  1. Heretic SeaPort Project
    Version 1.5 (please read the attached readme file):
    - minor changes on lots (the included readme contains a list about the changed files), therefore I included two new dependency file (they are in the upload)
    - attached Cleanitol file
    - corrected dependency
    - with the update an updated readme. I also deleted the previously included "Images" folder, because the readme contains every picture.
    IMPORTANT NOTICE:
    As the PEG-CDK3 Master SeaPort Controller mod refers the PEG Seaports (which I also use in this upload) are not compatible with any other seaports or seaport mods including the BSC Seaports aswell. As @Eggman121 pointed to me into the right direction in my development thread over there on SC4Devotion, you can only use each of the Seaports: the PEG-CDK3 Seaports with the Master Seaport Controller OR the BSC Seaports, but you can NOT use these together at the same time. 
    Introduction
    This project was initially made for my personal use to get a better (for me more satisfying) design in my cities, which idea was inspirated by Simmer2's RRW NSB overlay texture set. I like the PEG-CDK3-SP system, and I've been using them since I found them on SimPEG a few years ago. But I don't like the base texture what it uses, and there are some configuration what was also problematic (I really don't like those rail-crossings on the inner corner LOTs, at least not in every situation), so I decided to change them. But if I change one or two LOTs, I have to change all of them, or the most used ones for the uniformity.
    This upload contains retextured and relotted items from three different creators/teams who made the original sets and additions for the original set and contains a lot of new additional lots made by Me. The re-made original contents are the following:
    PEG-CDK3-SP Docks, Seaports, Warehouse Docks from Pegasus
    Large Warehouse Outer Corner (for CDK3-SP Raw Warehouse set) from NBVC
    Modular Container Port from NBVC
    Tamorr CDK3-SP End Lots from Tamorr
    Bob’s CSK Transfer Dock from Tamorr
    CDK3-SP Rail Port WH from Tamorr
    Tamorr’s CDK3-SP Freight Station from Tamorr
    Altogether with my creations this project contains 130 Lots. Apart from the three PEG-CDK3-SP Seaport Lots (Container Seaport, Pier One Seaport, Break-Bulk Seaport) these are not overrides, this is kind of a new set based on the original lots. However the three mentioned Seaport Lots override the original PEG Seaports, or replace them.
    Installation
     
    The *.zip file contains three folders called Heretic Projects, Heretic-PEG-CDK3-SP Seaports and Documentation. The Heretic Projects folder contains a Seaport Project folder, which contains 11 folders.
    1.       You just simply copy the so called Heretic Projects folder into you plug-in folder. 2.      The Heretic-PEG-CDK3-SP Seaports folder contains a ZZZZ_PEG SEAPORTS subfolder. Copy the ZZZZ_PEG SEAPORTS folder to your plug-in folder. NOTE: if you’ve already used the original PEG-CDK3-SP Seaports either you should remove those from your plug-in folder (in that case if some reason you changed the original paths of those plugins), or let them overwrite with the new files. To avoid any conflict you should use only ONE set (PEGs or mine, but you shouldn’t use both in the same time.). I didn’t changed the stats of these lots, only give them a new Item Name and the new texture design.

  2. KOSC presents: Zurich House/Center
    Introduction
    This is the 11th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. Zurich House, Portsmouth is an ancient BAT by Ill Tonkso that has been re-lotted for modern SC4 standards. In fact, the actual building in real life is also getting a makeover.

    Included in the following package are a total of 4 lots: 3 CO$$ growables and one CO$$ ploppable. Two of the lots use an individual building, while the last ones boast a fusion of two. All lots that have parking lots contain connection stubs for use with my modular parking set.

    This was always one of my favorite Maxis industrials because it looks pretty decent, however its vanilla lots did it no justice at all!
    I present to you Willmott Widget Assembly Remastered! WWA has been remade into a stage 3 I-M Anchor lot (instead of an Outbuilding) and had some of its stats tweaked slightly so it is more-or-less on-par with other Maxis I-M Anchors of similar size.

    The lot features almost entirely custom-made props by me, which includes a perimeter fence, long-haul trucks, employee and company cars, as well as some inner-city semi trucks. The props have been made to appear more "natural" - people are not always very compelled to park perfectly! I also used a technique to make props that sit in the shadows of the two buildings actually have shadows. Something I've always hated about props in this game is how they are not affected by shadows, so I more-or-less circumvented that issue. Lastly, the props included with this set are 100% compatible with various darker-night mods because they have no lighting effects (normal for props).
    This lot also has a fully custom base texture set. Also, before someone comments about it, the lot has so many large-ish empty areas because the long-haul trucks and the inner-city trucks need space to maneuver. American semi trucks are not known for having very good turning radii!

