Following this, we've applied a number of 'soft' changes such as caching options and experimented with server configurations (nginx as proxy, for example), so the hardware aspect is also an area we'd like to focus on. By JasoncwThis is the third entry into my V2 series of BATs, where I improve upon old creations for re-release. This includes a visual makeover, more accurate modding, and DarkNite versions.
It's recommended to demolish all old Trier Tower lots in your cities before using this. The new lots have more accurate modding.
However, this .SC4Model file shares the same internal ID numbers with the old Trier Tower .SC4Model file. If you replace the old .SC4Model file with this new one, the new BAT will automatically replace the old BAT on all existing Trier Tower lots.

Download either the DarkNite (DN) or MaxisNite (MN) version. If you're unsure, choose the MN version. Either demolish all old Trier Tower lots in your cities and remove the old files from your plugins folder (this way all instances of Trier Tower will be the new lot with the improved modding), and unzip the .zip and move its contents to Documents/SimCity4/Plugins.
Delete the old Trier Tower .SC4Model file and replace it with the new one (the old lots will remain, but will use the updated BAT).

KOSC Presents: Ill Tonkso's 110 Cannon Street
This is the 12th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. 110 Cannon Street is a nice little mid-sized office tower by Ill Tonkso re-purposed for a more suburban setting.
The original building was greatly expanded upon to encompass several different lot configurations. Growables included have larger footprints and large parking structures like those found in many larger suburban office complexes. The ploppable lot is a highlight massive 10x10 office complex, boasting twin towers with matching entrances. A grand avenue entrance leads directly to the massive rear parking lot which includes a parking garage as well as an asymmetric parking lot design.
Included in the following package are a total of 5 lots: 4 CO$$ growables and one CO$$$ ploppable. Growable lots contain only a single building while the centerpiece complex boasts two. Additionally, the ploppable complex is transit enabled.
If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at "KOSC ITS 110 Cannon" (requires ExtraCheats.dll)
The included growable lots will provide 1098 CO$$ jobs. They are available in the following configurations:

This plugin provides you with a tree controller, that allows you to plant large forests consisting of trees mostly created by girafe. On lower altitudes, leafy trees are being planted, and the higher you go, eventually mixed forests, conifer forests, shrubby plains and meadows with flowers will appear instead. Aside from the conifer trees, all plants will be seasonal. As already announced, I've been aiming at creating a tree controller that
basically does what its name says: it plants trees and only trees, keeps filesize expansion moderate, allows for seamless transitions between god-mode planted flora and MMP's and uses high-quality HD flora. NEW with version 1.02: This tree controller comes in two versions, one with evergreen trees, one with seasonally changing trees.
Please make sure to carefully read the installation instructions (see Readme) before just trying it, regarding which files that come with this plugin you need actually if you want to install the CETC properly.
Important note: Generally, tree controllers are not intercompatible and an attempt to install multiple tree controllers may cause unexpected behaviour of the game. In the worst case, you may never be able to load any city in a particular region again until you have corrected all mistakes. Unless you know exactly what you do, stick to these two rules when dealing with tree controllers:
Never install more than 1 tree controller at a time!
When switching to another tree controller, always remove any and all trees planted with your previous tree controller before uninstalling your old tree controller!
Available languages: Basically, the CETC adapts to any language, but the Readmes are available in English and German.

Seasonal Flora Patch: If you don’t have a terrain mod or if your terrain mod doesn‘t support seasonally changing flora, you need this patch to make sure that the seasonal version of the CETC works properly (the evergreen version will work without the Seasonal Flora Patch).
Note: To my knowledge, the following terrain mods do not require installation of the Seasonal Flora Patch (please feel free to tell me if otherwise):

By BombardiereThis is my entry for the Content Creation Competition. A 1x1 ploppable triangle lot for diagonal corner filling.
I got my inspiration from Prepo's Triangle Parks, but I wanted to do something different. Something more industrial and grimy.
This is a functional landmark with 14 I-M jobs. The pollution is low so this can used in the city centres.
I have made a custom foundation, so it can be used with slopes. This does not float on the air like Prepoäs lots. Also both Dark Night and Maxis Night versions are included. However it does not have nightlights. These seem not to be working with overhanging props and I don't know any workaround for that.

By RandyEOn the STEX you'll find several different kinds of power plants representing a variety of post-doctorate theses on the advance of energy technology. The Energy Data Packaging Plant represents my contribution to the plausible power plants collection.
This plant packs more energy data into subatomic particles. Nuclear structure remains intact and the laws of thermodynamics are not broken, you just get more "bang" for your boson, thus, the Energy Data Packaging Plant generates 4X the power of the hydrogen fusion core using the wind turbine as its examplar. H2O is produced equal to the volume of a large water pump.
Well-educated technicians and maximum funding are recommended as a 2 picosecond delay before the acceleration of light must be maintained to prevent a supernova reaction.
All props and lighting are Maxis dependent.
INSTALL: Add the 'Energy Data Packaging Plant' folder containing the lot file to your 'User\ Documents\ SimCity 4\ Plugins' folder.
