  1. PEG CDK Leveler v205

Less time in God Mode... more time playing!!
Designed for use with the CDK... but useful just about anywhere. THE LEVELER is a fast & simple alternative to using those hard-to-master and often fussy terrain tools.
This is a ploppable lot... not a tool. You plop it where you want level land... you bulldoze it... then you develop on it. No more three finger salutes to the God Mode Terrain tools just to level an area.
Also... No more destroying everything in the area when leveling. Surrounding lots will be unaffected when using this tool-lot. Offered in 2 sizes (4x4 and 1x4), you can control the area to be leveled by where and how you plop it. For perfect, level CDK & waterfront usage, plop it like a CDK lot. The tiles behind the lot will be level and ready for roads, etc...
For inland leveling, point the orientation arrow downhill and the area covered will level to the bottom side of the lot.
These lots have no dependencies... are free to plop and cost just a buck to bulldoze.

  2. PEG RTK3 Recreational Style

Curved lots in Squaresville? Oh Shirley... you jest!! Don't bother pinching yourself...you're not dreaming. With the use of an innovative, highly sophisticated process I call "mojo", you can now break up that monotonous squared look prevalent in your cities with some seductive curves!   There have been numerous requests for rounded & curved lots... and quite a few for single-tile high wall sea walls as well. Two birds... one rock... BAM!! Most of the normal rules governing lot development were broken with this new approach. Its a bit like saying, "Screw gravity... I want to go up!"   But the end result bears fruit. Single tile lots covering 2 or three tiles and a collection of 21 new custom BAT models all combine to make the impossible... possible. I decided to make this style the new RTK... because it plops like the RTKs. Unlike the CDK sea walls, you must level the terrain at the top of the bank for these lots to work.   However, unlike the older RTKs, you don't need to worry about having even slopes or the water depth. Just level the Top... and Plop!! You can even control how high the walls are by raising or lowering the level of the lot above the water. New in Version 2.05: The repetitive gazebos on every outer corner have been replaced with a random prop family to add some variety. Every outer corner will now have either the gazebo or 1 of 3 new statue props. **This file currently contains an .exe installer suitable for windows users.  These files are in the process of being updated with zip files and this message will be removed once the update is complete.

  3. PEG RTK3 REC AddOn1

    * This add-on pack includes updated versions of lots in the original Add-On 1 & Add-On 2 packs.
Here is a collection of new lots for your RTK3 REC style collection. The END sections are the most functional in this add-on. They will allow you to add curved, finished looking ends to your Plaza-style sea walls. Because of the nature of the offset-rendering method used to create this style, separate Left & Right End sections/lots are required.
If you've ever been asked to take a long walk off a short pier... now you can do it. Included in this pack, is a short walking pier as well as a separate stairway lot that can be used for visual variety as well as access between tiered levels. The fixed height of the stairs will require leveling the terrain to a matching height for proper appearance. This is more of an "advanced" section for those who are comfortable with altering their terrain.

  4. PEG CDK II Recreational Style

The CDK is back with several enhancements and some pretty cool night lighting. Modified from the original 'Highwall' style, this will be the only recreational style of CDK lots. The industrial style  and a new commercial style will be soon to follow.
The CDK lots are connectable and self-leveling, and contain BAT foundations and props. They will alter the surrounding terrain to assure "a good Plop" (almost) every time.
Added to this style is a new parking lot... lot. The Snack Bar also now provides jobs as well some income. Gone are the old default streetlights & generic trees. In their place are lighted trees, landscape lighting and new lamp posts with extra lighting effects. Night time on the CDK is a sight to behold.
This style contains eight CDK lots that will allow you to fully develop your coastal areas. Although each lot (except the Snack Bar) is a park, they will now appear in your Water Transportation menu for easier access. Its time to give the Parks Menu a rest.
    * The PEG Leveler Tool was designed specifically to level coastal areas for use with these lots.
** Existing Highwall-style CDK lots must be removed from you cities before installing the new CDK.

