    These relot files (which is a combination of the commercial relots I've made so far in one download) have been updated and packed together for your convenience into a zipped folder. The previous files have been removed because of this.
    Note that each link below is a dependency if you want my relotted version of it. However, if you only want one of my relots (e.g. Kmart) then you can delete the other files. However, for an odd reason that I don't know how to work around you will need to keep the 4x3 lot version of Tractor Supply for my version to work.
    To plop the Tractor Supply relot, you will need to use the lotplop cheat.

    If you would like to clear up space in both your landmark menu in game and in your plugin files, you can delete the original lot file.

This lot has been tested in-game, it was found that at least 2 of them are required to almost completely reduce pollution across a large tile as well as to provide water across a grid of pipes covering the whole tile.  It was tested also with the Utility Radius and Traffic Pollution Modd.  Use the Data View and Cheetah Speed to monitor changes in water supply, air and water pollution.  The pump is programmed to consume a very small amount of water so plop the pump in a non-polluted area as tests indicate it will not immediately clean its own base area and may fail to operate.

    This is the folder inside the unzipped title folder to be placed in your User\Documents\SimCity 4\ Plugins folder.  It contains 2 files: 1. the Radical_Water_Pump.SC4Lot, and 2. the BaseTexturesElements_RadicalWaterPump.dat file with base textures extracted from my Vol.1 Base Textures Elements package.  If you use the larger package then delete the smaller .dat file included as the textures don't need to be loaded twice.  The larger package is linked below:

    I've added a 1x1 lot to generate power for the water pump.  If you use the Data View Moisture Mod to locate a high volume of water it may be in a remote area, otherwise a non-polluted area may also be in a remote area.  The power generator is equal to 2½ times the wind power plant.
    Previews:
    The 2nd preview shows the progressive reduction of air pollution; the reduction of water pollution is about the same. The test city has 2 heavy industry areas and congested traffic generating severe pollution over the entire tile. A third radical water pump would completely eliminate both across the entire tile.
    The 3rd preview shows at bottom Cori's Data View of Moisture mod which uses the radiation data view to show changes in moisture from rainfall.  In more complicated terrain the moisture data view is useful to see where to place water pumps which depend on aquifers. The mod is linked below:

    The top 2 frames show the progressive increase of water-flow over the entire tile.   Water pipes are tedious to place in large tiles requiring about a 30x30 grid.  To make the task of watering the tile easier use the Utility Radius and Traffic Pollution Reduction Modd by RalphaelNinja linked below:

    The last preview is of this .SC4Lot in production in the Lot Editor for anyone who has enjoyed using SC4 as a design tool, creating .SC4 city tiles, and who may be considering taking the next step of creating .SC4Lot files.  Using Lot Editor is not much more complicated.  Below is the tutorial that got me started almost a year ago.

    Sci-Fi Description:
    The science-fiction descriptions for alternate tech. lots with radical improvements helps to fit the lot conceptually into the game while justifying what others might simply call a 'cheat'.  This one is a bit of a whopper, but entirely plausible. 
    Water is compacted into super-dense ice crystal cubes and delivered to the Aquifer generators by vertical descent from orbit.  Anti-grav. tech. is used to manage the very heavy cubes (not shown).  The cubes are then decompressed and the water is pumped into the aquifers, providing fresh-water to civilization and to ecosystems suffering drought.  The added benefit is improvement of atmospheric, tectonic, and tidal ⇌ (equilibrium), and saltwater pH balance for life-support of the Earth.   This tech. may also be used to re-pack glaciers effective to surface albedo and global climate improvement .

    INSTALL:
    To install copy and paste the Radical Water Pump and Pollution Reduction folder into your User\Documents \SimCity 4\Plugins folder. 
    To also install the power generator copy and paste the 500 MWh Power Generator 1x1 folder into the folder above.
    NOTE:  You must connect both the large water pump and the sewage treatment connectors to realize both the effect of the radical volume of water and the treatment.  The large water pump is the relot that will appear in the water utilities.   The dual purpose is combined into one lot with its own unique menu icon.  Please read instructions carefully before hastily making negative reviews.  Please ask questions respectfully if there are any problems with the use of my mods.  Thank-you.

  4. KOSC Presents: RetailMania - Simgoober's Costco Wholesale
    Introduction
    Costco Wholesale is the 3rd release from my RetailMania series. This is a set of re-lots for Simgoober's classic Costco Retail BAT aimed at expanding the retail location to include more than just the club warehouse.
    Package Overview
    These lots are redone to better coincide with their real-life counterparts and feature things like the food court, auto center and gas station. A set of custom gas station textures was created to better emulate the road markings found in actual Costco locations across the United States.

    Included in the following package are a set of custom textures and 4 lots: 3 CS$$ growables and 1 CS$$ ploppable landmark with jobs. The ploppable landmark only utilizes one of the 3 possible growable layouts. Both types share the same stats as follows:
    If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at KOSC_SG_LargeCostcoWithGas (requires ExtraCheats.dll).
    Install Instructions
    Drop the files in your My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins folder. To uninstall, simply delete the files from your hard drive.
    General Stats
    The included lots will provide 591 CS$$ jobs. They are available in the following configuration:
    2 10x10 left corner, stage 1 1 10x10 right corner, stage 1 Stats were generated with PIM-X, and coincide with the revised model pack version found on SC4D.

  5. Mikael Agricolan kirkko, or Mikael Agricola Church, is the tallest "habitable" building in Helsinki. It was designed by Lars Sonck in 1933 and it was finished in 1935. Spire reaches almost 100 metres and spire can be lowered inside the brick tower. Reason for this was the danger of war in Europe and spire was lowered in the WW2 so that enemy aircraft couldn't use it for navigation.
    Mikael Agricola was a bishop and inventor of written Finnish language in 1200's.
    Building acts as a museum in game, because I don't know how to mod houses of worships. Both lots have 3500 plop cost and monthly cost of 300 §. Lot sizes for urban one is 2x5 and one with a park 4x5.
    And before you ask, why that platform? In real life building is connected to some kind of church activity offices which were also designed by Lars Sonck and it has car ramps etc. but I decided not to make them. I made this two years ago and now I'm uploading it to you.
     
    Just remembered, BSC Textures vol.1 and Porkies's first prop pack are needed.

  6. The second pack of restaurant relots come from various users across the STEX. Some restaurants were included in the first pack, but in the instance you would like a second variant of a model made by someone else I have created an additional relot. Two relots (Tim Hortons and Olive Garden) included in this pack have been added by themselves previously, but I have decided to move them here for convenience. The previous standalone files will now be considered outdated. 
    Note that each link below is a dependency if you want my relotted version of it. However, if you only want one of my relots just simply delete the other attached files.
    You can delete the lot file which comes from each of the buildings if you would like to clear up space in both your landmark menu in game and in your plugin files.

  7. An application for post-nuclear technological civilization.
    8 (width) x 4 (depth) Lot Size. Power and Water produced: 8,000,000 MWh/ Gal. per hr.  Water Treatment and Recycling: 1,000,000/ 60%,   Maintenance Cost: 0, Monthly Income: 50000.     The textures file below is no longer a dependency. I've extracted the 4 metal textures and included them in the folder containing the lot.  If the texture file below is used then delete the 'BaseTexturesElements_Metal.dat' (40K) file in the 'Cosmic Neutrino Power Plant' folder as the textures don't need to be loaded twice.  (The metals textures .dat file may be freely used and included in works other than for the purpose of this lot.)
    Dependencies:  Base Textures Vol 1 Elements for metal base textures.
    NO DEPENDENCIES
    FOLDER: Cosmic Neutrino Power Plant
    There are now 2 sub-folders containing 2 versions of the power plant, one has the 50K business deal, and the other has a 50K cost for plopping the lot but no business deal.  Use either the 50K PlopCost folder or 50K BusDeal, not both.  Select one and delete the other. The lots are copies of each other so the game will not separate them into independent lots. Neither have maintenance costs.
     
    Description:
     
    What this power plant (hypothetically) does is filter neutrinos from the origin of the universe that are the background static before all construct of atomic matter.  The series of high power super-cooled magnetic plates slow down the neutrinos until they exert inertial force which is converted to thermal energy driving electric generator turbines.
    For the electric power needs of the entire world, only one of these plants is required as its capability of generation of power vastly exceeds what the demand would ever be for civilization on Earth. 
    This power plant requires no use of any other fuel and produces no waste or radioactivity.  There are no costs involved in either construction or maintenance as the power plant, once operating, eliminates the need for any form of abstract valuation of property, labor or resources.   There are no security risks in the operation of this power plant as there is no excess of source, transmission or storage of energy.

    Install:
    To install first open the Cosmic Neutrino Power Plant folder and choose one of the versions, delete the other sub-folder.   Copy and paste the Cosmic Neutrino Power Plant folder into your User\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder.

  8. Thank you for looking at one of my low-income neighbourhood stores; something you could expect to see in the rougher ends of town. Featured here is Fabland; a take on the often-decrepit Fabricland that dots the strip malls of my home town. Aside from the anchor store, a couple of small, generic, convenience stores pay the rent for this little mall. It is a growable 5x4 CS$ lot. The building is Dark-Nite compatible.

  11. Kevdan25's fantastic models are the focus In the first pack of restaurant relots I plan to release. I did not relot his Jack in the Box because of its enormous size and the Hard Rock Cafe has been left out as well. The purpose here was to try to get each lot to be as similar as they can be to each other. To use a lot or all of them you will need to download each lot from Kevdan25. (I do apologize for this, but I'm not aware of any other way to do this.) Links as well as more information on each lot are found below.

    This is a mini pack including four growable lots: three medium wealth commercial offices, and one medium wealth residential; they all develop in medium and high density zones. The original versions made by Tcxalapa (Tcx) were only avaliable as ploppable landmarks with jobs. This upload is meant to complement those lots, you can use these versions along with the originals if you so wish (and why wouldn't you? just look at the models ).
    Three of the buildings are wall-to-wall, all of them are HD models. Also, they were made to be used with SimFox's Day n'Nite mod. (They're not for Maxis Nite, and there's no Maxis Nite version, sorry)
    The lots are similar to the originals and have the same size, but the stats of these versions are calibrated in a different way, to ensure they play along nicely with the simulation.
    Dependencies
    Make sure you download and install the files indicated here in your Plugins. You need to be registered in the LEX at SimCity4 Devotion (separate account than the forums)
    Only the .SC4Model files are strictly necessary, you can discard the rest of the files (unless you also want the ploppable landmarks with jobs)

    For that same reason, it's not in my hands to make a Maxis Nit version, the only originally avaliable version is DarkNite.
    The modding of this buildings was made using the PIM-X tool, so there shouldn't be any problem with these buildings throwing the game off balance.

  13. Rural Docklands Expansion
    36 Lots to expand the Rural Docklands
     
    Warning
    The original Rural Docklands Sets I and II by Doc Rorlach(†) requires 11 Dependencies. This expansion set requires additional 11 Dependencies. So if you never used the Rural Docklands before you might end up with 22 Dependencies to download.
    Basic Information
    This product enlarges the Dural Docklands with 3 and 4 tiles deep lots and quite a few corner lots to build up an industrial water front. There are no container ports related lots in this set. You can find many of them already on the STEX. This set was done with inland ports and the filling of large harbour areas in mind.
    To make the many different corner pieces user friendly I used symbols on the icons. It's easy to understand but it's strongly recommended to read the chapter 'Usage' in the included pdf. It takes less than a minute.
    The new lots use the same querry window as the original ones. Most of the lots use similar stats as the original set - they are almost neutral to the city with no monthly cost and small or no pollution or consumption. The main lots (car transfer dock, building material transfer dock, chemical liquids dock, coal docks) are modded for a small caps relief on industries (CRI lots).
    This set is dedicated to the memory of Doc Rohrlach.
     
     
    While downloading the following dependencies - please consider to compliment the original creators. They did the main job.

  14. This upload is of Mandelsoft's BNL Cloverleaf Insurance. The lot is ploppable and can be found in the landmarks menu. 
    Like most of my relots it is sub-tropical/tropical, with many palm trees. 
    All the stats are the same as the original file .

  15. Back in the early days of BAT, Oppie was master of retail BATs, specifically several variations of Europeans store. One of my favorites was his working of Dutch Home Imrpvement store "Gamma". But now over ten years later his lots have gotten pretty dated. So I have made a couple of relots of the building
     
    on is a 5x5 growable (A size that is very underused ) and a 7x7 Plop

    This upload has no palm trees in sight so should be more universal in appeal , i also used far less dependencies. The trees are seasonal props.

  18. This upload is of hdorriker's Deconstructivist Mall. My relot is only of the ploppable version that can be found in the landmarks menu. 
    Again this is done in a more sub-tropical/tropical design.  
    I plan on relotting more of hdorrikers work, i will try to limit the use of palm trees to make the lots a bit more universal.

  19. This upload is of ill Tonkso's Fox Plaza. Again this is only a relot and the original model file will be needed. This one like many of my relots is sub-tropical/tropical in design again. So might not be to everyone's preference, but the original building is from Los Angeles so i think the lot fits in well.  This upload only replaces the ploppable lot file.

  20. Well finally I got the time and put together this little set of diagonal IRM walls expansion.
    Altogether this pack contains 15 new lots based on @T Wrecks' IRM Fillers (I-D, I-M, I-HT), each set gets 5 new pieces (2 full concrate - one with grass props, one without them -, 2 sidewalk-concrete - same variation like concrete version - and a dirt-concrete). 
    Same stats as the original IRM Fillers. They can work without the original set, but strongly recomended using with them.

    SFBT Essentials - for the diagonal overlay, the barrier, and those nifty positioning indicators. This pack will be used on upcoming filler sets as well.

