The Airbus A330 passenger airliner, which has 200-plus seats, including 30 for VIPs, has been chartered to carry the torch on its global tour.

It was done for my own use, now sharing it for fun if anybody is interested, haha.

UNLOCKED 10/1 WITH PERMISSION OF SHADOW_ASSASSIN
These texture replacements for the Rural Highway Mod have a similar black asphalt to the Euro Textures, but have American striping (yellow line on the left) instead.
NOTE: This version does not include the RHW2. That will hopefully be coming at a later date.
Place the included .dat file in Plugins\Network Addon Mod\Rural Highway Mod, and ensure that the "zzz" remains at the front of the filename, to ensure that it overwrites any existing textures.
There are no dependencies, except, of course, the RHW.
There is a readme included in the zip file.
If there is an issue I've missed, such as a missing texture, please don't hesitate to post in the DTP Productions thread in the Modding-Open Discussion thread.

These textures are based off of Shadow Assassin's textures, but have had a few things changed in addition to the yellow line.
Updated to v1.32 with the correction of the incorrect alpha textures on diagonal straight MIS, and the addition of a missing texture for a OWR-MIS + intersection.

This mod will fix the missing textures from Thorvin's Asphalt Highway Texture mod.
The missing textures are namely the NAM's Y interchange, the NAM's partial-Y, and the NAM's trumpet interchange.
The trumpet interchange has a slight texture glitch at the merge between the on-ramps. This is only minor, and is only really noticeable at zoom 1.

Simply unzip the downloaded folder into My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins. Also, make sure there is at least 1 'z' before the folder name to ensure it loads after the NAM itself.

This modd changes the colors on the transprtation map found in the region view. I was informed the legend was not correctly changed. I have made all appropriate changes to fix the problem. Just place in Plugins foder.

This mod would have much harder to do without the work of Rivit, creator of GoFSH and the original Coastal Modd. My job was simply to create and replace some images, then letting the program to do its magic.
When planning my upcoming CJ, based on a volcanic island, I noted the lack of a black texture to match basaltic sands: the available ones were granitic, grey sands, or overly black and unrealistic ones.
This newer sands should match adequately in any volcanic or basaltic coast, from Iceland to New Zealand, provided they are match with a dark cliff texture (there's an upcoming one from this part!).
This mod replaces textures both for terrain and beach lot sands, including custom ones.
Just asure you this mod is loaded AFTER anyone changing the default sand textures.
Also, being an SD texture, this is not compatible with HD terrain mods (like Gobias' and Lowkee ones), because they read the images as being four times bigger, stretching and pixelating them in the process. Also, those mods usually include their own sand textures.

By SimFoxHere is a set of games base textures (used for plazas and some such) that have been adjusted (in terms of Hue, Saturation and Brightness) to be used in BATed content.
Need for such an adjustment comes from the fact that both games and BAT have own lighting that affects different items in Game and it is not really compatible. Don’t ask me why such an approach had been taken by the creators of the game in the first place, but here we are.
This first set contains most commonly used textures, these are games own, default ones. Adjustment had been made for lighting setup in Bat4Max V4.5 only and will be most fitting with Max 2008 and newer. Enjoy!

The texture data file is located in the FOLDER: Elements Textures DAT, 3 sample lots are in the FOLDER: Elements Sample Lots, and 1 7x8 test lot showing all 55 textures is now included in the FOLDER: Test Lot 7x8 Park. Also included are the 2 previews showing all the textures and this text in readme.txt and HTML.
The texture '.dat' file size is 498K with 55 textures. This volume is called 'Elements', including diagonal, broken, patterned and squared stone, dirt, grass, metal, pavement, sand, water and wood. Also included are 3 sample lots found in the Parks Menu, each have been made functional for radical purposes of helping with start-up cash, reducing pollution and garbage, and recovery from nuclear meltdown.

This lot will radically decrease radiation. Use this lot in the event of a nuclear power plant meltdown. When you plop this lot you will see the Maxis 'Sparkles of Purification'.
3.) Subfolder: SC4 Logo (50K Business Deal)
Menu Description: Base Textures Elements (Bus. Deal)
Vol. 1: Elements. 55 Textures: Stone, Dirt, Grass, Metal, Pavement, Sand, Water, Wood. Use Lot Editor to see all the textures. This lot will radically increase your income by 50,000 Simoleons a month, Use this lot to help get your city started, then bulldoze it. When you plop this lot it will appear as a 'Business Deal' in your budget panel.
INSTALL the TEXTURES and SAMPLE LOTS
To install the sample lots copy and paste the 'Elements Sample Lots' folder into your User\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder. The sample lots are found in the Parks Menu.
To install the textures copy and paste the 'Elements Textures DAT' folder into your User\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder.
ABOUT the TEXTURES, INFO FOR LOTTERS and GAMERS
The texture images are derivatives of images from a variety of commonly, freely shared sources, hand re-worked for use with SC4. The design of the textures leans toward lower contrast, saturation and brightness as more usual in realism, and for dimmer screens.
If using them for creating and distributing SC4 lots the '.FSH' file may be extracted and included as a '.DAT', but don't re-distribute changed associations between the image and the ID (instance) as that could impact another user of the file. No crediting is required, but no claim of original artwork should be made if redistributing them with SC4 lots.

By Null 45This is a tool I wrote to convert multiple png / bmp images into fsh images. It takes a list of images and converts each image into a fsh file of the same name.
The instance range in "instRange.txt" must be changed to your assigned range.
The .NET Framework 3.5 Client profile is required on Windows Vista and XP.

This was called "BBlue" for no good reason. I could not think of an appropriate adjective to describe it with.
By BIWDCok here is my first texture pack now these textures in this pack are parking lot textures as seen in the pictures above and there are 2 parking textures in them that can be used at the same time and i worked out the instance numbers problem i had so there shouldn't be a problem with them replacing any other textures but if there is trouble please let me know,leave a comment or send me a private message now these are availible to anyone who wishes to use them in there lot but if you upload it on the stex please don't just give the texture files with your lot have them get it from here.,oh and these are base textures and i have not used them in my lots yet.

i made these textures with the windows paint program and with the help of darkmatters datagen and fishman programs and ilives reader so thanks to them for there great programs.
By BIWDCOk here is my texture pack ver.2 it is an update of the other version,in this one i re-did both my parking lot textures as seen in the pictures above now it is important that these textures not be used with the others i made so if you have them you must delete my old textures first then you can use these,now just as my other you can use these on your lots but if you upload your lot you must point the users to this file,anyway this set as my other includes 2 texture files in it +a 3rd Texture and you can use ether one or all 3 at the same time,and the 3rd texture is for industrial lots and commercial lots 0nly it is a type of loading zone with truck and semi trailer parking and/or storage the picture of it is in the zip.
I updated the handicap parking texture with the handicap logo to make it more realistic so the blue lines now will have this logo(this was suggested to me by Johnb & Atelier Kell).
