The third Installment encompasses the westside waterfront district of the city, which in itself has four elements; Dresden & Camden, which are high embankment citadels, Chatham, a low embankment community, and Port Charles, the industrial landing point for lake maritime vessels. The westside water front boast of old world charm, a picturesque lake front, meshed together with high rise towers, and industry.

(ABOVE); The community of Camden, is the easternmost walled community. Both Camden and Dresden, were once fortifications that were integral installations against attacks from Opahatche Indian tribes out of Indiana. All that remain of the original battlements are the Brown stone walls that separate this landmark area from the rest of the city.

(ABOVE); Chatham bay, lies just beneath Camden.
