      WALL-TO-WALL INDUSTRY 
       
      NYBT ABBT Studebaker Building by SimHoTToDDy
       
      1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW
       
      This huge, iconic factory building from ye goode old times™ marks the 15th and final upload in the third series of IRM W2W lots based on BAT models made by other artists. Once again, I didn't have too much work with this one because the high-quality 3dsmax BATs by the Manhattanville Team were designed to be W2W in the first place, and Studebaker Building was certainly no exception. Besides, the lot didn't leave much space to work with in the first place. I merely tweaked a few stats, assigned the zones, added a few lot options, and a prop here and there.
       
      The building will provide 488 I-M jobs for your Sims and, as the screenshots show, will look great among mid-rise development. The lots can be used to form an interesting end cap to a 4-tiles deep W2W block, closing it off to three sides and with two 2-tile deep rows of W2W buildings back-to-back on the last side.
      As the screenshot shows, there is not much lot design to speak of; the building sits snugly on the lot.
      As usual, here's the lots breakdown:
      4x4 left cap, Stage 2 4x4 right cap, Stage 2 In keeping with the other IRM stuff, the job numbers are intended to be in line with Maxis stuff if you use Toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler. Since you cannot zone large coherent areas with W2W industrial and the lots can be complemented with fillers, the resulting job density will, in fact, be not that excessive. For the same reason, growth stages for IRM W2W are generally kept low.
       
      2 - USE
       
      If you extract this archive to your root plugins folder, it should create a folder IRM\IRM W2W Expansion\[NAME OF BAT], where [NAME OF BAT] represents the name of this download item. Within that folder, you will find all the game-relevant files and a sub-folder containing the HTML readme and some screenshot(s).
       
      If you no longer wish to use this download, proceed as follows:
      Bulldoze all lots pertaining to this download Save all the cities and exit the game when you're done bulldozing Remove the associated files from your plugins folder Hint: Just to be sure, I recommend moving the undesired files somewhere else and doing some checks before you delete them permanently. This way, if it turns out you forgot to bulldoze something, you can add it back in temporarily until you're done.
       
       
      3 - DEPENDENCIES
       
      IRM W2W Base Pack
      Since this is an extension to the IRM, all the dependencies of the original IRM base pack still apply.
       
      In addition to this, you'll need the original upload of the BAT to see the building:
      NYBT ABBT The Studebaker Building. Only the .sc4model files are required.
      If you want to have the option of blocking the enclosed lots from growing temporarily, for example when you want to go back to regular (i.e., non-W2W) IRM industry for a while, you can use the IRM W2W Expansion Blocker v 3.0 (or higher) from November 22, 2016 (or later).

      A big shout out to all you guys who went with me on this IRM W2W journey, followed, liked, and downloaded my stuff - it is much appreciated. I know wall-to-wall industry is pretty niche, so this will be the last upload of this category for quite a while. On a more cheerful note, you can brace yourselves for a huge number of good old regular (non-W2W) industry.

      To the North to be specific. We have mass transit and culture. We have old buildings, and we have alot of rails.
      This city journal will focus on function, infrastructure, public spaces and mass transit. Not the DLC, but real functional mass transit, Scandinavian/Northern european style. I will guide you through the larger urban area after the jet lag has let off. Welcome.

      The Aurora is a 30-story residential tower in the neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan. Construction started out in 1988 but as the developer abondened the construction when it was 90% finished, it sat unfinished until 1996. It is now shared-living supportive housing ran by the Actor's Fund under the name Dorothy Ross Friedman Residences.
      This will grow on the New York Tileset on high density residential zones and comes with two corner lots 1x2 and 2x1.

      Dependencies: For proper function of this release you need:
      NYBT Essentials for custom queries. If you choose the Darknite version you will also need SimFox Day and Nite Modd.

      This is rendered with both DarkNite and regular Maxis Nite, note that you can easily change between Darknite and Maxis Nite by replacing the model file with the version you'd like to use. No need for bulldozing any lots before. Just make sure you don't have both DarkNite and Maxis Nite models in your Plugins folder.

      This is a slightly updated version of my previous Guaranty Bank Building I made a few years ago. It was taken down from the STEX but now its back. T Wrecks lotted this one and sent it to me again a few months or so previously. Yeah...I've been meaning to get this up for you guys... xD

      Well this is the Guaranty Bank Building without the flags on it like the previous version I re-uploaded. This one is also relotted by our friend T Wrecks, which gives it a more nifty appearance.

      The building was originally known as the Guaranty Bank & Trust Building or the Guaranty Building and was erected in 1920 with 10 floors and was and still is the tallest building in Alexandria Louisiana. Hibernia National Bank moved in after a while, and then Capital One Bank moved in after that and still occupy it to this day. Thus it's now known as the Capital One Bank Building.

      Occupants- CO$$

      Jobs- Tree-fiftee (350)

      This building is also W2W, mainly on its back. Somewhat unfortunately the real building's dimensions exceeded a 2x1 lot size. It's mainly for corners.

      NOTE: If you have the previous version witht he flags, I'd recomend deleting it. There could be possibly conflcits with having both files but I never tested this myself. Better safe than sorry.

      345 Seventh Avenue is a neo-classical highrise in the Garment District in Manhattan, New York. It rises 24 stories and 93.7m above ground and houses retail restaurants and commercial offices. It was designed by John H. Knubel and built in 1929. 345 Sevent Avenue comes in a CO$$ version as well as a IM version to stay true to the nature of this and similar buildings in the area. The Garment District has been a centre of fashion manufacturing and design since the early 1900s. The building stands wall-to-wall on a 2 by 2 tiles lot.
