Please Note:  As explained here, due to limitations in the Gallery software, some Challenge submissions may include a larger version of the same image (e.g. for mosaics).
Before voting, please check in the description and comments section to see if the author has posted one of these. However, it should not be a disadvantage if an author just has the required Gallery image.

Sorry for the late, somehow the waterside challenge slipped my mind...

At some parts of the rivers in my region, most likely due to high groundwater level or high amounts of rainwater that cannot flow away, sometimes small muddy patches are forming.

Hello! This is my first attempt to make relatively detailed map, it is inspired from Aegean Region of Turkey and from my home town Atça. It is Atça-Meander River Turkey map from my favourite map maker  Mr Miyagi, map theme is Owl's Mediterranean Temperate Theme There will be small towns and they will be mostly focused on agriculture. No big cities no traffic jams (I hope) will exist on this project just like in real life. I won't be able to detail too much because of performance issues so I will try to keep it balanced.
I will be sharing process and if you have something to say just share it with me that would be nice  Here is the first shot near meander river:

Here's my first city in Cities: Skylines, River Town. It's more of an experimental city to get a grasp of what the game can do, so I don't have a definite plan.
My first video is just me working on a highway interchange and setting up the basics of the city. The next video will certainly have a lot more going on.

I've been playing a new city, Acacia, named after the Acacia trees I chose as the main theme trees of the city.
Acacia is uniquely located between two bays, with four external links and plenty of seaport connections.
City Type: Port city; large metropolitan
      Density: Medium-high
Geographic features: Coast, waterfront, beaches, rivers, gentle hills
      Population: 200,000+
Transportation infrastructure: Heavily mass rapid transit, multiple rail/air/sea links
Economy: Diversified in financial services, oil and refinery, ore, forestry, light agriculture, light industries, commerce, education, and tourism.
Let's take a look at the beautiful region view:

Full-sized image in the first comment.
Lamar Valley, in the northeast corner of Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, USA. Aside from US Highway 212 (which runs along the length of the valley) and a few campgrounds and trails, the valley is relatively untouched by human activity. This makes it a wildlife-rich region, boasting herds of large mammals such as Elk (pictured here), Bison, and Pronghorn Antelope. Bears and packs of wolves also frequent the area. These fauna, in addition to stunning panoramic views, make Lamar Valley a popular stop for tourists seeking to view wildlife and connect with nature.
My submission seeks to capture the beauty of this region, showcasing the expansive grasslands bordered by rows of evergreen trees, the scrub brush dotting the slopes, and of course the meandering Lamar River that traverses the valley and supports its abundant plant and animal life.
