Sao Paulo is the largest city in the southern hemisphere and Brazil's financial center. Its metropolitan area consists of almost 20 million people. Apartment buildings and skyscrapers can be seen for miles and never seem to end. The city is so dense that even the airports are tucked in the middle of dense areas.
