Zamora General Hospital

This is Zamora General Hospital, the model is from the LBT. It is lotted with a tropical South East Asian city in mind with many palm trees and lots of motorbikes and scooters added.
The relot of the RLS Suburban Mall has arrived! Designed to be the highlight of the suburbs, the mall has been updated to also include a couple of restaurant outparcels as well as a detached shopping plaza. Instead of using the Nordstroms and Hechts from original mall lot, I substituted them with DK1's JCPenney and Macy's. This way the mall can be used in less upscale areas.
The mall itself is made of three lots that combine to make one massive lot. When combined the lots take a space of 17x27 tiles.
Please note all lots will appear in landmark menu, but may appear as a second IHOP lot or may appear as other buildings for icons.

KOSC Presents: Bobbo662's Dell Plant
Dell Plant is the 1st lot release from my IndustryMania series. This is a re-lot of Bobbo662's Dell Plant building done at the request of @tariely.
This building was lotted to fit somewhere between I-M and I-HT. The original lot was expanded somewhat to better accommodate the trucks in the rear section and the front-facing side of the complex has been drastically enhanced, giving it a bit of high-wealth/I-HT flair.
Included in the following package is a single I-M Anchor growable.
If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for the exemplar "b62_Dell_Plant_new" (requires ExtraCheats.dll)
The included growable lot will provide 1342 I-M jobs. The lot sits on a giant 13x13 plot and is a stage 2 that only grows on high density.

Quay House, by Mattb325.
Inspired by the art deco buildings around the Portsmouth, UK area, Quay House is a large (at least by the standards of the 1930s) eight story building in the functionalist style.
The boxy building is broken up by complex massing and many terraces to allow air and sunlight to permeate the building, both of which were a very serious component of any good early 20th Century architecture. The main feature however is the off-centred granite clad staircase and lift riser with an oversized clock.
The lot comes in two flavours: a growable High-Wealth Commercial Office and a ploppable Clinic, which is found in the Health Menu and is comparable to the in-game hospital in terms of capacity and coverage radius. Both lots are 3x3.

NOTE ABOUT DARK NITE vs MAXIS NITE:
This download contains TWO model files; one for dark nite users (and other night-time darkening mods, such as Gizmos night-mod) and one for the standard Maxis nite.
You must keep only one file - depending on which version you use. If you are unsure whether you have a night-darkening mod installed, then choose the Maxis night version. Regardless of which file you choose to keep, make sure you DO NOT delete the Lot File!
If you use the dark nite version, you will need a dark nite mod.
To ensure proper functionality, make sure the following files are in your plugins:

A NOTE ABOUT PARKING TEXTURES:
Sadly, if there appears to be any parking used in the content picture as either part of, or adjacent to the custom content in question, it has now come to the ridiculous scenario of having to write a blurb about parking textures given yet more comments received form only one or two users (comments which incidentally are only made on my lots - I note that other active Batters use Maxis parking lots all the time and receive no negative comments, such is the double-standard). Please note that I will use whatever parking textures I feel like on my lots. If you want something else, then use the lot editor.
Please also note, that this particular lot is only a 3x3 so what you see in the picture is a separate lot placed behind the building; you are therefore free to place your own parking lot or not (as the case may be).
To install, simply unzip the contents of this file into your plugins folder.
The fifth pack of restaurant relots come once again from various users across the STEX. Some restaurants were included in the first few packs, but in the instance you would like a second variant of a model made by someone else I have created an additional relot.
Note that each link below is a dependency if you want my relotted version of it. However, if you only want one of my relots just simply delete the other attached files.
If you would like to clear up space in both your landmark menu in game and in your plugin files, you can delete the original lot file.
To plop some of these restaurants, you will need the lotplop cheat to do so.

KOSC Presents: RetailMania - Simgoober's Super Shopping Center #1
Super Shopping Center #1 is the 2nd release from my RetailMania series and the first in a long line of classic Simgoober re-lots. This set of lots is based on Simgoober's original Super Center 2 strip mall complex and enhances the original through two principles: breaking up the original buildings into individual lots for growing as well as offering several gigantic new ploppable complexes in varying configurations.
The original strip mall complex has been made bigger, badder and massively more detailed than before. While the original came in two versions (18x6, 18x7), the lot layout was pretty straightforward and only differed in an additional row of parking space. This set kicks this up a notch and comes in three very distinct (and large) ploppable versions. Furthermore, each individual building also has a small footprint growable that is more suited for urban use.
Included in the following package are a total of 6 lots: 3 CS$$ growables and ploppables. Two of the ploppables use all three buildings while the last complex is a smaller one that only utilizes two. All ploppables are transit enabled.
If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at KOSC_SG_Super (requires ExtraCheats.dll)
The included growable lots will provide between 261-342 CS$$ jobs. They are available in the following configurations:
