This was always one of my favorite Maxis industrials because it looks pretty decent, however its vanilla lots did it no justice at all!
I present to you Willmott Widget Assembly Remastered! WWA has been remade into a stage 3 I-M Anchor lot (instead of an Outbuilding) and had some of its stats tweaked slightly so it is more-or-less on-par with other Maxis I-M Anchors of similar size.
The lot features almost entirely custom-made props by me, which includes a perimeter fence, long-haul trucks, employee and company cars, as well as some inner-city semi trucks. The props have been made to appear more "natural" - people are not always very compelled to park perfectly! I also used a technique to make props that sit in the shadows of the two buildings actually have shadows. Something I've always hated about props in this game is how they are not affected by shadows, so I more-or-less circumvented that issue. Lastly, the props included with this set are 100% compatible with various darker-night mods because they have no lighting effects (normal for props).
This lot also has a fully custom base texture set. Also, before someone comments about it, the lot has so many large-ish empty areas because the long-haul trucks and the inner-city trucks need space to maneuver. American semi trucks are not known for having very good turning radii!
While browsing through some custom content for SC4, I began to notice that there don't seem to be any stacked highways (like this one). Would creating something along these lines be possible with SC4's technology, or will I have to stick with regular, side-by-side highways?
The Aurora is a 30-story residential tower in the neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan. Construction started out in 1988 but as the developer abondened the construction when it was 90% finished, it sat unfinished until 1996. It is now shared-living supportive housing ran by the Actor's Fund under the name Dorothy Ross Friedman Residences.
This will grow on the New York Tileset on high density residential zones and comes with two corner lots 1x2 and 2x1.
Dependencies: For proper function of this release you need:
NYBT Essentials for custom queries. If you choose the Darknite version you will also need SimFox Day and Nite Modd.
This is rendered with both DarkNite and regular Maxis Nite, note that you can easily change between Darknite and Maxis Nite by replacing the model file with the version you'd like to use. No need for bulldozing any lots before. Just make sure you don't have both DarkNite and Maxis Nite models in your Plugins folder.

This is a set of 30 growable R$ Farmhouse lots that are designed to fit in rural settings.
There are two lot sizes - 3x5 and 5x5. The odd lot sizes was intended to ensure that you will have a good chance to grow these lots.
Be sure to use the shift key and measure out the exact lot size you wish (3x5 or 5x5)
Each lot size has an assortment of lots that vary from Stage 1 to 3.
The look of the lots mirror the growth stages, with Stage 1 lots containing 1 or 2 houses, while stage 2 and 3 lots are more developed.
As always, prop families are used exensivly and you will not see the same lot appear twice.
These 'farmhouses' will only grow on the Chicago tile set (growth stages 1-3).

I know, I know, you are all thinking "Holy stinkin' propbarf Batman!"
Yes, I realize the dependency list is extensive, but I like details on my lots, and these prop and texture packs have been hand-picked to offer the greatest bang for the buck.
As always, prop families were used extensively, so I guarantee you will not find the exact same lot twice (and if you do, you should buy a lotto ticket).
These lots were put together with my CJ 'New SorGun' in mind, so they have more historical/rural feel but they will not look out of place in your rural areas.
These lots look best when used in conjunction with other rural SC4 resources (like farm fields, orchards, etc).

KOSC Presents: Industrial Revolution Mod - Logistic Filler Set 1
This is a set of ploppable filler lots for dirty, manufacturing, and hi-tech industry which are designed to add some logistic support to your industrial areas. The set was designed with IRM in mind and as such, utilizes matching bases and walls from that of the original releases.
This package contains a set of 15 filler lots: 5 for dirty, manufacturing and hi-tech industrial areas. All the lots have props that are highly randomized. Parked trailers and semi cabs will show up in many different sizes and forms and sometimes not even at all.
Lot stats are designed to match the original IRM fillers as closely as possible. This includes positioning indicators to help you align the lots with respect to other things around it. Every lot is nearly neutral, with negligible amounts of pollution, no power/water consumption and are maintenance free. All lots are $5 to bulldoze and are extremely cheap to plop ($5 for I-D, $6 for I-M, $7 for I-HT).
The lots are located in the landmarks menu and clumped together with the original filler sets.
Drop the files in your My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins folder.
Use with the Industrial Revolution Mod and the associated filler sets is highly recommended. If you have the dependencies for those sets, you only need the following.
