THE COUNCILMAN MEETS WITH TALBOTTSVILLE PROMINENT RESIDENTS
Latest Investigation Reveal “Cover-Up” in the FBI Case File.
In the last episode, Councilman Skabetti decided to stay an extra day in Talbottsville to try and get an interview with Barabbas Collins, the last known “living” relative and heir to Collingwood and all of the Collins Empire. The coucilman’s last telegraph message to City Hall was last week where he stated “I cannot understand why the S.M.A. Reports left out this important piece of info….regarding Talbott Farm’s original owners….” To his surprise, The Count accepted his request for a meeting, except that it MUST take place at Collingwood.- the residential compound. The Councilman and his crew reached Collingwood, an area in Talbottsville named after the family after settling in the area in the early 1800’s. The Count Barnabas Quentin Collins , family patriarch, purchased so much land and property in the early days, court record shows that the Collins’ actually owns over 51% of Talbottsville real estate.
COLLINGWOOD PLAGUES EXCLUDED FROM 1ST INVESTIGATION
Just when the assistant were about to ring at the security gate, a deep fog rolled in and the sun darkened. As everyone were shaken over the phenomena while trying to peer through the dense dark fog, they hear the gates opening and could hear a loud slow painful creeeeeeeking from the hinges of the main entranceway into the mansion. .

When everyone began to adjust their vision to the conditions, they noticed a silhouette of a tall dark well dressed man standing before them. At first, they thought it was just a “dark shadow” reflection from the fog. As the crew walked up the large stone stairs to the main doorway, there he was in plain site…..The Count Barabbas T. Collins VII. Although no one has ever heard of or met The Count, his face was all too familiar to each standing there in his presence…strangely everyone’s thoughts are their remembering a recurring “dream” where this figure stands outside heir window on stormy nights.
Paralyzing fear struck Skabetti and the entire crew. As they had second thoughts about the interview and tried to turn around and leave, a ‘sim’ulated force took control of their ability to do so and forced them step by step into the mansion. After the last of the group were within the walls of Collingwood, the thunderous SLAM of the doors shook everyone out of a trance estate.
We will have to wait until The investigating team gets back to let us know what happened after that point. All we know is that later on, daylight returned. Is it a good sign that the Good Councilman is on his journey back to Peyton Place with all the answers to the incidents that’s kept District 13 desolate and uninhabitable?
MEANWHILE IN OTHER PEYTON PLACE ACTIVITIES
Peyton Place continues in an economic upswing with more new businesses moving to our town resulting in an population growth and need for more housing. The Market Square in Midtown just west of downtown are opening up shops in long-abandoned buildings, bringing life back to this vital part of the city’s commercial corridor. Two key business partners whose services is making it possible for even the poorest citizen to afford their own homes, Feeroz-123 Savings & Loans and The Urban Constanta Legal Services. These two companies recently opened up satellite offices on the Market Square , making accessibility much easier for customers who do not want travel to their downtown corporate offices.
AIRMAN-15 AVIATION ADDS CLASS A AIRPORT, TRAVEL AND MILITARY
In addition to the Peyton Metropolitan Airport in Dentonfire County, Airman International-Continental , a major intercontinental airport has opened after an 8-year construction project on a small city-size-acres of land on Stepford Island and after 12 years of red tape and legal documents and clearances of multiple deeds as well as successfully overturning and having S.M.A-stipulations omitted. All made possible with the Dream Team Power Firm “Urban Constanta Legal”.
(Archived Photo of the Airman purchasing site in 1945)
Photo Courtesy of KPTN-13 Action News (1953) From The Report on The S.M.A's uproar and many legal suits filed against the project as a reaction to Airman Aviation Inc. had all S.M.A stipulations and 'conditions' removed from thousands of legal documents and county ledgers. The project seemed to be on an "Indefinite Hold", but gladly, The Dream-Team Power Firms "Urban-Constanta Legal" and Feeroz' Finances provided an upfront support system, defeating the S.M.A's latest attempts to bankrupt the project and its corporation.
PUBLIC TOURS PLANNED ON WEEKENDS
During their grand opening year 1957, the public can take a tour of the massive city-within-a-city complex that will (when completed) have a subway system larger than all of Peyton Place-Stepford Island’s current subways, the complex will be serviced by monorail, train and other commuter services to get travelers quickly to and from various locations onsite. A ‘Top Gun’ Military Facility is included and a Training Facility for pilots has opened onsite as well. The president, CEO Chadwick VonAireman will be at the Grand Opening Ceremonies and is said to conduct the first grand tour which is comprised of 5 4-hour long daily tours.
BADAGA BAY SEES MUCH NEEDED INCREASE IN TOURIST INDUSTRY
Revenue has quadrupled for Badaga Bay, a nice tourist destination west of Stepford Island. Because of the new international airport, Badaga Bay now has direct links from other regions where vacationers wanted to spend a week at The Bay , but driving or train was not an option. My favorite restaurants and bars – “Darrylls” and “Sharkey’s” re-opened at their original locations, New shops opened and new hotels are coming...(Click Pics To Enlarge)
THE BAY REBOUNDING FROM DISMAL PAST
Before the international airport connection, Badaga Bay, like most of inner city Peyton, was lying in a wasting state, being overtaken by renegade “birds”. During the downswing, the poor Bay Children, ages 5-21 (heh), all attended the only school in the area for miles. Things got so “Bad” in “Bad”aga Bay, kids couldn’t play outside without fear of being attacked by hungry and angry birds.
AN UPDATE FROM TALBOTTSVILLE!
The tour of Peyton Place’s Hot Spots is being interrupted to bring you the latest from Talbottsville. It is reported that daylight has returned to the district, indicating that the meeting with city representatives and the heir of Collingwood has completed. There hasn’t been any contact with the councilman or crew but it is anticipated they will be calling The Peyton Metro Airport in Dentonfire to make flight arrangements since they missed their scheduled fight last Wednesday.
LOCAL RESIDENTS RALLY FOR SKABETTI
Local residents in District 13 are seen leaving the county church on the hill where those who could navigate their way during the darkness, congregated to find a safe place (and good fried chicken provided by Mamma’s Greasy Spoon)
Friends and Neighbors in Phatts Skabetti’s home community heard the latest news and holding a rally on his residential street , demanding action be taken to bring the councilman home. They fear that not hearing from Skabetti coupled with the strange darkness may mean trouble for the investigating crew.

...WHILE NEW CITY COUNCIL M-BERS FIGHT FOR SKABETTI'S OFFICE
These mobster council members just elected into office are taking advantage of their brother's absence , fighting over who gets his office-space. The dysfunctional-family feuds have caused every meeting to get cancelled since their first day in their elected positions. Got my money on "Doc LaBottamini", but that "Rabbit" looks like he can take possession by gnaw-force - easy. And then again, we should never underestimate the genius "Braynz". Will have to wait till next time to see if there's any updates from the councilman or the latest news from Talbottsville at Collingwood.
