Thanks for the tip Huston! Glad you brought that up. Metro actually has an "Open Spaces Preservation Act" enacted. There is a percentage of land that will not be developed in order to preserve open spaces on the map/in the city. Behind those buildings in the first few photos above are part of that space covered by the Act that will not be developed.
