About This File

My very first BAT dream was a yacht club. This creative baby was the 4th BAT project - after I learnt that amphibious buildings with custom foundations are among the hardest BATs to create. After two months of tears and joy, here it is. Costs quite a bit to plop. However, Roscoe's generous yacht club management pays you back $180 every month in coastal land lease! Ain't that cool. :)

Menu: Reward, Water Transit Rush Hour: compatible but not required
Contains original GDV BAT 3d models = 2
MOD = Reward income $180
increases high tech sector demand and draws rich sims to your city
Rush Hour marina query sound
Time taken to create all components = 50+ hours
Time taken to test all components = 50+ hours
Dinners forgotten during creation process = 7 [uPDATE]
Confirmed to work as promised in the game by downloaders = YES! :)

So...enjoy! Do comment and vote if you like it. :)

      This month we're hoping for a little bit of a boost this month or next, in addition to covering the regular bills, we could benefit from some hardware upgrades. STEX Collector's Set gifts can now be sent to you via digital download as well as regular mail if you wish! Every donation dollar goes toward keeping Simtropolis online and humming along. Your contribution counts! Hardware Upgrades As our website community software improves with more and more features, and as we bolt on additional features such as chat, the increased load to handle all these new toys is taking the server a bit to task. You may have noticed that we'd been forced to temporarily disable the chat as we worked out allocating resources for more optimal performance. Following this, we've applied a number of 'soft' changes such as caching options and experimented with server configurations (nginx as proxy, for example), so the hardware aspect is also an area we'd like to focus on. The last time we upgraded hardware was back in 2012, prior to the release of SC13. Your contribution means a lot! Your donation will go toward helping us to 1.) migrate to a newer server or 2.) at least get some ram/cpu/storage updates and any other infrastructure hardware or services. Donate and Get a Gift or Donate Any Amount Thanks so much! - Dirktator & The Admins

      The Yacht Club is the 3rd of four Marina lots of this initial release. It is a 3 tile wide lot with floating docks and boats that extend out into the water. It showcases a collection of classic Trunk-style power boats that were commonly built in the late 20s & 30s... and are essentially the Dusenbergs of the classic boating world.
      The lot also serves as an "end" piece in that it closes off the left side of the Marina's floating docks. The lot lines up at both front and rear to extend the docks and parking areas of the Marina.
      The lot is a ploppable CS$$$ with jobs and revenue generated from taxes. It is 3x3 tiles in size and extends even further out into the water. Nite lited, traffic enabled... with acustom query. The lot also parrots some of the Marina properties to extend the overall benefits of the Marina complex.
      For help creating the perfect terrain for CDK lots, we strongly recommend reading The Official CDK Tutorial.
      ** This lot requires the following dependencies  PEG-CDKM Marina
        All Pegasus files are now legacy content and are no longer officially supported - however support from the wider community can be requested here.

    • @Tyberius06 ... I do not want you to think that I am ignoring you - I simply do not have the time to look into it this week. Hopefully, I can examine it this weekend.