  5. PEG CDK Industrial Style

This CDK Industrial style is a working Industrial waterfront that brings the look and the sounds of a busy industrial harbor to your coastlines. This set of self-leveling, connecting lots provides plenty of jobs and lots of activity as it brings your industrial coastal areas to life. These lots are also immune to the game's "water-graphics" bug that affect many other water/coastal based lots.
All of the Industrial waterfront series lots either generate income via taxes or provide jobs. Several are Transit Enabled. Combined together, they form a busy and productive industrial waterfront that looks good while being functional. And if the water a'int your bag, these lots can be plopped on dry land and look pretty good as frontage lots for your railways.

This new CDK Industrial style has been updated to better accommodate future add-ons and has been optimized  to some degree. The previous first 2 add-ons have been combined into this single release. It can be installed over the existing version without first removing the lots in the game. In fact, the existing lots can be re-plopped at your leisure as the modifications are minimal and visually negligible.
Lots providing jobs require road access. The Industrial style mixes lots with and without jobs. This allows you to construct a fully developed coastal area without having to run roads to every lot. You can easily intermix and fill in blank areas with industrial zoning for even greater variety.
    * The PEG Leveler Tool was designed specifically to level coastal areas for use with these lots.

  6. PEGCDK Transition Lots

This CDK II Transition lots are designed to allow a smoother visual transition from the 2 tile deep standard CDK industrial lots to the special 4 tile deep CDK lots. They will also provide a smooth transition to the 4 tile deep Navy bases.
There is a left-side and a right-side transition lot. Each lot is slightly different in appearance. The right-side lot has alternating water taxi and freight shuttle boats that shuffle throughout the day to simulate activity. Both lots have the same properties as a standard 1x CDK II industrial lot and plop in the same fashion. As with all CDK industrial lots, both lots contain numerous random props for variety and simulate the look and sounds of an active industrial waterfront area.
** These lots require the installation of the PEG CDK II Industrial Style.

  7. PEG CDK Industrial Warehouse

This industrial Warehouse lot was primarily designed as a filler lot for the Navy Port series. It is 4 tiles deep to match the depth of the naval base lots and is an ideal filler piece to uniformly span the gaps between bases while providing room for the larger vessels.

However, there is nothing specifically military about the lot so it can be used with other CDK lots. The new CDK IND Transition lots allow a smooth visual transition between the standard 2-tile deep CDK lots and this 4-tile deep lot and the Naval lots.
This lot can also be plopped inland and works well as industrial frontage lots along a railway. The lot contains numerous random props & structures and works well visually when several are grouped together to form an industrial complex.

The lot provides jobs and generates revenue from taxes. The lot is also transit enabled and vehicles with enter & exit the parking area.
** These lots require the installation of the PEG CDK II Industrial Style.

  8. PEGCDK Fire Dock

Adding value and function to the PEG CDK, this new waterfront Fire Station will provide fire protection for your city on land as well as at sea. With all the properties of a large fire station, this fully functional fire station covers a large area and has two fire engines that can be dispatched to fires.
Also serving as the home port for the SimCity Fire Department's historic fire boat S.C.F.D Tinkle... ... ...named after famous fire fighter John Tinkle, of course... this fire station continues the proud & historic tradition of going down to the sea with some really bad-ass fire fighting equipment!
This fire station was designed for use with the CDK Industrial style but works well with the Recreational style as well. It occupies a 5x2 sized lot, is transit enabled, and provides jobs in the same manner as other fire stations.
This lot has no external dependencies.

  9. PEG CDKN Navy Pier 1

The original PEG naval facilities are back!!  This initial offering features an all-new Battleship naval facility that has been re-worked from the ocean floor up... and offers a zillion new props and features. This new base establishes a completely new lot building methodology (CDKN) that will be incorporated into all subsequent naval facilities as well as all new CDK lots.
For starters, this new base (Navy Pier One) is a conditional reward... like the game's army and air force bases.  Each subsequent base will require a little more mayoral effort and city development before becoming available. This base requires a city population of over 30,000, a mayor rating of 45+, Seaport usage over 50, a city that is at least 10% water (notably less than the requirement for the Marina)... or completion of the good Fishing Boat Mission. The lot's dynamic icon info lists these requirements as well as the current levels of each requirement so you can see how close you are getting..

  10. PEG CDKREC Seawall Kit Vol 1

Although this file was intended primarily as a dependency for future PEG-CDK REC  lots, it can also be used by lot developers to create their own CDK styled lots. The official CDK REC lots use single piece, custom foundation props for each lot which are fixed in size to the specific lot and are largely not re-useable. However, the basic seawall has now been broken down in to its basic components and re-created as individual prop pieces that you can assemble in the Lot Editor.
Although the final result is not quite as smooth as the one piece foundation method, its pretty darn close. But I won't lie to you. Fitting these props together in the Lot Editor and lining them up can be a major bee-atch! Its not recommended for the "Impatience Intolerant" among us. If you sucked at Legos... don't try this!
However, there are two main advantages to this new system:

    1. The seawalls components use less memory and are less game resource intensive. (better overall game performance)
    2. Seawalls of virtually any length or depth can be created. You could cover an entire city with seawalls. And don't forget that  CDK lots are not limited to the shoreline. These components can be used to create custom retaining walls or elevated plazas or  platforms of almost any size or shape. These pieces can even be stacked to create multiple levels on a single lot.
Lot developers may use the props contained in this product to enhance the development of their own lots by referencing this material as a "Dependency" only. The contents of this product file may not be altered, removed or copied into any other file. This file may not be redistributed or included with any other lots or material.

  11. PEGCDK REC Prop Pack 1

This is the first volume of props designed for exclusive use with the PEG-CDK REC style lots. Intended primarily for use as a dependency file, the props it contains can also be used by lot developers. Used in conjunction with the PEG-CDK REC Seawall Kit, developers can now create their own CDK REC styled lots.
These props are all "offset-rendered". This means that they can visually extend beyond the edges of the lot for placement out over the water. The props included in this volume are:

    *   Trawlers - Two variations of the classic commercial fishing boat... generic enough for use as any type of small work or fishing industry boat.
    * Commercial Pier - A short but rugged wooden pier suitable for a variety of commercial, industrial & recreational purposes.
    * Water Taxi - Built from a mesh of the famous African Queen and now used as a novel water taxi that is popular with tourists & locals alike, this boat has been featured in several water lots.
    * Freight Shuttle - A variation of the Water Taxi,  small boats such as this are commonplace around harbors and waterfronts as they ferry freight, supplies and passengers around the port and out to anchored ships.
    * Fish Stand - A modelrama of an active fresh fish stand... a fairly common sight in one form or another around an active fishing industry.
    * Peeps - A group of 3 people that can be placed out on a dock, pier or seawall. The game's props, including the animated people props, can not be extended beyond the lots borders. This prop allows you to put a little life out over the water.
Lot developers may use the props contained in this product to enhance the development of their own lots by referencing this material as a "Dependency" only. The contents of this product file may not be altered, removed or copied into any other file. This file may not be redistributed or included with any other lots or material.

  12. PEGCDK Fishermans Wharf

It just ain't a seaport without a Fisherman's Wharf !! The original Fisherman's Wharf returns having been rebuilt from the seabed up. This is a brand new lot and does not require removal of the original lot.
In any port area fortunate to have one, the Fisherman's Wharf is the focal point of all tourism as well as the central retail outlet for local commercial fisherman. With the finest seafood restaurant in town upstairs and an active fish market below, the Wharf is a constant hub of activity as well as a classic icon of the sea.
Small freight shuttle boats and water taxis will arrive and depart throughout the day... bringing customers from across the bay and picking up seafood to be delivered to other restaurants and shops in the area. At night, the market activity quiets down but the restaurant continues to serve diners well into the morning hours. Prepare to see many a limo bringing the city's elite & privileged to this popular tourist magnet.
This lot is designed for use  with the PEG-CDK REC style lots... but can be used with the IND style or as a stand-alone lot. It sits on a 4x3 tile lot, is transit enabled, and provides CS$$$ jobs and income from taxes. The interior of the restaurant is fully detailed right down to the red & white checkered table cloths. This looked great in the BAT but unfortunately, is all but invisible in the game without dramatically over-sizing the windows. Still, a small bit of it is visible at night.
There are two unique stats listed in the query; Fish Tons Sold this Month & Lobster Escapes. The Fish Tons Sold value is dictated by the city's population. The larger the city... the more fish that will sell. Lobster Escapes are influenced by the current Mayor Rating and you can use this to gauge your performance.. The higher the rating, the fewer lobsters that escape. If you are losing fewer than 25-30 lobsters, you're doing pretty darn good.
This lot requires the following dependencies:
    PEG-CDK Prop Pack (Volume 1)
PEG-CDK REC Seawall Kit (Volume 1)

  13. PEGCDKN Navy Pier 2

The Navy likes it so much here, that they have decided to expand their port to include a new AEGIS Command Center. This new pier will be home to the most awesome and sophisticated vessels ever to sail in Harm's Way.
Imagine a destroyer the size of a WWII cruiser... and packing more firepower than a battleship. Match that up with the AEGIS weapons and defense system that is so TOP SECRET, that if we said anything more, we'd have to kill you. And considering how many downloads this lot will get, that would get rather messy!
This is an all new Naval Base with features and properties similar to the Navy Pier One lot. Its designed to be compatible with the CDK but can be used separately.  As with the Navy Pier One lot, it is a conditional reward with slightly higher requirements. Its transit enabled, a moderate polluter... but provides jobs to civilian workers as well as income to the city each month.
Using the new CDKN building methodology that is utilized by all new naval facilities, this second Navy Pier brings the base to life with new buildings and dockside props and personnel that shuffle & change throughout the day. The ship also deploys throughout the year so don't be surprised when you notice its gone. Don't worry... its a stout ship. It will be back...
Each subsequent base will require a little more mayoral effort and city development before becoming available. This base requires a city population of over 20,000, a mayor rating of 45+, Seaport usage over 75, a city that is at least 15% water (still notably less than the requirement for the Marina)... or completion of the good Fishing Boat Mission. The lot's dynamic icon info lists these requirements as well as the current levels of each requirement so you can see how close you are getting..

  14. PEG CDKOWW Development Pack Vol 1

Although this file is intended primarily as a dependency for future PEG-CDK OWW (Old Wooden Waterfront) lots, it can also be used by lot developers to create their own CDK styled lots. The official CDK-OWW lots use these component props as do other lots designed to be compatible with this style.
The kit contains the following props:
    1. Front Facade - Basic 2-post, no fascia.
    2. Front Facade - Basic 2-post, board fascia.
    3. Front Facade - Basic 2-post, brick fascia.
    4. Front Facade - Basic 2-post, stone fascia.
    * Basic 2-post facades do not have the center pilings extended above the deck area. These are designed for use with the Chain Rail prop to act as a stanchion or safety rail which would be suitable for REC and COM related lots.
    5. Front Facade - Basic 4-post, no fascia.
    6. Front Facade - Basic 4-post, board fascia.
    7. Front Facade - Basic 4-post, brick fascia.
    8. Front Facade - Basic 4-post, stone fascia.

    * Basic 4-post facades have the center pilings extended above the deck area. These are not designed for use with the Chain Rail prop and would be more suited to IND applications.
** All Facade props can also be used on the side and rear of the seawall if desired.
    9. 16x16 (single tile) Outer Corner Deck Platform. This is the same 1x1 deck included in the CDK-REC pack except that the wood decking is angled for use on outer corners.
    10. 16x16 (single tile) Inner Corner Deck Platform. This is the same 1x1 deck included in the CDK-REC pack except that the wood decking is angled for use on inner corners.
    11. 1x1 Deck Platform with Stairs. Similar to the standard deck prop, but with inset stairs intended for use on the backside of the seawall.
    12. 14x1 Chain Rail. A nautical styled safety rail intended for use with the Basic 2-post facades.
    13. Public Pier. A long slender wooden pier that extends beyond the lot out into the water.
    14. Wood Ramp. Intended to be placed on the backside of a seawall to provide access from the area below.
    MISSION CRITICAL:
Also included are 4 STYLE files. One of these STYLE files must be installed somewhere in your Plugins folder. The STYLE files define which facade style fascia/facade (Brick, Boards, Stone, or none.) the seawalls will use globally throughout the game. Only one STYLE file can be installed at a time. You can easily change styles at any time by removing the existing STYLE file from your Plugins folder and installing a different one.
** The game's Shadows should be set to High when using the Pilings (no fascia) style. The shadows conceal the lack of visual texture behind the pilings which can expose the underlying game grid when the game's water graphics bug is tripped off.
**This file currently contains an .exe installer suitable for windows users.  These files are in the process of being updated with zip files and this message will be removed once the update is complete.

