INSTALLATION
Unzip the files from the .zip to your Plugins folder. There are four .zip files in the download area. Be aware!

15 Goitacazes Street (Landmark - MN): this is the Landmark version for those who do not use SimFox Day and Nite Modd.
15 Goitacazes Street (Commercial - MN): this is the CO$$ version for those who do not use SimFox Day and Nite Modd.
NOTE: if you download both MN .zips I highly suggest you to delete one .SC4Model file, but never both.

User Feedback

Man! I emptied my plugin folder on winter holidays to start a new lotting project. I became so tired of this project as I didn't play the game since then. And there is a new NAM version, many new bats, those under bridge pieces by @rsc204 and now - even you! Another delicacy. What happend? Since I've decided to take a gaming break you shoot this fantastic looking content at me. This isn't fair.

I don't rate content by pictures, I have to touch it ingame to be shure. But I rate asap. As all I can say for now: I love it.

      Looks very nice , but like said above "I don't rate content by pictures " and I too will get back after I get it in game . You have been giving us quality stuff and I thank you for your dedication to bring us new content . Keep up the good work . *:thumb:

      These relot files (which is a combination of the pharmacy and bank relots together in one download) have been updated and packed together for your convenience into a zipped folder. The previous files have been removed because of this.
      Note that each link below is a dependency if you want my relotted version of it. In the case that you would only like to download one of my relots, simply delete all the ones you don't want from the download folder.
      If you would like to clear up space in both your landmark menu in game and in your plugin files, you can delete the original lot file.
      To plop the BB&T bank, you will need to use the lotplop cheat.

However, for an odd reason that I don't know how to work around you will need to keep the 4x3 lot version of Tractor Supply for my version to work.
      To plop the Tractor Supply relot, you will need to use the lotplop cheat.

      Introduction
      This is the 11th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. Zurich House, Portsmouth is an ancient BAT by Ill Tonkso that has been re-lotted for more modern SC4 standards. In fact, the actual building in real life is also getting a makeover.
      Package Overview
      Included in the following package are a total of 4 lots: 3 CO$$ growables and one CO$$ ploppable. Two of the lots use an individual building, while the remaining utilize a fusion of two.
      If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at "KOSC ITS Zurich" (requires ExtraCheats.dll)
      General Stats
      Growable lots with 1 building provides 1414 CO$$ jobs. They are available in the following configurations:
      7x6 front, stage 5 4x4 front, stage 6 The growable and ploppable lot with the merged building provides 2825 CO$$ jobs in the following configuration:
      5x8 front, stage 6 $83,000 plop cost Buildings will only grow on the Houston and European tilesets.

      Big improvement over the previous version, they look great. You really have to stare to see the tiling.

      5x5 is even more uncommon in my mind especially when it comes to custom content.

      As for the building they're amazing and some of your best work, and the fact they came out at the time CS was at its lowest point in the STEX I think these are a worthy addition.

      About 20 mins to render.  Lots of water tiles open for island building.  The beaches are smooth and waterfronts good for building large cities with ports.  The arrangement of tiles is not random but optimized for city organization.  The transitions in elevation follow natural contour lines.  The overall texture is smooth.    This is a good map for a long term project of building a large region of cities connected by sea, land and air.
