grew around it, it wasnt desarible to the new immigrants, so most of the area was developed pretty poor.

img0046y.jpg

Thats all for today!!
Untill next
time!!

Healthcare Workers Walk

bannerz.jpg

A problem has arisen in Everglade a lack of city funds has caused a huge cut in funding for city clinics, schools, and other civic buildings.

img0032mr.jpg

The largest cut in funding was at the Broadveiw Medical Clinic. So much so that the workers there are on strike. This has occored in a poorer

area of the city, which dosnt help them much.

img0033v.jpg

Something has to be done. City Hall is currently brainstorming solutions for this. One of the ideas is to slow down (not completly shut down)

work on the numerouse Everglade railroad lines currently under construction. This will slow down growth of the city for sure, but it may be

necisary to prevent..... ummm..... people dying

img0035ub.jpg

Recently at the courthouse, hundreds of citezens and news crews have been gathering to monitore a hored of lawsuits from "irresponsible"

operations. This is causing unrest in parts of the city. So far 116 people have died, who could have been saved if the clinics had the neccisary funding.

img0036a.jpg

Not just the medical field is suffering from funding cuts, the police force is also suffering from tax cuts.

img0037s.jpg

Thats all for today!!

Untill next time!!

bannersf.jpg

(typo... its Charleston)

img0026e.jpg

The next railway stop on the way to CSGdesigns Boston is in the Small town of Harstel. Harstell alone is not large enough for a rail line, but

the line is going this direction, so a stop is going to be buit anyway.

img0015qz.jpg

The stop was going to be built on the edge of the town.

img0016t.jpg

Some of the nerby farm fields where leveled down to prepare for the station.

img0017wt.jpg

After the station was built the main base grade for the rail was leveled even more to prepare for the tracks to be layed.

img0018qo.jpg

The track built was a single-track rail. It was cheaper and at the stations it would transform to a double track to allow for trains to stop and let

the trains pass each other.

img0019yf.jpg

A bit further north the track had to be built around the river. The town is still pretty much connected to Harstel.

img0020vw.jpg

img0021m.jpg

After it was built some homes and buisness set up around it. Mostly because the land value rocketed straight into the ground, so poor

people took up the opritunity. Now guests at the local diner can enjoy loud rummbuling the entire building shaking while they eat

their.... delicious meals.

img0022ti.jpg

Further north the already built line passes through another small town.

img0023we.jpg

Even further up is Charleston (where the bridge starts in a preivious update. The rail travels over the city line. But as we all know it is impossible to veiw two countys at the same time!!.... TWO countys?!?..... perpostourous.

img0029lm.jpg

img0030ou.jpg

However, to the south of Harstel, the rail is still being constructed on the way to Boston.

img0025hl.jpg

Thats all for today!!

Untill next time!!

bannerdzv.jpg

img0011gx.jpg

As Everglade grows, more and more power is needed. With more power plants comes more and more pollution. So instead of building more polluting plants, why not just build cleaner plants for a cheaper cost?

...So, that was planned. An old farm near the Reaserch District (high-tech industry) was bought.

img0001g.jpg

The old field was plowed over and then leveled to provide a good base for the plant.

img0002mo.jpg

The first half of the plant was built and was already in operation.

img0003sl.jpg

A bit later the second half was completed.

img0004va.jpg

Soon the rest of the land was open to development. Some houses and busnesses set up, and a small park was built to the left of the

complex.

img0005na.jpg

Now that the new plant is built, the old polluting plants can be shut down... permanatly. Resedents, as well as city officials have been baffled

ever since the plant was built. When it was constructed oil was relitivly cheap to import. Now its getting pretty expensive. It was waaaaay better

to build a solar plant which requiers almost zero mantaince.

img0006uv.jpg

So the charges wher set and......5.....4.....3.....2.....1............

BOOM!!!!

img0008o.jpg

When the land was opened up, the city decided not to develop it, and instead built parks in there place. The Wherehouse district is very

polluted, and more factories would not help.

