Jericho's 'Simicon Valley'
A recent tech boom prompted this section of Jericho to develop into a large suburban office park. Its proximity to a regional shopping center and a major freeway meant that this area quickly grew into the definitive tech center for the area.

The harbour city in all its glory. You may have seen my Sydney recreation before in my CJ True Earth here, but you've never seen it before like this. I felt like a panorama was the best way to truly capture this amazing city for this final challenge. This panorama showcases the entire center of the city from Hyde Park on the far left to North Sydney on the right, just past the iconic Harbour Bridge. To top things off, I decided to showcase the city in a sunset setting - while Sydney is amazing at all times of the day, I felt like there was just something truly magical about seeing Sydney in the sunset.
This scene features countless buildings imported into the game - real, ingame assets, just like any other BAT you would download and use in the game yourself. The bridge and highway system can are completely modular, a picture illustrating this can be seen here. This scene as a whole also required extensive custom content creation. A majority of the buildings had to be custom lotted in addition to making 40-50 custom made Sydney road textures, complete with authentic bus and bike lanes.
KOSC presents: Lakeside Place
This is the fifth set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. Unlike my previous releases, this one is in its purest form, a relot of the original 1000 Lakeside. I found the original rather underwhelming in terms of both detail and size and decided to take that up to ten. Additionally, with the hype of Cities: Skylines in recent times, I decided to build this lot in 3 different environments to coincide with the 3 distinct biomes in Skylines (boreal, temperate, and tropical).
Lakeside Place (1000 Lakeside) is a massive, high-end office building that was built for satisfying never ending commerical demand. The complex boasts massive parking spaces as well as a large, tree-lined walkway facing the entrance of the building. Lakeside Place is perfect as the centerpiece for your business parks.
Included in the following package are a total of 3 ploppable versions. There are no growables this time around due to the sheer size of the lot.

This one has a little more dependencies than usual, but they're staples as far as custom content is concerned. As always, if you've downloaded any of my previous ITS Office Park lots, you should have most if not all of the required texture/prop dependencies.

KOSC Presents: Ill Tonkso's Zurich House Portsmouth
This is the 11th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. Zurich House, Portsmouth is an ancient BAT by Ill Tonkso that has been re-lotted for more modern SC4 standards. In fact, the actual building in real life is also getting a makeover.
Included in the following package are a total of 4 lots: 3 CO$$ growables and one CO$$ ploppable. Two of the lots use an individual building, while the remaining utilize a fusion of two.
If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at "KOSC ITS Zurich" (requires ExtraCheats.dll)
Growable lots with 1 building provides 1414 CO$$ jobs. They are available in the following configurations:

This is a mini pack including four growable lots: three medium wealth commercial offices, and one medium wealth residential; they all develop in medium and high density zones. The original versions made by Tcxalapa (Tcx) were only avaliable as ploppable landmarks with jobs. This upload is meant to complement those lots, you can use these versions along with the originals if you so wish (and why wouldn't you? just look at the models ).
Three of the buildings are wall-to-wall, all of them are HD models. Also, they were made to be used with SimFox's Day n'Nite mod. (They're not for Maxis Nite, and there's no Maxis Nite version, sorry)
The lots are similar to the originals and have the same size, but the stats of these versions are calibrated in a different way, to ensure they play along nicely with the simulation.
Make sure you download and install the files indicated here in your Plugins. You need to be registered in the LEX at SimCity4 Devotion (separate account than the forums)
Only the .SC4Model files are strictly necessary, you can discard the rest of the files (unless you also want the ploppable landmarks with jobs)

I did not make the models and do not claim any credit for them, all credit goes to Tcxalapa. However, I did give the buildings their stats and made lots for them; you can edit those lots or the descriptor files however you want, for personal use. You can't re-distribute any of the content included here without my permission.
For that same reason, it's not in my hands to make a Maxis Nit version, the only originally avaliable version is DarkNite.
The modding of this buildings was made using the PIM-X tool, so there shouldn't be any problem with these buildings throwing the game off balance.
