Are there any city building game where i can build an dystopian/totalitarian looking City? I want to build an City that could be an capital of an totalitarian fascist oder communist dictatorship. Does such an city building game exist? Most cities in city building games look very colorfull and not really dystopian, can you build in simcity 4 such an city?

      Entry 1
      The Foxxy City
The city of Prowersville is a metropolis of people, ideas, and culture. The city is often called the "Foxxy City," and is home to some of the most beautiful furries in the world. This place is also home to the royal family and the major center of government, as it is the capital of Sparkle. It was renamed for Miles "Tails" Prower during the 1990s, and it is home to the famous Tailsko Harbor. But in this entry, we will only be exploring the first of the city's four tiles...

The major skyline of the city is one to look at with awe. It is the home of many tall buildings, the Prowersville Foxes soccer team, and the city's main event, SparkleFurCon

A closer look at the home of the 1998 and 2002 World Cup champion Foxes' Home. This is also where the 2022 World Cup will be held, and the soccer arena for the 2024 Summer Olympics.

The University of Prowerville next to a MASSIVE retail park where most of the students at the UP shop. It was called the city's best economic move by King Steven I. (1995-2012)

One of seven private schools in the area, the Prowersville Cathedral High School. It is the home of the Red Foxes, and has maintained the best grades of any private school within the area, with a 97% graduation rate.

This is where most graphics and sound cards in Sparkle are made, the NVIDIA headquarters in Prowersville is in the now high-tech industrial park.

Music is powerful. SimCity's music is no exception. That's why I decided to upload it.
Each game's music is individually packaged, so you can pick and choose what you want. Simply unzip - I recommend 7zip for the task - and enjoy.
If you want to view my first attempt at a SimCity music collection, you can see it here. What you're reading right now is the third overhaul of this collection to date.
And yes, I might get around to The Sims' music one day.

      DOWNLOADS
All music is sorted by date of release. All archives are ZIP format. More detailed information about the music itself can be found in the .txt files packaged with each game's music.

      22 MP3 files at 128-224 kbps, 103 megabytes uncompressed
This is from a SimCity 4 mod and not part of the collection, but I want to provide a direct link anyway. A bit more convenient than downloading a text file containing the link to the download, no?

If you want to support Jerry Martin and the other composers & musicians, I suggest you purchase any and/or all available albums of this music from Amazon or iTunes. The music from Streets, SC3K, SC4 and SC Societies - as well as the 2013 reboot and its expansion, not included here for copyright reasons - are available from both services. However, the Societies and 4 selections are sadly incomplete, and the music from SC3K Unlimited & Societies Destinations is missing entirely.
To play this music (or any other music for that matter) in SimCity 4, find your SC4 application folder and go to Radio\Stations. There should be two folders, Mayor and Region. Inside each of these folders is another folder named Music. Only MP3 files will play in the game, so place whichever MP3 files you want into the folder you want. For previous SimCity games, muting the in-game music and playing this collection with an external music player will suffice.

    • I will surely give it a try because my city has a Swedish name so I was looking for some Swedish brands. Still waiting for someone to create MAX restaurant or maybe an ICA MAXI
    • Can you do that please? I am using NAM's sam parking texture as parking lots and I was looking for some variety. Besides, I don't like that cars can pass through other cars in sam's parking lots
