Finally!!!! a proper Mexico City skyscraper after who knows how many years!!!! And with superior quality, no less.Thank you!

I always see this one when I pass trough or near Polanco. Nightlights look great, the DarkNite version really reminds me of the way the real thing looks like.

Small nitpicking: Maybe it would be a good idea to integrate a dropoff zone into the modeled ground, or to model your buildings without grounds, so we can use textures to simulate such things. Kind of like your Carlton Centre and Carlton Hotel, and Fiestamericana GDL. It's not a big deal in terms of texture-matching, since your buildings fit perfectly into their lot; but it would be nice for us lotters to have a bit more flexibility when making personalized lots for your awesome models!

I'm very excited to see what you will release next, ¡sigue así!

Hotel Presidente is located in Guadalajara, Mexico. The composition of the building is not exactly as real life, I made some modifications.

      History
The Torre Latinoamericana is the oldest skyscraper in Mexico, represents the beginning of Mexico City's modern era. When completed it was the 45th tallest building in the world. At the time of completion, this was the tallest building in Latin America. The name of the building has its origin in the name of an insuring company, La Latinoamericana Seguros. After surviving the earthquake in 1957, the tower was awarded the American Association of Construction and Engineering Prize, it also survived the earthquake in 1985. On April 30th 2006, this tower turned 50 years old.

5x5 is even more uncommon in my mind especially when it comes to custom content.

As for the building they're amazing and some of your best work, and the fact they came out at the time CS was at its lowest point in the STEX I think these are a worthy addition.

Zero7 was a very underated BAT, his texture work here shows why he should be on the pantheon of amazing BATers.

About 20 mins to render.  Lots of water tiles open for island building.  The beaches are smooth and waterfronts good for building large cities with ports.  The arrangement of tiles is not random but optimized for city organization.  The transitions in elevation follow natural contour lines.  The overall texture is smooth.    This is a good map for a long term project of building a large region of cities connected by sea, land and air.