So in one spot, some picnic grounds where built to provide workers a nicer place to eat lunch instead of having to eat with soot covered food.

img0009nx.jpg

In the other spot, two basketball courts wher built to give workers some fun on lunch. Although they cant play for long... the dirty air dosent

allow for the sim body to breath well.

img0010ws.jpg

Thats all for today!!

Untill next time!!

Making The Reigion Bigger

bannergy.jpg

As you can see, Everglade is located pretty close to the edge of the reigion because of the natural features of the reigion. When it grows
bigger it will reach the edge of it. So I decided that more room is needed.

First, I open the reigions config, (while of corse making a back-up)

img0032tb.jpg

Then to see it better, I zoom in. I Expand the bottom side of the config by a width of a square.

img0034my.jpg

...and color it in.

img0033pn.jpg

And the final product.....

The old reigion...

img0028bq.jpg

The new city tiles...

img0029ioq.jpg

And after terraforming!!!

It still needs some detail work to blend in better, but so far Its decent.

Marina Mania

bannerax.jpg

Central Everglade is growing even more. Along with that comes more wealthy residents. And rich people want alot of nice stuff. And the

people who build that nice stuff are other rich people who want it.

img0003wq.jpg

Mr. Salvidore Comraste' (who lives in the large red Victorian mansion seen below.) Wanted to be able to park his yaut at an easily accesible

dock. Instead of parked out in the bay having to use a little moterboat to drive all the way to shore.

img0005y.jpg

He figured that the best place to build it would be a bit North of the "Everglade Seaside Estates", which he live a little south of.

img0006ko.jpg

So the trees that where grown on the small coast wher taken down, (and to support the enviorment they were used to help build the dock)

and the houses where also torn down.

img0007hp.jpg

Soon the large dock was constructed. Resedents were already looking pleased.

img0008ap.jpg

The dock was finished and already was in operation, but rich people need more than that. They need trees and tennis courts. They cant just

have a marina....

img0009kb.jpg

...so it was built.

img0010nhm.jpg

The area imidiatly became very desiriable and a new condo was soon under construction.

img0011rsbsutr.jpg

The condos are now home to wealthy residents, newly immigrated from distant cities.

img0012fm.jpg

OTHER GOING-ONS IN EVERGLADE

The tallest commercial building in Everglade is "The Pinicle". It sits right next to city hall and is home to many buisness corporations.

img0013qh.jpg

Emityville Community College also makes its home in Everglade. Many midrise residential buildings sprung up around here to provide

homes for the students going there.

img0015wf.jpg

Another large residential building was built in Everglade not long ago. It was built along the Justo river on Everglade Island. The Justo

River is becoming very desirible area for rich residents in Central Everglade.

img0017shu.jpg

The first luxury car lot was also built. Instead of having to pay to import the cars, people now can buy them at a lower pice.

img0019m.jpg

Central Park is the largest Urban Park in Everglade. Once the city gains more funds, grass will be planted in the park, along with a base ball

Park, tenniss courts, and a picnic area.

img0020dq.jpg

The Univirsity recently got a new sports stadium too.

img0018twlcz.jpg

Here is a poorer area in Everglade, despite its proximity to downtown.

img0016a.jpg

Developers are also eying these island which reside in the bay. Not neccicarily buildings, but for a kind of... "mini" getaway island.

Mt. Hogan Ski Resort is a large... Ski Resort... within the Everglade Reigion.

hoganskiresortmay220412.png

It is not exessable by Everglade citezens even though it lies within the region. It, instead relies on tourists from Portland (Maines Capitol)
which lies not to far away to the North West.

Here yo can see the Pipeline Bowl which has some (verey hard) black dimond runs. This area of the resort is ONLY acsessible by
walking there. In otherwords.... No lift...

inlet.jpg

The largest project for the Boston-Everglade Railroad is the Charleston Inlet Bridge. It will be more expensive then the entire Phase 1 rail
project rail.

opiumpointdec1652126557.png

On the south side of the inlet, this area will be the cheapest to construct.

opiumpointdec1852126557.png

This is the plan for the bridge. It is currently going through the City Hall Concilliers for a permit. The Current road their will have to be
redirected in order to comform with the grade of the rail.

