Probably simple NAM questions

I downloaded the NAM probably about a month ago, and I'm still working up to using it at its full potential.  The NAM user's manual shows roads ending in cul-de-sacs, but that's not the case in the game.  They still have their classic look.  Does that affect the draggable FAR capability as well, because that's not working either.  How do I enable these road mods?

There is an option in the custom install of the NAM that will allow you to check the box for the cul de sacs.  Just make sure to do the custom install.  It is there you just have to look for it.  Everytime I install the NAM(which is pretty frequently)  I open up every option as I go down just to make sure I did not miss something and I go through it line by line, sometimes I double check it and go through line by line all over again.

 

Sadly I cannot answer your question about the draggable FAR though, I have no increased my skill with the NAM up to that point yet.  I still use the puzzle pieces for it.

The cul-de-sacs are an optional item under the Custom Install.../Additional Features.../Road Texture... item. You need to select it as it is not selected by default.They should not affect the Draggable FAR. Just be sure you don't de-select it when installing. It is selected by default.
