I'm sorry, but a roof seems undeveloped for me. Except this, everything is awesome.

Great work - you are spoiling us with so many wonderful Bats lately. You are a machine!*:D

No machine will ever generate art such as this.  This model is much more than an arrangement of textured 2D surfaces, clearly representing a 3D object, a material structure, and its design fits precisely into SC4.   A bit more roof clutter maybe, but as is, this building stands with the best of Maxis.

Another fine model! I don't think my sims would ever want to take those stairs to the top of those towers though - those roofs look awfully dangerous without any enclosure.

This month we're hoping for a little bit of a boost this month or next, in addition to covering the regular bills, we'd love to be able to do some hardware upgrades. STEX Collector's Set gifts can now be sent to you via digital download as well as regular mail if you wish! Every donation dollar goes toward keeping Simtropolis online and humming along. Your contribution is so meaningful, every dollar counts! Hardware Upgrades We've received a recommendation to consider some hardware upgrades to our ageing server. As our website community software improves with more and more features, and as we bolt on additional features such as chat, the increased load to handle all these new toys is taking the server a bit to task. You may have noticed that we'd been forced to temporarily disable the chat as we worked out allocating resources for more optimal performance. Following this, we've applied a number of 'soft' changes such as caching options and experimented with server configurations (nginx as proxy, for example), so the hardware aspect is also an area we'd like to focus on. The last time we upgraded hardware was back in 2012, prior to the release of SC13. Your contribution means a lot! Your donation will go toward helping us to 1.) migrate to a newer server or 2.) at least get some ram/cpu/storage updates and any other infrastructure hardware or services. Donate and Get a Gift or Donate Any Amount Thanks so much! - Dirktator & The Admins

"Sam Walton started his discount store and the simple idea of selling more for less, which has grown into the Walmart brand, the largest retailer in the world. With fiscal year 2015 net sales of $482.2 billion, Walmart employs 2.2 million associates worldwide – 1.4 million in the U.S. alone." (source)   This BAT was originally created by Bobbo662 (aka B62). Shopko was founded in 1962 by James Ruben, and its first store opened in Green Bay.
In 2012, Shopko merged with Pamida, a regional discount chain that operated mainly in smaller communities of 3,000 to 8,000 people; all the stores were rebranded under the Shopko Hometown name.

In the words of b62: " Sears Grand is a one-stop home and family solution center that delivers a mix of quality products such as Sears' proprietary and national brands that no other store provides.  Everything busy people need to maintain their family on-the-go can conveniently be found here under one roof.  Bigger than Wal-Mart Supercenters, Sears Grand help customers navigate through their spacious 165,000 to 210,000 square foot stores easily.  Sears Grand is a one-level store that carries everything from milk to refrigerators, bathing suits to sun block and car seats to baby food - they also are the only store to carry their Craftsman, and Kenmore products.  Shoppers will also find an array of convenient services at Sears Grand including:  auto center, custom paint mixing, window blind cutting and key cutting."

The Pemex Executive Tower (Spanish: Torre Ejecutiva Pemex) is a skyscraper in Mexico City. The 214 meter (211 meters to top floor) international style tower was built between 1976 and 1982. Since the building's opening, it has been occupied by state-owned Pemex, one of the largest petroleum companies in the world.
The Torre Ejecutiva Pemex originally proposed to replace two 14-story towers built between 1967 and 1970. Later, these buildings were replaced by a pair of 26-story towers to house Pemex's administrative offices. However, the 1980s oil boom demanded office space growth and Pemex decided to build a single 52-story tower in a downtown lot with a huge plaza covering an underground avenue. The building is anchored to the ground, rests on 164 concrete and steel piles that penetrate to a depth of 35 meters surpassing the old filling swampy lake to reach firmer ground. In addition, its x-braced structure features 90 shock-absorbers to minimize oscillations from earthquakes. The tower was completed in 1982, but the surrounding plaza was never completed.
The Torre Ejecutiva Pemex remained the tallest building in Mexico for almost 20 years,[1] until August 2003, when the 55-story Torre Mayor was completed only half a mile away. Currently, the Torre Pemex is the third tallest building in Mexico, and the second tallest in Mexico City. The tower is currently occupied by approximately 7,000 Pemex employees.
On 19 September 1985, the tower withstood a magnitude 8.1 earthquake, as well as other strong earthquakes that commonly strike Mexico City. The building was designed to withstand an earthquake of 8.5 on the Richter scale.