opiumpointjul1453126557.png

The North Side of the inlet is going to be VERY Expensive. The bridge needs to be a certain height in order for ferries and other boats to be
able to travele under it safley. So the land on that side hast to be heavily terraformed to compensate.

opiumpointfeb5551265575.png

The middle section of the bridge is an island which will be heavily terraformed for the turning track. The track turns because the only place
that the bridge can be built is on complete oppisite sides of the inlet. This is because a rail needs a VERY stedy grade. If this was a road
bridge, it would be much easier to build.

img000078m.jpg

Yesterday a plan was drafted by E.T.A. (Everglade Transit Authority) It shows all the rail to be built in Everglade over the next 5 years. Some of the areas rail is planned to go does not need a rail line yet, but once it is time to build it, it will need it.

So... the map is counfusing to understand, ill try and explain.

A recent proposal has been made. It is a rail line from Boston, (CSGdesigns Boston) to Everglade.

The plan is (at the moment) for the outskirts of the cities through the rural areas inbeetween, a single track rail. And so there can be more trains running, in some of the towns along the route the track goes to a double track, so a train can be stopped at a station waiting for the track to be clear.

The single track will in-turn cut costs and when a doulble track is needed, a second one can be built right next to the old one.

The route is shown below.

Carvey Bridge

banner.jpg

img0014-1.jpg

Carvey Bridge is getting old, and is in need of an upgrade.

Everglade-Sep191301265342000.png

The bridge has over 400 cars traveling over it. This is alot of traffic for a simple street, so a road upgrade is neccesary.

img0000-2.jpg

A site was chosen a bit further up the river, you can see a small bit of the Carvey Biridge in the bottom right corner.

Everglade-Nov161301265342163.png

Some more buldozing and terraforming...

Everglade-Jan111311265342288.png

The ribbion cutting cerimony was held shortly after it was built, HORAY!!!

Everglade-Jan231311265342319.png

Now 600 vehicles travle over the new bridge now, thats more then last time. Its because now some other people are using the bridge, reliving some stress on the Claiud Bridge.

img0001-3.jpg

The old bridge now only has about 100 cars going over it.

img0002-2.jpg

And the old Treffor building which was abandoned was replaced because of the new traffic volume, bringing in more business.

BOOM! Goes the Dynamite

AnterageBatiuxeMineDig1-banner.png

The train slowly pulls out of the freight station in the Everglade Wherehouse district.....

img0001-2.jpg

It is carrying 5 tons of dynamite...

img0002-1.jpg

Dynamite... needed for the Anterage mine.....

img0003-2.jpg

The train must travel slowly through the winding tracks to the Anterage Mine....

img0004-2.jpg

It passes the small town of Anterage, the small town that the mine company was named after, this town is expected to grow exponentialy after the mine is up and running...

img0005-1.jpg

Further and further into the forest, the mine is very far away....

img0006-1.jpg

Finaly, the dirt road leading to the mine is within sight....

img0007-1.jpg

The rail traveles through a narrow canyon, the only level area for the train to get to the mine...

img0008-1.jpg

And finaly the train arrives at the Anterage Mine Station...

img0009-1.jpg

The dynamite is unloaded into the station....

img0010-1.jpg

The dynamite is put into place.....

AnterageBatiuxeMineDig1-May16021265.png

Then... BOOM!!! A video taken by a worker shows the explosion,

" width="480" height="295" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="opaque">

After the dust settles, its obvious that the mountain is gone.

The carefully directed blast blows the dirt away into a new mountain, buriing all the trees in the area.

AnterageBatiuxeMineDig1-May10512651.png

A road was buldozed through the mine to make it easier to get to the Batuixe.

AnterageBatiuxeMineDig1-Jun30051265.png

The carefully directed blast blew away the dirt so the layer of Batuixe is visible and easy for extracting.

AnterageBatiuxeMineDig1-Jul20512651.png

A veiw from the top of the cliff shows the mine.

AnterageBatiuxeMineDig1-Jul50512651.png

Some more factories popped up too, more should soon follow.

