Please Note:  As explained here, due to limitations in the Gallery software, some Challenge submissions may include a larger version of the same image (e.g. for mosaics).
Before voting, please check in the description and comments section to see if the author has posted one of these. However, it should not be a disadvantage if an author just has the required Gallery image.

      Avenue Roundabout Fillers
This package contains four avenue roundabout fillers for use in the middle of avenue roundabouts. Six lots are available to choose from.
Note that you must plop the avenue roundabout first, demolish the middle four tiles then build the roundabout filler in the middle of the roundabout.
      Pedestrian Underpass
Stinking and humid, this pedestrian underpass should have been closed down a long time ago, as this place is mostly just used as a hangout for hoodlums, criminals and bums.
      Fountain
This fountain has huge oversized gold and silver coins at the bottom of the fountain. The fountain walls and bottom are all covered in beautiful mosaic patterns.
      Generic
These are just your average roundabout pieces, nothing special about them, and can be used anywhere and everywhere from downtown areas to suburbs. There are 2 different versions. One with just a curb, grass and signs, and one with rails added.

I re-worked the Traffic Control Center and added 6 more 2x2 Park Menu lots that can be used in the the NAM avenue roundabout.  There are 3 more 'Control Tower' themed lots, and 3 different park lots, one is an amusement type using the Maxis Tilt-a-Whirl ride, one a forested rest-place with a gazebo, and the other a decorative grassy park.  All the lots use Maxis props and lighting, and have unique Park Menu icons.
All lots have the same stats:
Park Effect: 10 over 10, Landmark Effect: 20 over 10.
Power Consumed: 20 MWh, Water: 10 gph.
      Monthly Cost: 50§
      Minimal water and air pollution.
The landmark effect is a bit higher as they are feature parks, the 'Control Tower' lots having an imaginary civic function in controlling city traffic.  The roundabouts are part of the Network Addon Mod (NAM) which is specialized for transit and traffic networks, but the lots are stand-alone and can be used separately as park lots.  If using the NAM bulldoze the default lot in the center of the avenue roundabout and plop one of the 2x2 lots.  Any 2x2 lot can be used.
      Dependencies:
       bldgprop_vol1.dat
The dependency file is located on SimCity 4 Devotion (SC4D) on the following linked page:
Maxis Lot Editor (LE) Tool and Addons
Alternatively, the file below may be used instead of bldgprop_vol1.dat.  It is a better option as it combines access to all the Maxis buildings as props and adds a better hover query showing the lot name.
The above dependencies must be installed in your game application Plugin folder.
      To Install this package:
Place the 'Roundabout Variety Pack Lots' folder in the zipfile to the 'SimCity 4\Pulgins' folder in user 'Documents'.

      Results Announced Here!
Thanks to @MushyMushy for the challenge idea.

The previous challenges have all been focused around specific themes. We've visited urban, rural and night shots, amongst waterfronts, railroads and bridges. There have been a multitude of magnificent creations from many magnanimous mayors!
But this time, in the final Monthly challenge of the season, we're throwing the doors open, giving you freedom to present any of your finest city-building scenes.
You may enter up to 3 images you've created from your cities, towns or villages. The image(s) can be anything you'd like, not necessarily depicting high density and skyscrapers -- it could even be a more rural or desolate location. Basically anywhere big or small where your citizens reside. As usual, you may also use custom content and/or image editing to enhance the appearance. This is all about providing an empty canvas (or 3) for you to express your unique city-building creativity.

      Animation Challenge -
Create an animated image from your city -
      Season 3 - Challenge #25 - Extended (25 days) -
      Results Announced Here!
Thanks to @philforhockey51 for the challenge idea.

So far, challenges have involved submitting static images from your cities. While there's been many creative and lifelike scenes, a picture is just a snapshot of a single moment in time. But when you take multiple snapshots and put them together, it adds a whole new dimension. Animation helps to reveal change, show action, and as we've seen from the many films, can build emotional appeal.
Alongside City Showcase, the final challenge of Season 3 involves creating an animated image, presenting an urban or rural scene.
Aim to make it concise but also interesting and memorable. It could even be something humorous. It's your choice what direction you'd like to take, and how the animation is composed. The sequence could represent action in real time, or as a sped up timelapse. It should run for around 5-20 seconds -- we're not asking for a short film here!
There are a number of ways to create the animation. Some video capture tools allow a recording to be exported as an animated image. If using SimCity 4, you could use the 'recorder' function to capture and extract the frames. Then a software package could be used for the final composition.

See the Possible Ideas section below for a few examples.

This is an  Extended  challenge running for 25 days.

      Submission Requirements

You may use any city-building game -- including SimCity 4, Cities: Skylines, SimCity (2013), and CitiesXL / XXL.
Please submit only one image for this challenge.
However, you may link a larger version of the same image in the description, or post in the comments section. Please see this post for clarification.
For the purpose of voting, please check your image has a full title & description.
Your image must be created solely by yourself, without any assistance from anyone else.

      Possible Ideas
Here are a few ideas to get you started, just giving examples of ways to go about this challenge:
