  2. Here are four Old Time Power Plants using jestarr's various small Boilerhouse models. Thanks to jestarr for the great props.
    All capacity/plop/monthly costs are balanced to the standard Maxis coal power plant's numbers. These lots feature smoke effects and normal levels of pollution.
    The diagonal Boilerhouse Type A lot and the Owosso lot have concrete base textures from NCD Railyard Textures pack, matching @T Wrecks' Industrial Revolution Mod I-D fillers. Other lots have grass or dirt base textures.
    The Owosso Boilerhouse has an overhanging portion: depending on neighboring lots, the basement access stairs will be hidden in a W2W setting, or show on pavement with IRM fillers.

    Installation:
    Unzip the file "CT14 - Old Time Power Plants - jestarr Boilerhouses.zip" into your Plugins folder. If prompted, merge with "CT14" directory if existing.
     
    Removal:
    Demolish any of these firetraps which have not yet engulfed their neighborhoods, nay, your entire city in an inferno, and move the folder "Plugins/CT14/Old Time Power Plants/Jestarr Boilerhouses" out of your Plugins folder.

  5. Plaza pack two features a relot of Simgoober's Food Lion Shopping Center and even a second expanded lot of it. Also included is a plaza based around the BLAM Walmart. 
    Included in this download are three lots, as well as a few attached props needed for the plazas to work. A big thanks goes to @kingofsimcity for his assistance for the prop files. I wouldn't have been able to make these shopping centers without him.

  6. Heretic SeaPort Project
    EDIT: 24-07-2017
    - I updated one of the dependency, now I can download the PEG PPond Locks from STEX as well.
    Version 1.5 (please read the attached readme file):
    - minor changes on lots (the included readme contains a list about the changed files), therefore I included two new dependency file (they are in the upload)
    - attached Cleanitol file
    - corrected dependency
    - with the update an updated readme. I also deleted the previously included "Images" folder, because the readme contains every picture.
    IMPORTANT NOTICE:
    As the PEG-CDK3 Master SeaPort Controller mod refers the PEG Seaports (which I also use in this upload) are not compatible with any other seaports or seaport mods including the BSC Seaports aswell. As @Eggman121 pointed to me into the right direction in my development thread over there on SC4Devotion, you can only use each of the Seaports: the PEG-CDK3 Seaports with the Master Seaport Controller OR the BSC Seaports, but you can NOT use these together at the same time. 
    Introduction
    This project was initially made for my personal use to get a better (for me more satisfying) design in my cities, which idea was inspirated by Simmer2's RRW NSB overlay texture set. I like the PEG-CDK3-SP system, and I've been using them since I found them on SimPEG a few years ago. But I don't like the base texture what it uses, and there are some configuration what was also problematic (I really don't like those rail-crossings on the inner corner LOTs, at least not in every situation), so I decided to change them. But if I change one or two LOTs, I have to change all of them, or the most used ones for the uniformity.
    This upload contains retextured and relotted items from three different creators/teams who made the original sets and additions for the original set and contains a lot of new additional lots made by Me. The re-made original contents are the following:
    PEG-CDK3-SP Docks, Seaports, Warehouse Docks from Pegasus
    Large Warehouse Outer Corner (for CDK3-SP Raw Warehouse set) from NBVC
    Modular Container Port from NBVC
    Tamorr CDK3-SP End Lots from Tamorr
    Bob’s CSK Transfer Dock from Tamorr
    CDK3-SP Rail Port WH from Tamorr
    Tamorr’s CDK3-SP Freight Station from Tamorr
    Altogether with my creations this project contains 130 Lots. Apart from the three PEG-CDK3-SP Seaport Lots (Container Seaport, Pier One Seaport, Break-Bulk Seaport) these are not overrides, this is kind of a new set based on the original lots. However the three mentioned Seaport Lots override the original PEG Seaports, or replace them.
    Installation
     
    The *.zip file contains three folders called Heretic Projects, Heretic-PEG-CDK3-SP Seaports and Documentation. The Heretic Projects folder contains a Seaport Project folder, which contains 11 folders.
    1.       You just simply copy the so called Heretic Projects folder into you plug-in folder. 2.      The Heretic-PEG-CDK3-SP Seaports folder contains a ZZZZ_PEG SEAPORTS subfolder. Copy the ZZZZ_PEG SEAPORTS folder to your plug-in folder. NOTE: if you’ve already used the original PEG-CDK3-SP Seaports either you should remove those from your plug-in folder (in that case if some reason you changed the original paths of those plugins), or let them overwrite with the new files. To avoid any conflict you should use only ONE set (PEGs or mine, but you shouldn’t use both in the same time.). I didn’t changed the stats of these lots, only give them a new Item Name and the new texture design.

  7. INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION MOD

    1 - INTRODUCTION/OVERVIEW
     
    The IRM high-tech uploads continue...
    The fourth upload in this series is another very old BAT and probably not the most famous (and certainly not the best) work done by this author, yet still too good to leave out - it's: Semi-Intelligent Components by prepo. There's not much to be said about the lots this time, other than that they're probably not my best work, either. I still hope they'll do.
    Since all Maxis lots contained in the IRM Base Pack could optionally be used with toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler, this download is offered in two versions: a regular one for those who prefer the default job numbers, and a quadrupler-compatible version for those who prefer using the modified stats.
    The .sc4desc files for the regular version will look like this: IRM_[Filename].sc4desc
    The .sc4desc files for the quadrupler version will look like this: IRM_[Filename]_x4.sc4desc
    After downloading, simply delete the file of the version you don't want to use. If you leave both in your plugins, the quadrupler version will most probably override the default version.
    The default version of the building will provide 26 I-HT jobs, the quadrupler version 104 I-HT jobs.
    The following lots are included in this download:
    2x4, Stage 1 3x3, Stage 1 For those of you who like to play with day and night view, the building used on this lot is compatible with the following night light mode(s):

    2 - USE
     
    If you extract this archive to your root plugins folder, it should create a folder IRM\IRM Expansion\[NAME OF BAT], where [NAME OF BAT] represents the name of this download item. Within that folder, you will find all the game-relevant files and a sub-folder containing the HTML readme and some screenshot(s).
     
    If you no longer wish to use this download, proceed as follows:
    Bulldoze all lots pertaining to this download Save all the cities and exit the game when you're done bulldozing Remove the associated files from your plugins folder Hint: Just to be sure, I recommend moving the undesired files somewhere else and doing some checks before you delete them permanently. This way, if it turns out you forgot to bulldoze something, you can add it back in temporarily until you're done.
     
     
    3 - DEPENDENCIES
     
    IRM Base Pack with all its dependencies - while these lots will technically work, they are meant to tie into the IRM. They may look out of place and show unexpected behaviour if used independently. Since this is an extension to the IRM, all the dependencies of the original pack still apply. If you have them in place, you can download every single growable IRM and IRM W2W lot I have ever made and will never have to download any additional packs for props and textures used on the lot. Semiintelligent Components - you'll also need the original upload of the BAT to see the building(s). Only the .sc4model file is required. NOTE: For any dependency hosted at SC4Devotion (SC4D in short), you must be registered on that site and logged into the site's download area, the BSC File Exchange, in order to see the download button. Please bear in mind that there are separate logins for the forums and for the file exchange. For those of you who may still be unfamiliar with the site: SC4D is another major SimCity community with lots of unique content, so you will not regret making an account there.

  8. Short description:
     
    As you may already know, you need traffic stations of any kind to connect pedestrian zone puzzle pieces to roads or streets to allow your pedestrians to enter them. However, one thing about the game's default bus and subway station has always bothered me: the fact that they only have the white concrete base texture. In case of the bus stop, your Sims even have to climb a fence before they can enter the pedestrian zone. There are already several sets of road-top traffic stops online; however, in some situations (like curves, diagonal streets, or crossings), you can't use them. Therefore, I've created a set of bus, subway, and combined bus and subway stations with base textures fitting the pedestrian mall textures. They are based on the SFBT Modern Bus Stops and the subway stairs found in the RTMT. They can be used like any other traffic station.
     
    There are stations for the subsequently mentioned pedestrian mall varieties:
    -  Concrete (White pavement)
    -  Pavement (pink)
    -  Cobblestone
    -  Red Brick (sometimes comes in 2 varieties; please see 1st screenshot below)
    -  Sandstone (2 varieties)
    -  Grass
     
    There are stations for the following traffic types:
    -  Bus (orthogonal and diagonal; see 1st and 3rd screenshot)
    -  Subway (only orthogonal; see 2nd secreenshot)
    -  Combined Bus and Subway (orthogonal and diagonal; see 2nd and 3rd screenshot)
     
    For further information, please refer to the readme file in the download.
     
    Note: Some of the files are for LHD and some for RHD. You need to remove the files from the traffic installation you don't use, otherwise the RHD files will override the LHD files. Please read the installation instructions below to avoid trouble. (Please see 4th screenshot about the difference.)

  9. Short description:
     
    This plugin contains 24 lots with seasonally changing woods, based on the seasonally changing trees by girafe. Like other lots, they can be found in the park menu. Plop and demolition cost are kept low, and they don’t charge monthly costs. They have a low park effect and slightly reduce air and water pollution. I’ve furthermore tried to create tree combinations corresponding to the most common forest combination in central Europe.
    Since I’m using prop families, there shouldn’t be any repetitive tree patterns in the trees. There are 3 lot sizes; 1x1 can be used in any small gap in your city, 4x1 can be used for long gaps (such as between farm fields) and with the 4x4 lot, you should be able to fill even a large space with trees pretty fast. All lots don’t have any base texture and can therefore be combined with any terrain mod. They don’t trigger the infamous transparent textures bug.

    Installation:
     
    Download the archive corresponding to the language you want. Extract all files to a folder where you will find them. Move or copy this folder into your Plugins sub-folder of your edition of SimCity 4 (for instance: C:/Programs/Maxis/SimCity 4/Plugins). You can simply overwrite any previous version of this plugin with the new files.
    To uninstall, please delete all files from your plugin subfolder.
    If there are some lots that you won’t use, you may want to open the plugin folder and delete the corresponding files (every lot has its own file).
     
    Note, if you have already been using Version 1: I've reduced the number of trees in the subsequently mentioned forests: Chestnut, Conifer Evergreen, and Conifer Seasonal. You don't need to bulldoze all of these forests before installing any version higher than 1. However, to reflect the changes in game, you need to bulldoze the forests and build them again.
     
    This plugin comes in several languages. Please look into the folder “Languages“ and manually delete all files except the one with the language you want to have displayed as game text (e.g. for English: GSW_Description_English).

Originating in Asia, more than 1,000 years ago, and finally coming to Europe in the 12th century AD, windmills, being a versatile machinery, have long played an important role regarding supplying humanity with free power. Nowadays, they have somewhat lost their importance, but sometimes a windmill can get an important landmark reminding your Sims of the past or creating some kind of identity. Therefore, this Dutch windmill, originally created by oppie and unfortunately only released on the German forum of SimCity 4, has been re-lotted to become a filler for the large avenue roundabout. It looks good especially in suburban or industrial environments. It can be found in the park menu, and it has a moderate landmark and park effect.

    Mainly created for the center of a large or medium-sized city, this square is supposed to honor the mayor and his wife/her husband (or any other famous personality, for that matter). Two statues (one male, one female) are located in its center, surrounded by trees on one side and fountains on the other. Of course, common accessoires, like a refreshment stand and a news stand, cannot be lacking there.

  12. Short Description:
    There are some plaza plugins out there on the STEX, even a few modular ones, but with this set, I'm aiming at creating a fully comprehensive modular system of plazas which
    have a variety of different functions, are easy to combine, and allow adjustment of textures. This plugin contains a good number of modular lots that will allow you to create your custom plaza, sidewalk, or seawall. Fountains, ponds, benches, seawalls, market stalls, trees – nearly everything is available, I’ll leave it to your experimenting pleasure to find out. Most of them are purely decorational (while having park and landmark effect), only the market stalls will yield a bit money. All lots have been designed in a way that they are rather simple, thereby being able to be combined with each other easily. All lots can be found in the park menu, just below the default Maxis parks.
    By default, all lots will use the standard Maxis white pavement texture, however, I’ve included some texture override files that will allow you to customize this plugin in a way that all lots will change their textures. Mainly included are textures fitting with the PedMall puzzle pieces from the NAM, but since I’ve seen many users using plugins that override the PedMall textures, I’ve also included a few extra overrides.
    Note: There has been a last-minute change to this plugin that isn't reflected in the screenshots above: I had to remove all the people lurking around on the lots because their immense amount looked horrible, and I couldn't find a way to randomize their appearance.
    Please make sure to read the included readme carefully, since you can't just install this plugin and play - due to the texture overrides, you need to customize it first.

    Contained Files:

Seawall Connection Lots.dat (optional): 4 lots that can be used on slopes to connect ground traffic routes to the overpass puzzle pieces from the NAM and thereby blending them in with the seawall system you get with this download. You can, of course, as well do this with the NAM’s default hillside transition pieces, but they won’t fit into the seawalls, visually. z_(Name).dat (all optional): A total of 10 additional files that you can choose form that will override your existing MPS lots to give them different base textures. Keep only one of them, or just remove them all if you want to play with the base Maxis white pavement texture (see installation instructions below).  
    Installation:
    Please move or copy all existing files (except the Readme files) into the Plugins folder of your edition of SimCity 4. After doing so, please choose one texture override. These texture overrides are located one each in all files starting with z_. To apply one, remove all other texture override. To play with the default Maxis White Pavement, remove all texture overrides. You may want to look into the folder “Screenshots Texture Overrides“ to find out how they will look in-game. You can at any time switch to another texture system by replacing the existing texture override file with another one, in-game, the textures will adapt automatically.
    To uninstall this plugin, please bulldoze all MPS lots in your cities and then remove all MPS files from your Plugins folder.

    This plugin is only compatible with SimCity 4: Rush Hour or SimCity 4 Deluxe.

    OK, time for more IRM stuff. I'm still doing high-tech industry, and from there will work my way "down the ranks", through modern manufacturing and generic manufacturing back to brick factories with old-style manufacturing and, finally, dirty industry.
    The third upload in this series is a somewhat obscure BAT, I guess - it's 13 years old, and the author is by no means as well known as the likes of SimGoober and others. However, I still think it's one of those underestimated little BATs that withstood the test of time comparably well: SkyLimit Satellite Research by GreatDane.  The lot is pretty simple and straight forward; I merely tried to align the building with the lot textures (which worked quite well), added one of gascooker's smokestacks to break the blocky appearance a bit, and made rather extensive use of CycleDogg's excellent shaded props..
    Since all Maxis lots contained in the IRM Base Pack could optionally be used with toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler, this download is offered in two versions: a regular one for those who prefer the default job numbers, and a quadrupler-compatible version for those who prefer using the modified stats.
    The .sc4desc files for the regular version will look like this: IRM_[Filename].sc4desc
    The .sc4desc files for the quadrupler version will look like this: IRM_[Filename]_x4.sc4desc
    After downloading, simply delete the file of the version you don't want to use. If you leave both in your plugins, the quadrupler version will most probably override the default version.
    The default version of the building will provide 45 I-HT jobs, the quadrupler version 180 I-HT jobs.

    Bulldoze all lots pertaining to this download Save all the cities and exit the game when you're done bulldozing Remove the associated files from your plugins folder Hint: Just to be sure, I recommend moving the undesired files somewhere else and doing some checks before you delete them permanently. This way, if it turns out you forgot to bulldoze something, you can add it back in temporarily until you're done.
     
     
    3 - DEPENDENCIES
     
    IRM Base Pack with all its dependencies - while these lots will technically work, they are meant to tie into the IRM. They may look out of place and show unexpected behaviour if used independently. Since this is an extension to the IRM, all the dependencies of the original pack still apply. If you have them in place, you can download every single growable IRM and IRM W2W lot I have ever made and will never have to download any additional packs for props and textures used on the lot. Skylimit Satelite Research 1 - you'll also need the original upload of the BAT to see the building(s). Only the .sc4model file is required. NOTE: For any dependency hosted at SC4Devotion (SC4D in short), you must be registered on that site and logged into the site's download area, the BSC File Exchange, in order to see the download button. Please bear in mind that there are separate logins for the forums and for the file exchange. For those of you who may still be unfamiliar with the site: SC4D is another major SimCity community with lots of unique content, so you will not regret making an account there.