  15. PEG CDKSV Random Shops

Our first add-on pack for the PEG CDK Seaport Village allows you to add more shops along the waterfront and expand your seaside commercial village to almost any size you want. The 1x wide lot randomly features one of 4 different Seaport Village styled shops that can be used stand alone or with other Seaport Village lots. For added versatility, these shops are two sided with storefronts front & rear... the waterfront on the front side and a plaza at the rear.
But wait... that's not all!!  Not only are the buildings random... but so are the business' and shops that occupy them. With a new random code routine, the shop names and description randomly change when the lot is queried. This sucker's so random we couldn't nail it down with a box of 16 pennies and maul!!
Still not enough? How 'bout if we throw in four extra lots which fixed versions of the 4 shops? The names and descriptions will still change but you can choose the shop type to plop for more direct control when creating your village.
You still want more? Man, yer tough!  Okay... how 'bout if we make them so they can be plopped together seamlessly to form larger shopping structures of any size? That's right! A build-your-own nautical shopping center as large as you want. Mix and match the shops, pack them together to form long shopping strips or break them apart to allow plenty of pedestrian access. The choice is yours... build it anyway you want!!
More? (sigh) Oh, get real!  Okay.. our final offer. If you haven't noticed from the pics above, these puppies can also be used with the PEG Pond & Stream Kits!!  That's right, Kiddo... if the sea ain't your bag or your city is landlocked, no problem!!. Build your village along a PEG river or lake or just add some streams & ponds along the village to give it that nautical theme. Just 'cause yer a land lubber doesn't mean that you should miss out on the fun.
Okay, so we got the Seaport Village Random Shop lot, with random shop names & descriptions, plus the 4 selectable shop lots, seamless collective modular plopping, and versatile ocean or inland PEG Pond plop capability... and, oh yeah, each shop employs up to 24 local folk and provides income from taxes. All for the low, low single payment price of one simple download!

  16. PEG CDKOWW Commercial Style

Pegasus Productions is pleased to release an all-new CDK style that will bring the romance and history of the sea to your cities. Somewhere between the sun bleached planks and the creosote covered pilings, you can almost hear the creaking of the beams as the Old Wooden Waterfront stands as a monument to man's never-ending quest to tame the world's oceans.
Our initial release is a purely commercial venture with 8 new seawall-plaza lots designed to promote commercial development along your shorelines. The rustic, nautical theme is a proven winner in attracting large crowds to shopping and tourist attractions... and you can now put that to work in your cities. Whether they are freely mixed in with other CDK styles or used exclusively on their own, these seaside plazas will really boost your commercial development.
With the exception of the seaside Parking Lot Plaza, which also  functions like a parking garage and promotes the use of mass transit in residential areas, these lots are all small, medium or large plazas and priced accordingly. They have the same properties and costs as their default game counterparts. All are transit enabled for pedestrians with the Parking Lot being enabled for auto traffic as well and requiring road access.
As with all new CDK-OWW styled lots, you will have the option to 'fine tune' their appearance by installing one of several STYLE files that alter the front facade of the seawalls globally throughout the game. These STYLE files are included with the PEG CDK-OWW Development Kit Volume 1 and several new styles are under development that can be 'plugged-in' at any time.
This install contains the following lots:
    1. 1x2 Seaside Plaza (small plaza)
    2. 1x2 Seaside Plaza w/ access ramp (small plaza)
    3. 1x2 Seaside Plaza w/ fountain (small plaza)
    4. 1x2 Seaside Parking Lot (small plaza & reduced 1/2 capacity parking structure)
    5. 3x2 Seaside Fountain Plaza (large plaza)
    6. 1x2 Public Pier (medium plaza) * Extends 4 tiles into the water.
    7. 2x2 Inner Corner Plaza (medium plaza)
    8. 2x2 Outer Corner Plaza (medium plaza)
**These lots require the installation of the PEG CDK-OWW Development Kit Volume 1
**This file currently contains an .exe installer suitable for windows users.  These files are in the process of being updated with zip files and this message will be removed once the update is complete.

