    Please Note:  As explained here, due to limitations in the Gallery software, some Challenge submissions may include a larger version of the same image (e.g. for mosaics).
    Before voting, please check in the description and comments section to see if the author has posted one of these. However, it should not be a disadvantage if an author just has the required Gallery image.

Main Market Square, Cracow

40.000m2 (430.000ft2) square meters of urban space in the heart of european city? Yes! Welcome to Poland, welcome to Cracow!
This realistic recreation is inspired by the biggest medieval market square in Europe.

Before you'll vote I recomend to take a look on this picture for small comparison. How many landmarks are you able to recognize? :P

Thank you! I cannot tell you how much the people strolling around the square adds to the image. Too many creators overlook this detail in my opinion, any you've nailed it perfectly!

      The first Sam's Club opened in April 1983 in Midwest City, Oklahoma in the United States. Sam's Club is named after the founder of Wal-Mart, Sam Walton. To purchase items from Sam's Club, one must purchase a membership. Many Sam's Club customers are small businesses (such as bowling alleys) that wish to offer customers a limited selection of food without the expense of having it delivered. In 1993, Wal-Mart acquired PACE Membership Warehouse and converted them into Sam's Clubs.

      In 1915, Marion Barton Skaggs purchased his father's 576-square-foot (53.5 m2) grocery store in American Falls, Idaho, for 1,089. By 1926, he had opened 428 Skaggs stores in 10 states. In the 1930s Safeway introduced produce pricing by the pound, adding “sell by” dates on perishables to assure freshness, nutritional labeling, even some of the first parking lots. Today, Safeway rakes in annual sales of an estimated sales $41 billion. After merging with the Albertson's supermarket chain, it employs over 250,000 people at more than 2,200 stores, making it the second largest supermarket chain in North America and the 11th largest retailer in the United States.   This BAT was originally created by Bobbo662 (aka B62). An old favorite of mine revisited... Here is a small set of modular lots designed to build your own marketplace in any size and shape around the Kingston Market Hall.

      DEPENDENCIES

      * Kingston Market (see notes below)

      * SG 01 Mega Props

      * Paeng Texture Pack v103

      ~ Optional ~
      * Small Market Hall by Kwakelaar

      DEVELOPER NOTES

      The needed dependency BSCBATProps Gascooker Vol04 is INCLUDED in the 'Kingston Market' install package from SC4D!
      * That file might also be inside one of GC's megapacks - I prefer the very small Vol04 though, as it contains no 'ballast'. Your mileage may vary!

      Kingston Market is a functional COM landmark with jobs (see in-game menu for details) - so it needs power, water and street access. There are no reward conditions. The original 'timed' functions were preserved.

      The Market Stalls are plain eyecandy landmarks, but need a little power and water.

      The three additional lots by Kwakelaar are optional. If you don't want to use them, delete that file (paeng_KingstonMarketStalls_Kwa.dat).

      All lots are at or near the end of your Landmarks menu with custom icons.

      INSTALLATION

      Just drop the whole bundle in your Plugins. You may also opt to install only certain items - remove the ones you do not wish to use. To un-install - first, bulldoze any lots built with this addon, then remove the complete folder from your Plugins.

      To keep your in-game menu tight, move all *.SC4Lot files from the dependencies to a safe location outside your plugins.

      SUPPORT

      Should you need support for these items please visit the

      By default, Simtropolis uses Round Avatars as of July 2015. While the Round Army may have won the battle when Simtropolis voted, I have a solution for those of you who want square avatars. I have tweaked the CSS code for a modern, sleek square design with smooth edges. I did this to address concerns that the round avatar style cropped too much while addressing the want for a modern look.

      This is available for Firefox and Chrome users only. Internet Explorer worshippers can weep in a corner.
      UPDATE: Browser Support:
      Supported and Tested Browsers: Firefox, Chrome Untested Browsers (but it should work): Safari, Opera Little or no support: Internet Explorer: No support. Please download Firefox or Chrome. Mobile browsers: Mobile browsers still do not have strong add-on support in general. You can try. Please tell me if it works. Here is a sample screenshot:

      Install Instructions:
      1) You will need the "Stylish" extension/add-on for Firefox and Chrome. (7 May 2017 - Update: Stylish has revamped and updated their plug-in. Make sure you are using the latest version)