  5. In this installment of the Maxis renewal series, most of the basic Maxis utilities and transport have been re-lotted.
    As usual, changes include general lot redecoration, like most flora seasonalized and SCILT sidewalk textures, among other things.
    Lots overriden: Water pumps, Treatment plant, Incinerator, Recycling center, Nuclear and Solar power plants, Toxic waste dump, Passenger, Freight and Elevated train stations, Monorail, Bus and Subway stations, Elevated Rail to subway transition, Parking lot and Project Symphony style Maxis toll Booths.
    Standalone lots included: Compact Water Treatment Plant (50% less capacity), Compact Passenger and Freight Stations (25% less capacity), Train stops (very low capacity) and Passenger Rail Terminus Station (10% more capacity)

    Short description:
     
    As my personal entry to the Facelifting Challenge on simtropolis-com, I’ve redesigned one of the Vanilla Maxis buildings, namely, a small mall suitable for a small town filling the gap between single stores and huge malls, by resorting to a series of props and textures previously created by developers during 13 years of intense work. The size of the parking lot has been reduced and trees and signs have been added, the plaza in front of the mall has been decorated and contains some accessoires like bike racks and shopping carts, and the entire lot contains more trees.
    The Vanilla building’s name is Lee Shopping Mall, it is growing on a 6x5 commercial lot (medium density). All building properties, lot size, and growth stage have been kept the same. This building has its own TGI instance; therefore, it does not override any Maxis building.
    For further information and lot specifications, please refer to the readme in the download.
    Available languages: Since no text has been modified or added, the game will use Vanilla text, which will be available in all languages that are available in Sim City 4. The readme, however, is available in English and German.

  7. In this first* installment of the Maxis renewal series, most of the basic Maxis parks, as well as some related rewards, have been re-lotted.
    Changes include general lot redecoration: most trees replaced with CP's seasonal and semiseasonal variants, sidewalk textures replaced with CP's SCILT textures and the green park's base replaced to match the open grass area, among other things.
    Lots overriden: Green parks, flower gardens, plazas, sportsfields, beach, minor and major league stadium facelift, mayor statues, farmer's market.
    Optional standalone lots included: koi pond garden, fenced sportfields, beach promenade extensions.

    With a seating capacity of 99,354, it is the largest stadium in Spain by capacity. It is also the largest stadium in Europe and the second largest association football stadium in terms of capacity. It has hosted numerous international matches at a senior level, including several matches 1982 FIFA World Cup, two UEFA Champions League finals and the football competition at the 1992 summer olympics.
    In another vein, Bruce Springsteen and U2, among others, often choose this stage to offer his great concerts in Spain.

  11. This lot shows up so much in low density commercial services and its so bright and plain, it needed to be re-worked into a hidden bistro, contributing some flora to industrial areas and relief from pollution and noise.   A nice place to snuggle into for lunch. 
    1. Hidden Bistro, the initial growable replacement re-lot.

    Ploppable (Tourist Trap) Re-lot:  1. Deppiesse's Diner Roundabout 2x2
    My initial solution to the repetitiveness and brightness of Maxis's CS$$ 1x1 Deppiesse's Diner lot was to smother it with large trees and refer to it as a 'hidden bistro'.  The original Diner would still appear anyway, so I realized that SC4 would accept multiple replacements of the same lot and put the lots in a random pattern. 
    I've made 4 more replacement lots with different props to make the repetetive pattern and brightness more scattered, keeping the building as a visual object.  I still find the bistro useful for making a tree-lined boulevard that also provides jobs and commercial service, but it is unusual looking otherwise in a commercial area.  The bistro is included in the new version zipfile.
    The variety pack lots are growables, so cannot be plopped from the menu, but they will show up fast in isolated 1x1 low-density commercial zones.  Also included in this download is a ploppable 2x2 version of Deppiesse's Diner that can be accessed from the Rewards menu.  I used the Tourist Trap reward to re-lot the diner and give it some glamour and multifunctionality, combining the commercial lot with the positive effect on business that may be used in a NAM avenue roundabout.
    All queries and stats are as the original Maxis Deppiesse's Diner. The 2x2 ploppable reward lot is slightly improved to have minimal pollution and moderate landmark effect as the Tourist Trap is low wealth. The zipfile contains 3 folders, select any or all to place in the user plugins folder.
    No dependencies, Maxis night-lighting.

    KOSC presents: Maxis Mansion Facelift
    Introduction
    This is a simple re-lot of the small Maxis mansions using a 4x6 lot size restriction.
    Package Overview
    The revamped Maxis small mansion boasts an exceedingly large amount of front driveway, including a fountain roundabout to show your neighbor that indeed, your place is cooler than theirs! The backyard contains ample patio and lawn space, a private tennis court as well as a pond with a gazebo. Thick clumps of trees also provide plenty of shade space during those hot summer months.
    Included in the following package is a single growable 4x6. This lot uses the Maxis "16x20" mansions as the building family so you may grow any one of the different color/tileset variations.
    To plop the lot with ExtraCheats.dll, use "lotPlop" and look for "R$$$1_4x6_Mansion_Facelift" as the beginning of the exemplar name.