  21. Today's upload is of michal27278's Zvolen-Razusova . This is only the Darknite 8x2 lot that i have relotted. I have not relotted any of the other lots included within the original BAT. All props and model files are required. 
    The lot is 8x4, this was to include more of the buildings and to have a decent car park. It is like my other lots more topical/sub-tropical in design with many different palm trees and so might not be to everyone's taste or preference. It also i realise has quite a list of dependencies, it was never really intended to be shared, but many of the dependencies are likely well known and downloaded, i will be using these dependencies a lot with my lots. 
    I originally lotted it to be my Halls of Residence, or student accommodation for my city, but it is flexible enough to be used for general apartments.

  22. This set of lots is inspired by kazuki's original lots, which have since disappeared from his site. Many features were taken from the original set and merged with other newer prop packs, most notably NBVC's bazaar props.


     Stats:

     Installation: 
    Simply place in your plugins folder. Each lot is individual so you can delete any you don't want.
    Neither the lots included in NBVC's Bazaar are required, nor are the cascading dependencies required. If you do not wish to use his set, simply delete the *.SC4lot files included. Keep the *.sc4desc and *.sc4model files, please.
    Lot orientation is aided with the optional Simpeg Plop Orientation Tools.
    The lots will appear towards the bottom of the parks menu.

    Included are 10 lots along with props to make 5 of your transit networks run under in-game bridges visually. They have been modded as Network-->Subway converter lots, so that traffic can continue to use the networks under the bridge.   The props used for these lots will AutoMagically™ adapt to your installed Network and Sidewalk textures. Install
    Extract the included zip file
    Select Your Files
    MGB S3D Network Props.dat
    This file contains the props needed for the Underbridge set. I may make further use of these props in future.
    Either way, these should be considered as an included dependency for the lots in this package.
    zMGB S3D Network Props_Non-RRW.dat
    ONLY install this file, if you DO NOT use the Real Railway (RRW) from the Network Addon Mod (NAM).
    It contains an override for the default piece, to ensure the rail piece looks correct if not using RRW.
    MGB UnderBridge Lots.dat
    This DAT includes the necessary Lots for the Underbridge set.

    Take the files you need and copy/move them from the included .zip file into your Plugins folder, the default location for which is:
    Copy/Move Documentation (Optional)
    You should not install this Readme file or any related content in your plugins folder. Instead, you should place them where the game will not load them. If you are using my other mods, you may already have a dedicated folder for documentation related to my mods, that is located here: All my readme's can co-exist happily in the same folder, so you can place the .htm and _images folder from the .zip archive there, which is recommended.     Here is the first release in the Fractional Angle Building series, the FAB Diagonal Industrials. They fill the space next to any diagonal network. Mirrored left and right versions are included.
    The buildings use a prop family with between one to four stories appearing randomly on placement.

    This is the second upload in my Lat Am Project, which seeks to revive and remaster forgotten latin american content from various creators. This time I present to you a pack of 13 lots featuring 11 building models from Debussyman. These are all wall to wall latin american historic buildings, perfect for an old city centre!.
    There's medium wealth commercial services and offices, in 1x2, 2x2 and 3x2 lots, developed on low, medium and high density commercial zones. They are modded so that they only grow when the Chicago tileset is selected (in the building styles menu), you can control where and when to develop them this way. Ingame, the name of the building will show in Spanish or Portuguese if your SimCity 4 is installed in any of these languages, If it is installed in any other language the names will show in English.
    If you want to plop them you can use the LotPlop command and search for them between your commercial buildings, the lots follow the default naming convention. You'll need either of the avaliable Extra Cheats dlls.
    You can check the included bilingual documentation for a full catalogue and more info on stats and so on.
    Dependencies
    Make sure you download and install the files marked as essential in your Plugins, if you don't, you will get brown boxes instead of the actual buildings! Some textures will also be missing. The files marked as optional add details to the lots, they're recommended but not strictly necessary.

    I did not make the models and do not claim any credit for them, all credit goes to Debussyman. However, I did give the buildings their stats and made lots for them, you can use or edit those lots or the .SC4Desc files however you want if it is for personal use, but you can't re-distribute any of the included content without my permission.
    The modding of this buildings was made using the PIM-X tool, so there shouldn't be any problem with them throwing the game off balance.

      A must for a midwestern city, this little gem seems to embody the understated balance which is found on some of their old buildings, and is surely able to express it to the benefit of surrounding environment - utilitarian and simple yet subtly graceful, can easily complement, and fit into, many contexts, lending it's humble contribution to their enrichment.

      This is a good demonstration of how the SC4 map renderer can be used to design maps that reflect a symbol or an idea, or just a 'perfect' world optimized for the game and its functions, especially networking and placing of objects.   I've used this method myself to make pictures of a dove, a donut, and even used a script font on my Earth maps.    For the above male and female symbols I see a use for my continuing ferry experiments and access of cruise and shipping connections to other tiles in the region.   The idea for the ferries is to see if I can get all traffic using ferries --with no bridges.   So thanks for these examples.
