About This File

This is my relot of the LBT's Zamora General Hospital. I liked the building, it was a good size and works well in almost any city type. It was originally only made for my personal use, and such is a little dependency heavy, with some from non-English sites, including the model itself.

The lot is more intended for a Tropical/Sub-tropical environment with the many palm trees and other tropical plants.

To get the model it is located at Capital Simcity , you will only need the Zamora General Hospital model file, made by the LBT

The dependencies are:

Neko Prop sets 2 and 3

SHK Parking Pack

BSC - VIP girafe urbanpack vol. 1

BSC - VIP girafe carpack vol. 3

BSC - VIP girafe carpack vol. 1 & 2

LBT Prop Pack

LBT Mega Prop Pack

Dutch Prop Pack

Murimk Bicycle Props

BSC MEGA Props - MJB Vol02

BSC MEGA Props CP Vol 02

BSC MEGA Props CP Vol01

BSC MEGA Props - MJB Vol01

PEG MTP Super Pack (Texture DAT is only one that is needed)

RMIP ( All you will need is the  jzo_RMIP2vol2_textures.dat file)

I know it is a long list of dependencies but many of them are necessary for many other lots.

I have tested it numerous times, but if there are any issues please do PM me, write in my new Lot editing topic Tankmanks Lots.

And i just hope that you will enjoy it.

The third pack of restaurant relots come once again from various users across the STEX. Some restaurants were included in the first pack, but in the instance you would like a second variant of a model made by someone else I have created an additional relot.
Note that each link below is a dependency if you want my relotted version of it. However, if you only want one of my relots just simply delete the other attached files.
If you would like to clear up space in both your landmark menu in game and in your plugin files, you can delete the original lot file.
All of these restaurants will appear in the landmark menu.

These relot files (which is a combination of the commercial relots I've made so far in one download) have been updated and packed together for your convenience into a zipped folder. The previous files have been removed because of this.
Note that each link below is a dependency if you want my relotted version of it. However, if you only want one of my relots (e.g. Kmart) then you can delete the other files. However, for an odd reason that I don't know how to work around you will need to keep the 4x3 lot version of Tractor Supply for my version to work.
To plop the Tractor Supply relot, you will need to use the lotplop cheat.
Walmart (building) is a 11x14 lot Walmart (plaza version) is a 13x14 lot Kmart is a 5x6 lot Tractor Supply is a 4x5 lot Strip Mall is a 7x5 lot Dollar Tree is a 3x3 lot Other Dependencies:

All you need is the dignwalmart and walmartsign files.

KOSC Presents: RetailMania - Simgoober's Super Shopping Center #1
      Introduction
Super Shopping Center #1 is the 2nd release from my RetailMania series and the first in a long line of classic Simgoober re-lots. This set of lots is based on Simgoober's original Super Center 2 strip mall complex and enhances the original through two principles: breaking up the original buildings into individual lots for growing as well as offering several gigantic new ploppable complexes in varying configurations.
      Package Overview
The original strip mall complex has been made bigger, badder and massively more detailed than before. While the original came in two versions (18x6, 18x7), the lot layout was pretty straightforward and only differed in an additional row of parking space. This set kicks this up a notch and comes in three very distinct (and large) ploppable versions. Furthermore, each individual building also has a small footprint growable that is more suited for urban use.

Included in the following package are a total of 6 lots: 3 CS$$ growables and ploppables. Two of the ploppables use all three buildings while the last complex is a smaller one that only utilizes two. All ploppables are transit enabled.
If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at KOSC_SG_Super (requires ExtraCheats.dll)
      Install Instructions
Drop the files in your My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins folder.
      General Stats
The included growable lots will provide between 261-342 CS$$ jobs. They are available in the following configurations:
1 5x5 front, stage 2 2 7x3 front, stage 2 Ploppable lots are located in the landmarks menu and provide between 622-932 CS$$ jobs in the following flavors:
20x11, $111,000 plop cost 15x11, $100,000 plop cost 12x10, $80,000 plop cost Detailed stats and information can be found in the enclosed README.

      Hello all.
First at all,-I´m not new to sc4,I have played it since 2004,but I hav´nt played for some years.
I have played allmost all the new City builders, but SimCity 4 is the only real "build a city" game for me :),-because(and many other reasons) so far I hav´nt reached more than 650.000 population,in a single city, and that was with the latest NAM installed.
I have SimCity 4,-the very first and original on a disc,-but unfortunately I can´t play it on modern computers,so digital SC4 Deluxe it is.
No problem in that,-other than ALL the problems you all know about,-It´s simply unplayable without Mods.
And mods is what this thread is about. If I had the knowlegde to customize a Hospital,or any other buildings for my use, by using the Lot Editor and iLive Reader I wouldn´t make this post, but I simply can´t figure out how to use these great tools.(58 yeays old,and never had an I pad,-or what ever the name are....;))
So here is my little pray for you Modders.
I would really like a Hospital and an Elementary School with a capacity of 9-10.000,and  with 3 times the cost for both the ambulance and daily running.
Nothing ells must be changed.Just a lot that act as 3 Hospitals or Schools
I know there´s a load of those costum Civic both here and Devotion, but I hav´nt found anything that fit my "style".
Can YOU do this for me?please?

    • The old puzzle pieces are actually still there, albeit the puzzle-based height transitions have been under a separate option (unchecked by default) since NAM 33 (Additional Features and Customizations > Real Highway Options (click the "+" to expand) > Legacy Deprecated Height Transitions).  There will always be some way to access them for those who absolutely have to have them, but we are focusing on draggable and FLEX items from here on out, and there are no plans to add any new features in conventional puzzle piece form.  The reason we started making the old puzzle pieces harder to reach is because ready access to both the old and new systems created substantial user confusion in the NAM 31/32 era. The main reason we no longer see conventional puzzle pieces as viable for future development is because we began to get a lot of combination complaint/requests awhile back.  People thought there were too many puzzle pieces to navigate, but at the same time, they had a pretty substantial wishlist of things they wanted to see added to the NAM.  Unless we found an alternate solution, that meant even more puzzle pieces, which was the exact opposite of what was desired.  FLEX pieces--which are plopped like puzzle pieces, but can be overridden by multiple networks (similar to the FLEXFly system, first added to NAM 28/RHW 4.0 in 2010)--ended up being the solution that allowed us to add features while reducing puzzle proliferation.  Each FLEX item has a "base" configuration, but plugging another override network into one of the ends of a FLEX item can transform it to match that override network (see my early demo on the height transitions here).  The result of that with the height transitions is that we've been able to use just 4 FLEX pieces to cover the same functionality that would require somewhere around 60 conventional puzzle pieces.  In the near future, it's also going to allow us to finally offer full plop interchanges for the RHW. -Tarkus

    • Mexico D.F.! Wow, you always have another surprise up your sleeve. I love how you cover so many different cities, world regions, and architectural styles. I would not have expected this brutalist piece after all the recent steel and glass skyscrapers. Once again, the building looks wonderful, and I'm sure we will soon see it pop up in CJs. Just like Edvarz, I wish you left the BATted ground out. Just the roof and the planters in this case, but not the pavement. This way we could use different lot configurations, adapt the lot flexibly with texture mods, put the building on differently sized lots... it would allow for so much more flexibility, and you'd have one less thing to worry about. Thank you for all the 3dsmax goodness you bring to the STEX!
