Nam 31.2 highway appearance?

After installing NAM v31.2 , my highway shoulders turned to a white color instead of the default asphalt texture. Is there something I can do when reinstalling NAM 31.2 (custom install) to check or don't check to prevent this? YC5EgaL.jpg

It's not the NAM 31.2. It's the Highway Re-Styling mod being incompatible with the NAM 31.2, and it will never be updated anymore. I stopped developing this mod in favour of Project Symphony and RHW instead...

I presume you've installed the Highway Restyling Mod in the past, and then installed the Asphalt Highway Textures included in the Network Addon Mod. The texture mod included in the NAM will not alter the hard shoulders, just the textures themselves. In order to remove this, delete your Highway Restyling Mod folder (might be called z_HRS) from your plugins folder, and things should be back to normal.

Hrm... That looks like many highways here... They were originally paved with concrete and then re-paved over the years with asphalt because it was cheaper at the time.

You know that's very true now that I think about it.... I like my cities to look realistic so I guess the new roadways in the picture (above) would be real in a way.  Thanks! :)
