      Welcome back for more MMP's!
Its time to introduce a wider variety of sand colors and textures therefore I bring you SM2 Sands.
8 new colors and textures in 2 sizes. Large and small.
As a bonus I have included a twigs, tiny rocks and branches MMP which I named SM2 Beach Clutter.
Also as an extra bonus I made a nifty little wrecked boat that can be used either above or under water.
For a grand total of 18 separate MMPs!
All models are in HD, they are slope conforming and will also plop underwater.
(When plopping MMPs under water you may not see it plop immediately, if thats the case, please zoom out then in or rotate view and the MMPs will appear correctly)
Make sandy paths, beach scenes, mountain scene, lakes scene, construction scenes etc.
Making a coal mine lot? No problem! You now have black sand which can simulate coal bits and dust! Your imagination is your limit.
You will find them all under your Mayor menu.
      No dependencies!
Have fun and post some pics for everyone to see.

      Hello everyone.
This time I bring you a set of 10 Rock MMP's to liven up your rural scenes.
This pack comprises of 3 different color of "Muro Secco", its a type of "dry wall"  made of local stones and are prevalent in some European countries such as Italy, France, Spain etc. The country side is dotted with them.
Used as a type of fence to mark property boundaries and to hold livestock within while out to pasture.
I also made 4 different color slate stone pathways, also seen in those countries to go with the ensemble.
And finally I made 3 different sized and colored bedrocks.
They are slope friendly and can be used under water if you so wish.
You will find them in your Mayor menu.
      No dependencies!
      Have fun.

A petrol station in the city tile of Faverdale.

I'm wondering what you guys do to create a small pond... one that is larger than the tiny ploppable pond props but too small to create with actual game water. I wind up doing stuff like this and I feel a bit dumb. Is there a better way?

      RAH Wat-Air Inc. v2
This is the latest updated version  (June 2015) of my Wat-Air Inc. lot. (Wat-Air Inc. v2)
It's the final creation and will clean the water and air in a small to medium city.
Please replace any older versions with this version 2. It's the better of them.
It must be connected to your main water supply or used as the main water supply for it to work properly. Connect those pipes from the pump to that flange!
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      Description:
Got water pollution? Got air pollution?
Need water treatment? Need air treatment?
Need water purification? Need air purification?
Well, brother, you've come to the right lot.
You are looking at a revolutionary breakthrough in clean air and clean water.
This process sucks all the air it can suck into the large turbo sucker than separates the H2 from the O found in the air and reprocesses the air into large green ionization balls which are than expelled from the top of the big blue ionization building.
The 'smoke' you see is nothing more than hot steam used in the process.
Backed by little steam injectors, they expel the ion balls into your city's atmosphere.
The steam also keeps those little green buggers soft and pliable while they float around your city devouring any and all nasty particles in the air.
      It's revolutionary, I tell you!
The 'waste' from the breaking down of the H2 from the O is 99.44% pure so it can be pumped back into the water system, completely cleaning all grunge and any nasties it finds. Yup, you heard right! Back into the main water system! These little goodies are called waterons and work like tiny microscopic scrubbing bubbles floating around throughout your water system.
      It's revolutionary, I say!
      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      Note 1:
It was tweaked to clean two nasty coal burning power plants and one incinerator
I have in one of my city's.
If you have more dirty industry than that, you may need to plop two or more of them.
It is also residential and commercial friendly. It can be plopped most anywhere.
I've kept the stats within reason keeping it from being an actual CHEAT lot.
      The updates are:
Increased radius area out to 144.
Increased the plop cost from 10,000 simolians to 15,000 simolians.
BUT reduced monthly costs from 500 to 200 simolians.
      Reduced garbage output.
Added a small water pump, the same as the small water pumping station in the game.
And a couple other minor unimportant thingys.
      Note 2:
Don't forget to connect this lot to your main water supply or use it as the main water supply for it to work properly. Connect those pipes from the pump to that flange!
      Stats:
      Plop cost: 15,000 simolians
      Monthly cost: 200 simolians
      Bulldoze cost: 1,000 simolians
      Jobs Generated: 600 ($=100, $$=200, $$$=300)
      Installation:
Unzip the 'RAHWatAirIncv2.zip' folder and place the lot file in your,
      My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins folder.
      Dependencies:
There are no dependencies other than Maxis bldgprop_vol1 & bldgprop_vol2 OR Maxis Prop Names&Query Fix
      ENJOY!!!

A little credit goes to SimCoug for helping with the tweaks.

    • Just downloaded, looks really good.  The creative output of user content creators on this site over the past month or so is unbelievable.  EA should just hand SC4 over to the ST Community and we'll re-commercial-market the game from here.   __________________________________________________________ I'm editing in after installation of MN landmark version.   Excellent building, understanding its a corner lot, interesting windows, the reflections also look like interior view, but no lights on in the top floor?
    • Were is the file for it its only the screen shot I would like to install this to my maps.
    • WAY too expensive.  Otherwise great.
    • I'm finally getting back to this lot, and now starting to make at least 3 different variations taking from ideas presented here.  Not sure if the lot can be made 2x2 and still work as the same growable,  but if there's a tweak I need to make, please let me know as I would like to add some ground area to the lot. I don't have an SC4Desc file for it, but I'm now re-lotting this re-lot, so yes, some parking and a gas station added will go into 1 of a few new variations, Thanks for the input.   It will be a 2x2, if I can get 2x2 working the same as a growable.  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks to the more advanced content creators above for suggestions.   Whatever I come up with, as mentioned, I have to keep in mind how often this lot shows up and find a way to make that repetitiveness look good in-game --It does work as a blvd with the overdose of big trees, but that's all so far.
    • uggh, i'm confused. I installed this because I want a bus stop on road but I can't find the tile on the menu bar. Does it appear in form of ploppable "bus stop" (but can be done in top of road) or "road tiles with bus stop"?
