This is at the southwest of St Malin City. At Arnes Plats. Its the last of the innercity buildings before the suburbs. The monument at the square is the only monument left from the time when the tsar ruled St Malin. The subway heads up from the ground and to get to this stop get off at the Arnes Plats Station. At the buttom of the picture you see a neighborhood called Fransz. This area transforms into a market every weekend and you'll find everything you'll need there.
This is just a few blocks away from Arnes Plats. Now we're really getting towards the suburbs. This blocks was built during the 60's when there was a big lack of apartments. Many families was without a home because the buildings in the city centre was in a so bad shape that it was dangerous to live there. So the goverment started to build these blocks that was pretty easy and fast to build. And in every flat there was shower, toilet, kitchen and free phone use. For many people moving in to these flats there was like a dream because some did not have any of these things before.
