Hello folks, here I present the semi-fictional 96 West St apartments, based on some slim generic brick apartments in East Harlem, NYC. The apartment comes on a R$ 1X2 lot and has an occupancy of 200 people.

Neds more roof junk to enhance the model. Other wise its really good- 4/5

Yeah I think the roof is missing a giagantic satellite dish, a HVAC, Bigfoot, Santa Claus and UFO. Seriously nice work I really like it! I would love to see a non-NYC version

I actually appreciate more people doing residentials. To me, this looks very appropriately R$. True it may not be a spectacular bat, but IMHO it is just as useful as any Trixie Award contending bat. Here is my 5/5 to put this closer to a fair rating.

Great Job, I think you should of made a maxis night version for all the things you upload using Max, I think a max users should export both Maxis and Dark Night, you have been batting for a while to not be doing this, that is such a no no.
I like the model and the textures are well place to me but that can also ways be better as we all know most or some batters will improve as time goes on and I hope you improve even more.
Sense this is a New York Building just let us NYBT baters know if you want to join NYBT, we are always up for a new batter and I think you may have what it takes to be a great batter, but do not forget to keep improving and you can go far in your batting career. I give the upload 5/5!!!!

Hey guys, you're not in a drive'in, ordering for some models. I can't understand such an ingratitude toward someone who upload a building (including small ones) with high quality. For those who are unhappy, just try to bat too and then u will be able to debate.

kind of wish it had some windows or just more detailed sides. these always look a bit awkward when they pop up next to shorter brownstones. otherwise, cool.
