Btw the older Burger King need a relot for a long time! I've  redownload my game and downloaded mod etc again! And the Burger King lot that it's on I didn't get Bc most bks have drive thurs! And with the jack in box could you make the drive Thur go around the building? TBH I don't like how it is like how a lot of taco bells are!

I mean by the Taco Bell! Am a drive Thur that goes around the building. And have it meet with parking lot! If  it's possible

Papa johns need more parking please. Need more gas station Relots also. What about Auto Zone Game Stop done by simgoober and Family Dollar and a Dollar General? The Dollar General is on Other website tho!

I can only do so much at one time! :golly:

I'll see what I can do about Papa John's. I was trying to keep it as a small 2x2 lot. Maybe I can make it a 2x3.

Plan on doing Family Dollar eventually along with the other BLAM things (including Advance Auto Parts).

I'm uncertain about the other ones you mentioned as they are off-site and they aren't that realistically sized.  Dollar General is ok, but just tad too large for my liking.

Unfortunately, I will not be changing that. The building BAT includes the Jack in the Box sign and therefore the building isn't easy to move around. And because of the size of the building (when compared to the lot) I will not make the lot any bigger. As it is I feel like it the relot is a little whacky and there isn't a whole lot I can do it about it.

you can always learn to use Lot Editor and do it yourself. *

Also @RRetail glad you found those Hardees/Carl's Jr lots, those things were pretty obscure.

You nailed the first point - those variations look pretty good! Yeah, Ceafus' buildings are the 3ds ones. 3dsmax models have much higher visual fidelity compared to their gmax counterparts. Colors are also a distinguishing factor, as I've noticed gmax models with overly bright colors tend to really stand out, while 3ds ones generally have a more muted palette.

If you're gunning for supremely high quality flora, take a look at girafe's HD offeringsThere's evergreen and seasonal props available to use from those sets.

On a side note, I think one thing that's been deceiving my eyes is how low resolution some of the models look in your screenshots. Do you happen to have the "City Detail" graphical setting turned down by any chance?

Thanks for the suggestion, though I think I'll stick with using CP and or Simgoober trees/floral. I don't see how any of those that will work for me.

I haven't messed around with any graphical settings, so I assume it is just at default. Maybe its the size of the screenshot pictures?

More restaurants for those hungry sims.

Note: I have moved my Olive Garden and Tim Hortons relots into this pack for convenience.

I also did end up redoing Jack in the Box from scratch hence the reason it is different.

Already in the pack 3 state of mind as you can see below. PM me and I may possibly look into at least some of them for either in the 3rd or possibly even a 4th pack.

Pack 3's First few relots:

I'm also planning to relot Simgoober's restaurants for this pack. I have not yet started on them.

I have added an option to download a plaza addon to the BLAM Walmart in a 1.0.1 version. Both versions (Walmart with a plaza and one without) will remain. The only catch is that two additional dependencies will be needed for the plaza version.

Also these have been added to the STEX:

For those who know, I have received a request to datapack my relots so that they are just one download. It's not a bad idea; I just have no idea how to do this. If you would like to see my files done this way, please help me to understand how to do pack them into one download. Otherwise, they will stay as they are.

Two things to differentiate:

1. To datpack is to consolidate the different parts of your creations on one usable file. For the sake of posterior modifications and customisations, I would recommend not to datpack them.

2. Another is to distribute them on a single zip file, an archiver that is not readable for the game (users will have to uncompress them). This makes your files easier to acquire and manage, and is highly recommendable.

Yes, the second thing is what I want. Sorry for the confusion.

Edit: So, um, how do you distribute them on a single zip file?