AnterageBatiuxeMineDig1-Aug21051265.png

The giant scar through the forest can be seen from airplanes flying across Maine

*Rebuilding Everglade*

img0022.jpg

Welcome faiIthful readers, I have not updated in a bit because Everglade was lost. I recently bought a new computer and transfered the city and plugins over, but no matter what I did the game always ended up crashing. And becaues this was the cause for EVERY other one of my city journals closing, I did'nt want to settle for that. So I completly rebuilt Everglade.

Some major things are in the generaly same place, but by using the natrual growth method, I could'nt rebuild it like it was before, but whatever. So I present you with..... Everglade! (rebuilt!)

"Green" Meddelers Put the Clamp on Water Pump

Trenton-1264234289.png

The quiet little town of Opium. Somthings wrong here, let's take a closer look...

OpiumPoint-Mar28331264220558.png

hmmm...... lets look "under" the surface...

OpiumPoint-Mar30331264220590.png

There we go!! No water! But why?!?

OpiumPoint-Apr6331264220615.png

Well, its simple realy. The water tower that was built in Opium some years ago, is polluted. The fertilizer that farmer recently started using on their crops is polluting the water supply. Sure, people dont mind a little aspestes in their water supply, but the "Green" comunnity does mind, in fact, they mind ALOT. So much so that they forced the city to shut of the pipe pumping water into the tower for storage.

OpiumPoint-Apr16331264220693.png

So, with only 1 option, (with building a treatment facility waaaaaay out of the question, a new water tower must be built, out of the polluted soil area. But were? Well this water pollution chart given to the city concil by those "green" folks helps alot.

OpiumPoint-May9331264220817.png

Wow... pollution is bad. Looks like the only option is on the southern coast of the town. A sutible location was found.

Right next door to old Mr. Kifdhjdky's house. He must be pissed.

(26.gif<< Mr. Kifdhjdky when told about the new water tower)

OpiumPoint-May16331264220896.png

Well, the construction was a sucsess! The water is running, the "green" folk are happy, and Mr. Whatshisname is mad.

OpiumPoint-Sep3331264221250.png

Thats all for today!!

Untill next time!!

A New Park Comes to Everglade

Everglade-Apr211541264128675.png

So, first off, the vote came out unaminous! The Bonnie Bridge was deemed historicle!

A small park was built on both ends of it and it was made into a pedastrian bridge.

And as ixnayonthetimmay said,

"The healthy crowd walking to the Farmer's Market will appreciate the rustic throwback from the olden days to get them in the fresh food spirit!"

ixnayonthetimmay, I could'nt have said it better myself!44.gif

Everglade-May131541264128876.png

Another bridge was also built in Everglade, just a little bit further up the river from the Bonnie and Clauid bridges.

Everglade-May201541264128955.png

The "Warehouse District" bridge is still holding up also, with over 2,000 cars and 30 busses passing over it each day.

(This is according to the game)

Everglade-May251541264129046.png

Another bridge that was is built is now the longest bridge in Everglade. Named simply, the Everglade Island bridge.

Everglade-May211541264128979.png

...some pleasant homes on a small peninsular in the city.

Everglade-May181541264128922.png

Two major buildings were recently built in Everglade also. The Hickoryton Orphinarium to provide homes to neglected and homeless kids,

and also the Everglade Travel Agency. This building is the headquarters for the Ferry service, and is also planning the to-be rail system in Everglade.

Everglade-Jul11541264129336-1.png

This area is the newest-built naborhood in Everglade. Somthing you may notice is the large park. This is part of the Juston River Recreational Project. It consists of building parks on varing parts of the river to provide relaxation, and also a better enviorment.

Everglade-May51541264128788.png

Here we see some of the most expensive housing in Everglade. This area is appeling to wealthier people because of the exess of parks and also the bays waves crashing against the rocks.

Everglade-Jun261541264129290.png

Now, for the "real" update.

(I like to put in a bunch of other pictures to show the progress in Everglade as well as to provide more pices in each update for everyone9.gif)

Everglade is a growing city, and with a growing city come pollution and destruction. Which is why cities need to build parks, to compensate for the land lost to progress.(And also to make people happy9.gif)

Which is why the city is planning a new park, but first, the land must be bought.