  16. This is a set of unwired power poles based on the Wood H-Frame 138 kV single-circuit design, which is found pretty much everywhere in the U.S.  It is a staple of rural landscapes far and wide, and is used for a number of different voltages, though it is nominally 138 kV for this set. 
    In SC4, this is a set of 84 eye-candy pylons.  Don't worry; there are MMLs.  It includes “tangent” poles in the following rotations: orthogonal (straight along the grid), diagonal (diagonally along the grid), fractional angle 3 (FA3, or a rise of three tiles over a run of one), and fractional angle 2 (FA2, or a rise of two tiles over a run of one).  It also includes “s-curve” poles, which enable the lines to temporarily slide over by a small amount (typically one or two tiles) without changing overall direction.  Furthermore, the set includes “angle” poles, which enable the lines to change from one of the aforementioned rotations (orthogonal, diagonal, FA3, or FA2) to another.  There are "dead-end" poles, which are useful for the starts/ends of lines.  There are also supplemental pole props which are placed on the lots to enhance the poles’ visibility at more distant zooms.
    Dependencies:
    MTO P3 Models Vol. 1. is necessary because all of the models for this power line set are included in that pack.
    Additionally, I would recommend at least the latest NAM if you’re going to use the fractional angle poles, as it is the NAM which contains fractional angle roads.

  18. The Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar (Spanish: Catedral-Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar) is a Roman Catholic church in the city of Zaragoza, Spain. The Basilica venerates Blessed Virgin Mary, under her title Our Lady of the Pillar, praised as Mother of the Hispanic Peoples by Pope John Paul II. It is reputed to be the first church dedicated to Mary in history.
    Local traditions take the history of this basilica to the dawn of Christianity in Spain attributing to apparition to Saint James the Great the Apostle (Tradition holds that on 2 January 40 AD, while he was deep in prayer by the banks of the Ebro river at the roman city of Caesaraugusta, She appeared to him and gave a column of jasper and instructed him to build a church in her honor) who is believed by tradition to have brought Christianity to the country. This is the only reported apparition of Mary to have occurred before her believed Assumption.
    The temple was built between the 1st century AD (first roman temple) and 1961 (north tower completion), passing by many architectonic styles and several enlargements.

  20. This package contains models and two lots to allow you to switch from Rail (RRW Style) to an underground subway network.
    Included files

    Required Models and Props. RRW Ramp Paths_RHD.dat
    Path files for RHD users. Most users should install this file.
    RHD is for sims driving on the right side of the road. zRRW Ramp Paths_LHD.dat
    Alternate path files for LHD users. DO NOT install this file unless you are using a LHD setup for SC4/NAM.
    LHD is for sims driving upon the left side of the road. Install
    Simply extract the files in the included .zip archive and place those you need somewhere in your Plugins folder. If you use my other mods, you could place these in the root of the z____MGB Mods folder, but it's not specifically required.
    Please ensure previous versions are removed completely before installing. It should be noted that I have amended all the original files, which should be considered as obsolete.
    Usage
    When you want to switch the rail network to subway, find a suitable space (5x1) for the ramps and place either the STR (Single Track Rail) or DTR (Dual Track Rail) variant as required. You will find these lots in the Misc. Transit menu, just after the bus stops usually. Make sure you draw rail through the lot completely to activate the paths on the ramp. Then switch to the subway tool (Shift + T), to continue the network from the ramp with subway. You can either switch to subway from here on out, otherwise you can build a second ramp for the rail to continue.
    Limitations
    As with all such lots, when you switch to subway only passenger traffic can continue through the subway. So either find another route for your freight traffic or perhaps consider using the dedicated URail pieces that come with the NAM.
    Due to the nature of LODs, i.e. you cannot make them below ground, the rail automata must "collide" with the LODs when entering the ramp. However, upon testing I found I preferred for the trains to enter into the ramp, despite the glitch, as opposed to disappearing at the beginning of the lot. The point being, this is not a bug.

  23. Have you ever wanted to build a 3 or 4 track rail line? Well now you can! By recent request I'm releasing these lots as seen in the CJ. Using these modular 1x1 lots(and one 1x2 lot) you can create a 3 or 4 track rail line of variable length. Unfortunately since these are lots they are not functional, we'll all have to wait a little while longer and hope the RRW/NAM team develops such a mod. The end pieces are however TE-enabled so it will tie in with rail lines properly. Originally I had also create a single track rail line using 1x1 modular lots but that file has been rendered obsolete by the STR mod(now part of the NAM). The mod is RRW and terrain mod compatible, both the rail line and base textures will change if you have the relevant mods installed as can be seen in the preview images above. There are 7 lots in total which can be found together near the bottom of the rail menu. The dependency below must be must be installed or you'll only get a blank grass lot.

  25. This lot is a dual purpose. First its a sign tell sims to rid the bus and use mass transit.  Second its a power plant providing 6000k in power. The screen shots and files r in the zip foled...just unzip to the simcity 4 plugin folder...and have fun...will upload the regular park versions later.