No dependencies. All lots are 5x5 ploppables in the Reward menu, available at the start, and are network and transit enabled (capacity: 100)  Maxis lighting.
This project is inspired by the first version of SimCity (Classic) now called 'Micropolis' developed in the 1980's and released as open source. The 7th preview is an image of a session of playing the Java version of Micropolis that is freely downloadable from github.com.
In Micropolis there are only three same-sized squares for RCI zoning. I've used the reward system in SC4 to re-lot all 6 of the large commercial office buildings, 2 of the largest high-wealth residential, 1 of the largest high-tech industrial buildings, and 1 agricultural building. All the lots are the same area size like in Micropolis.
The queries are the same queries used for the buildings as grown in the game.  The associated reward will only be indicated in the reward menu as the item is selected and plopped.
The lots contain code for both the reward and the replacement building so apparently the lots provide the benefits of the reward as well as the operation of the building. The intent of making these lots is providing access to the buildings so the reward function was not evaluated, but the queries do report capacity usage for the replaced building --no 'goofy stat' for the reward.
NOTE:  Residential ploppables may indicate some usage initially, but will quickly degrade to Abandoned Due to Commute Time so are not functional as Residential.
Previews of Buildings Featuring Terrain Mods (see Preview and Install.html in zip file)
Terrain Resources Listed in: Cori's Terrain Shoppe
Descriptions of the 10, 5x5 Large RCI and 1 Civic Building are included in the zip file:
The buildings appear in the reward menu with a unique menu icon, the building and reward names.  The Opera House, Farmer's Market and Tourist Trap rewards also appear in the Parks menu.
      • Van Prooijen Trading: Commercial: Convention Center
      • Ong Condos: Residential: Major Art Museum
      • Hurt Enterprise Headquarters: Commercial: Tourist Trap
      • Hogan, Wallace, and White Insurance: Commercial: Resort Hotel
      • Cahalane Communications: Civic: Bureau of Bureaucracy
      • Lind Entertainment: Commercial: Stock Exchange
      • Byall Tower : Residential: Opera House
      • Tubing Facility: Industrial: Advanced Research Center
      • Alvin's Acres: Agriculture: Farmer's Market
      • Pedriana Pharmaceuticals: Commercial: TV Station
A stage 8 CO§§§ building in the Chicago tileset.  Capacity: 7,103
      ______________________________________________________
I've given this lot project the name MicroProject and made a logo for identifying the lots in the Reward and Parks menus. Each lot appears near the original reward, with a building icon and the logo overlay. The original reward is not replaced. The re-lots are available at the start of a new city.

These relot files (which is a combination of the pharmacy and bank relots together in one download) have been updated and packed together for your convenience into a zipped folder. The previous files have been removed because of this.
Note that each link below is a dependency if you want my relotted version of it. In the case that you would only like to download one of my relots, simply delete all the ones you don't want from the download folder.
If you would like to clear up space in both your landmark menu in game and in your plugin files, you can delete the original lot file.
To plop the BB&T bank, you will need to use the lotplop cheat.
Walgreens is a 4x4 lot CVS is a 4x4 lot Rite Aid is a 3x4 lot Bank of America is a 2x3 lot BB&T is a 2x4 lot Other Dependencies:

These relot files (which is a combination of the commercial relots I've made so far in one download) have been updated and packed together for your convenience into a zipped folder. The previous files have been removed because of this.
Note that each link below is a dependency if you want my relotted version of it. However, if you only want one of my relots (e.g. Kmart) then you can delete the other files. However, for an odd reason that I don't know how to work around you will need to keep the 4x3 lot version of Tractor Supply for my version to work.
To plop the Tractor Supply relot, you will need to use the lotplop cheat.
Walmart (building) is a 11x14 lot Walmart (plaza version) is a 13x14 lot Kmart is a 5x6 lot Tractor Supply is a 4x5 lot Strip Mall is a 7x5 lot Dollar Tree is a 3x3 lot Other Dependencies:
BSC MEGA Props SG Vol 1 BSC MegaProps JES Vol. 2 BSC MegaProps Kevdan25 Vol. 1 LBT Mega Prop Pack Vol. 1 VIP Carpack vol1 SuperSHK MEGA Parking Textures 1.0.1 SHK Parking Pack BSC MegaProps JES Vol. 1 BSC MegaProps JES Vol. 2 BSC MegaProps JES Vol. 8 Mushy's Trailers  (Only needed if you keep the Walmart Plaza Lot) Simgoober's Super Center 2 If you would like the Walmart sign, then you will also need to download Baco's Walmart to access it. All you need is the dignwalmart and walmartsign files.