You might already have noticed that the building resembles the model of a water (H2O) molecule in shape and colour. If you look closely, there's even a little corporate sculpture in the same shape in front of the main entrance.
    Since all Maxis lots contained in the IRM Base Pack could optionally be used with toroca's Industrial Jobs Quadrupler, this download is offered in two versions: a regular one for those who prefer the default job numbers, and a quadrupler-compatible version for those who prefer using the modified stats.

    3 - DEPENDENCIES
     
    IRM Base Pack with all its dependencies - while these lots will technically work, they are meant to tie into the IRM. They may look out of place and show unexpected behaviour if used independently. Since this is an extension to the IRM, all the dependencies of the original pack still apply. If you have them in place, you can download every single growable IRM and IRM W2W lot I have ever made and will never have to download any additional packs for props and textures used on the lot. SFBT H2O Chemie von Mathe Man - you'll also need the original upload of the BAT to see the building(s). The following files are required:
    - OM_H2OChemie-0x5ad0e817_0x7260ee3a_0x31000.SC4Model (that's the main building)
    - OM_H2OChemieLogo-0x5ad0e817_0x5289aa3d_0x30000.SC4Model (that's the model for the little sculpture)
    - OM_H2OChemieLogo-0x6534284a-0xed2eee45-0x0eec2d83.SC4Desc (that's the descriptor for the little sculpture)
    Any .sc4lot files can be removed. NOTE: For any dependency hosted at SC4Devotion (SC4D in short), you must be registered on that site and logged into the site's download area, the BSC File Exchange, in order to see the download button. Please bear in mind that there are separate logins for the forums and for the file exchange. For those of you who may still be unfamiliar with the site: SC4D is another major SimCity community with lots of unique content, so you will not regret making an account there.

  17. This batch of relots focuses in on the supermarkets found across the STEX. While I'm sure there are more, I focused in on relotting these models for their name or smaller size. While all of the lots have seen an increase in size, I'm okay with this for it makes for a more realistic feeling.
    To plop the Simgoober Kroger relot, you will need to use the lotplop cheat.
    PLEASE DELETE THE WINN-DIXIE relot if you downloaded it before 7/12/17. A new version of it will be added to pack two.

  21. Mikeseith's BATs of various car dealerships were the focus behind this latest batch of relots. Because Mike also made some fabulous models of the cars needed for each dealership, I made use of them in addition to SHK car props. Also included in this pack is a relot of Carmax.

    It's finally here! SCAG Cargo Lots by ShadeSlayer (SCAG-CLSS) is a series of lots aimed to enhance the cargo aspect of SimCity Airports.
     
    There is a large update for this pack planned for April 2010. While game crashes are unlikely, we are going to remove that possibility and update dependencies. Thanks.
     
    SCAG-CLSS are purely eyecandy, and are not functional.
     
    Included with this package are the following:
    The plane/building lots; Some cargo props created by various members of SCAG (noted below); A readme file; A cleanitol dependency checker; and Some pictures to make it look pretty. All of this is contained in a .zip file. There is no EXE installer as to maintain cross-compatability between different Operating Systems.
     
    Installation Instructions
    Unzip (extract) the .ZIP file into your "My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins" folder.

    Sorry for the huge amount of dependencies, but I created this under the assumption that most users downloading this would already have airports, and thus, have about half of the dependencies already.

  23. The idea for this pack was to relot various forms of entertainment from across the STEX. Such ideas included here are bowling alleys, gym/fitness center and more! I hope you enjoy these and feel free to make suggestions on my development thread.
    The Fitness Club will appear in the health menu while Deadwoods Movie Theatre will appear in the education menu. Kingpin Lanes, the karate shops and Retro Bowl will require lotplop.

         Perfect for any city in the midst of decay!
     
     
     
    Included in this download are two lots big and small; the top right and left.
    respectively. Both precincts, regardless of size, have the ability to dispatch
    five squad cars. Furthermore, they have a prisoner capacity of 70 inmates.
    This is slightly higher than the value of the game's "vanilla" stations, for
    this is simply a larger building. In addition to this download, two dependencies
    are requried: 
     
     This is my first actual building besides The Camberton. So please, do enjoy, even if it isn't the
    best building around. Merely a fun little project of mine to fill a tiny gap.