Everglade-Apr241541264128701.png

This is the planned area for the park, Mr. Harry's Farm. It is a farm which for some reason, was not purchased by developers. And since it is close to the "downtown" was decided to be made into a park by the city.

It was purchased from Mr. Harry (who made a hefty profit for it2.gif)

Everglade-Jul101541264129433.png

So first, the trees apples were plucked one last time, and then taken away to be made into furnaiture, and the land was leveled off.

Everglade-Nov81541264129909.png

Then Mr. Harry's old greenhouse was torn down. The glass from it was bought from a small glass blowing company, to be made into beautiful vasses and pots.

Everglade-Dec251541264130376.png

And finnaly, the park was built. Trees were moved in and the grass layed down. A small ditch was also dug out and made into a peaceful little pond. And a baseball field was built to provide recreational activities for the local children.

                      (Re) Bridging Everglade Island

Trenton-1263964226.png

Bonnie Bridge is the oldest bridge in Everglade. Built almost when the region was first settaled as a means for workers to

get to their farms, you could probably guess that it is VERY worn out. Bonnie bridge had its wood paved over with asfault when it was neccesary, but now the bridge is too old to continue service. So it must be replaced.

Everglade-Jan81201263957898.png

The (crudly3.gif) drawn plans are where the new bridge will go. Bonnie bridge must stay up during the construction of the new bridge,

in order to ensure Everglade Island Citicens could still get to work.

Everglade-Jan161201263958040.png

The necesary buildings were soon demolished to make room for the new bridge, and the residents were given a decent price for

their old homes.

Everglade-Apr181201263958278.png

And then the new bridge was soon completed! The bridge was named, "Claide Bridge", and should provide to be a reliable bridge for

years to come.

The "Bonnie Bridge" has yet to be dicided its fate. The city council has come up with 2 proposals for the bridge either it gets demolished,

or it is deemed a historical Landmark and reside as the Bonnie and Claide Bridges for tourists to gawk at through the decades to come.

(The city council is also open to alternate proposals)

Everglade-Aug91201263958578.png

So... The concil is leaving the citicens (YOU) up to the fate of the Bonnie Bridge.

Should It...

1.Be demolished?

2.Be deemed a historical Landmark?

3.Other (Explain)

(I apologize for the short update today, I thought I had more pictures.)

A New Hall for a Growing City

Trenton-1263791981.png

The town of Everglade almost is'nt a town any more. It already encompasess almost the entire Everglade island, and the goverment

is in need of a proper facility.

Everglade-Apr2851263781731.png

Alot has been built since you last saw Everglade(a few hours ago3.gif) And all these things are the reason that Everglade needs to be

govened.

First i'll be courteis enough to give you a tour of whats been built in Everglade. Then... on to the City hall construction!!!

First of which is the Everglade Ferry Terminal. The pontoon was upgraded last year in order to keep up with all the people immigrating to

the region.

P.S. Mr. Jones still gets free rides2.gif

Everglade-Apr22851263781885.png

A new Industrial area is sprouting, and this means more jobs. People were tiered of driving all the way around the river to get across the covered bridge, so a fancy stone bridge was built from Everglade Island to provide a direct route to it.

Everglade-Apr25851263781930.png

To meet with growing demands a power plant also had to be built. the Nexis Natrual Gas Powerplant provides power to most of

the currently developed region. And was built on the outskirts of town as to not pollute the main town.

Everglade-Apr30851263782004.png

Parks are also on the rise in Everglade. With 2 alredy up, its atracting some "swankier" residents to Everglade.

Everglade-May7851263782078.png

The State Fair also came to Everglade! Yes the Maine State Fairnow makes its home in Everglade, and should stay there for

some time.

Everglade-May5851263782030.png

So, without further adu' on to the City Hall Plans!!!

First of all... location. Location, Location, Location! Nobody wants their most important building on the outskirts of town. Sure it wont be the outskirts in the future, but NOW is the most important, so we need a good central location, without geting rid of any buildings that are major or important.

Ahh!!! Here we go! Mrs. Cavishieres Manor! Its the PERFECT place for City Hall!!! Its on the buisiest road in town, and the building is'nt important.

