Tina's is a fictional supermarket rivaling Albertsons and Safeway. My inspiration actually came from a local Safeway near my residence. To add variety, I adjoined the supermarket to a mini strip mall, containing four other shops. This gives you a representation of what modern day American's shopping looks like.
Special thanks to Citiesxl2012 and deathtopumpkins for testing my BAT, since I did not have my game copy with me at the time of this release. Also thank you DTP for getting the screenshots!

Instalation:
Just download it to your desktop. Unzip the file, and place everything that was inside that .zip file into your simcity4/plugins folder. You'll find the ploppable in your Landmark menu, and the growwable should grow in low density zoning.
Pointed out to me by Xyloxadoria, there is a model file placed in both the Ploppable and Growwable folders.

Edit: I missed two light poles in the parkinglot and noticed they didn't light up at night. Sorry I didn't catch that. Hope they work now!

I tried to put it into SC4 under plugins,and when I Extracted i,all i saw was Pictures and an Adobe Reader. What did I do wrong?????

Nice job! Well, it's a landmark and therefore not commercial in-game, but I suppose the advantage to that is the fact that it won't drive down my C demand so much.
I am totally impressed by how this turned out. I plans to make a growable version of it for myself cuz it looks to nice to not be functional

You did a great job with your model, the only thing thats bad with your download is your file arrangment. You included the model file in both the growable and plopable versions, which means someone will have the same file twice if they use both versions. Next time place the model file out of both folders to avoid this, then say its required for either version. Other than that its a great model.
The two model files are different though. As is the case on the lots. The lots don't use the same model exactly. So what would happen if one model file is taken out? Would the other lot have a brown box?

It is a good model indeed, I am just somehow disappointed that you never posted it again in your BAT thread as there are still some details you could have easily changed, improving the overall look of the that BAT. (e.g. the vending machines, you didn't added a gradient to the wall textures, the parapet still looks weight to bright and clean, etc). But don't get me wrong these are just details I still think you made a good work on this one...

Oh if you used a diffrent model file on each lot then you need both model files. I was assuming you used the same model file for both versions

Safeway and Albertsons sound like the WORST grocery stores to be based off. I'm sorry, but I just can't imagine Tina's as anything but dirty and overpriced.