"But thats a mansion!" you say? Well you obviously don't know Mrs. Caviarshiter! Shes a mean old hag b*tch and everybody hates her,

thats why I purposley mispelt her name!11.gif

Everglade-May13851263782145.png

So Mrs. Caviarshitter was throughn into the nerest body of water and her mansion was torn down. And we built a fence around the perimiter

to keep pesky vandilisers out.

Everglade-Jun29851263782299.png

And a fast as a Caviarshiter can drown, a City Hall can be built. When the Hall is complete it will be the Goverment Planning Center

for the Entire region!

Everglade-Jul19851263782359.png

Ahh... wont it be beautiful when completed? That Bob dude shure can make a nice artists rendition of a building!

Untill next time!!

M.C. Donold Wants a New Farm

Trenton-1263757713.png

M.C. Donold (said by saying the letters of M.C, like M.C. Escher) owns a small dirt farm on the edge of the Justo River. He recently inherited alot of money, so he didnt want a small farm any more.... he wants a big one!

M.C.Donold spoted this a peice of land behind his farm a long time ago. He decided that THAT would be the location of his expanded

farm... the small Justo Swamp.

Everglade-Oct1581263754998.png

However, the Justo swamp would be hard to build on, due to it being a swamp. Somthing had to be done.

Everglade-Oct10581263755064.png

Then an idea came to M.C., fill it in! His idea was for trucks to come in and dump tons of dirt in the swamp, thus filling it in.

And he had the money, so he did it, without any regards to what natrual effect this would cause.*hint hint*

So then the first major pond was filled in...

Everglade-Dec25581263755277.png

And then the second one...

Everglade-Feb21591263755408.png

Also, M.C. Donold didnt want to farm dirt any more, so he ordered his old farm to be cleared out.

Everglade-Mar10591263755462.png

With the money left over he decided that he wanted an overpriced mansion which he built with riverside veiws!

Everglade-Dec27611263756318.png

And now M.C. Donold has an Apple farm and is the top apple producer in all of Everglade!!!

Everglade-Dec21611263756153.png

Thats all for today!!

Untill next time!!

                                                                                  Everglade Island...

Trenton-1261509310.png

Everglade, a small farming community in Maine, currently isolated from the outside world. In order to grow, Everglade needs to be

connected with it.

Everglade-Jul24101261508662.png

The town of Everglade is a quiet place. Consisting of only 87 current residents. Everglade is a town were everybody knows eachother

Some people in Everglade wanted it to grow.... become...... a metropolis!

Everglade-Aug6101261508720.png

However, the first step to becoming a big city is to be connected with other cities. Currently, Everglade is a lone city on a

desolate plane, with only accsess being a boat the travels by once a month. But the town planner came up with an idea. A small

ferry pontoon. This would ensure that the boat will come and go every day, opening trade with other New England Coastal cities.

However, the town did not have the funds needed to build this, were would they get it?

Then it was solved, a man named Mr.Jones recently took a trip to Providence, while therehe tride somthin no one from Everglade has ever hered of, the Lottory!! Mr. Jones did'nt win the jack pot, however he won a minor prize, $60,000, (which neverlest is a HUGE ammount of money for this small town.) Mr. Jones had family in Providence, and he wanted to see them more oftem, so Mr. Jones decided to donate the money to the town so they can build the pontoon. the plans were immeditly drafted. It consisted of the pontoon, a small strech of road, and also a small park.

Everglade-Aug9101261508744.png

In about a month the pontoon was finished, and so was the park. The citezens of Everglade loved the park, and Mr. Jones was

given "free ferry rides for life", and started visiting his family in Providence once a month.

Everglade-Oct2101261508873.png

The ferry pontoon drawed alot of buisness from hippie torists wanting to enjoy prestien mother nature, as mush of the region was untouched by man, some not even mapped yet. Some of those hippies decided to move to Everglade. Which led to the largest development in Everglade history! 5 houses were built in one month!..... 5!!!!! Its obvious that Everglade will soon become a great city.

Everglade-Dec24101261508979.png

Thats all for today!!

Untill next time!!