  17. PEG CDKOWW Seaport Village

Our first specialty lot for the new CDK Old Wooden Waterfront style is the classic Seaport Village. Commonly found in most commercial ports and harbors in one form or another, the nautical themed shopping area and tourist attraction is always a winning combination and popular with locals and tourists alike.
Our Seaport Village is a CS$$$ lot offering jobs and income from taxes. The city will need to fork out some cash to get it going but its a private enterprise and free to the city once built. This lot is designed for use  with the PEG-CDK OWW style lots... but can be used stand alone or with any of the other CDK style lots. It sits on a 6x3 tile lot, is transit enabled, and provides CS$$$ jobs and income from taxes.
The beautiful, large yacht is also privately owned and a source of great mystery. The word on the dock is that it's the private party yacht  of the Mayor but nobody seems to know for sure... or if they do, they're not talking. But whoever owns it is one lucky son-of-a-seadog, that's for sure.

This lot is the core piece of a series or add-on components in the works that will expand the Seaport Village into a much larger and ever-growing seaside shopping complex and tourist attraction. Add-on lots will be designed to expand The Village along the waterfront as well inland away from the water... so be sure to leave room in your cities.
This lot is designed for use  with the PEG-CDK OWW style lots... but can be used stand alone or with any of the other CDK style lots. It sits on a 6x3 tile lot, is transit enabled, and provides CS$$$ jobs and income from taxes.

There are two unique stats listed in the query; Postcards Sold This Month & Reported Seagull Bombings. The Postcards Sold value is dictated by the city's population. The larger the city... the more postcards that will sell. Seagull Bombings are influenced by the current Mayor Rating and you can use this to gauge your performance.. The higher the rating, the fewer the bombings. If  fewer than 25 bombings are reported, then you are doing a pretty good job..
**This lot requires the installation of the PEG CDK-OWW Development Kit Volume 1 &
PEG CDK-REC Prop Pack Volume 1 which are also available here at this site.

  18. PEG CDK SV Food Court Plazas

These Food Court Plazas will add a festive splash of color to your cities as well as provide your Sims with a much appreciated place to park their butts while grabbing a quick bite or just hanging out with friends. They were designed for use with the Seaport Village, but can be used anywhere you would place a normal plaza. In fact, they work so well on their own that they have been placed in your Park Menu next to the game's default plazas.
There are 3 Food Courts included; small (1x1), medium (2x2) and large (3x3). Each Food Court has properties that are identical to the corresponding sized default plaza.  The 1x1 Food Court has the "L" shaped planter on one side only and can be used to create larger Food Courts or custom snack and picnic areas.
    Dependencies: None.

  19. PEG CDK SV Plaza Pack 1

The SV Plaza Pack 1 includes 4 new small plazas to can be used to fill gaps around various Seaport Village lots and enhance the appearance of your Seaport Village complex. Although designed for the Seaport Village, the of course can be used stand-alone anywhere in your cities.
All of these plazas have the same properties of a normal small plaza. They will appear in your Water Transportation Menu along with other Seaport Village lots.
These are especially useful when mixing CDK-OWW lots, which are 2 tiles deep, with the 3 tile deep Seaport Plaza lots. These plazas use the same texture as the CDK-REC & CDK-OWW styled lots and can be used to enhance those waterfronts as well
** Keep in mind that many Seaport Village lots provide jobs and as such must have access to roads. If you block that access with these plazas or any other lots, the lots with jobs will soon become abandoned and distressed.
    This pack includes the following:
    1. 1x1 SV Plaza - A simple small plaza in the Seaport Village style. Includes a custom central planter-bench with modified seated automata that removes the chairs that accompanied them.
    2. 1x1 Deluxe Plaza - A small plaza featuring the lighted tree common to many CDK lots.
    3. 1x1 Parking Plaza - A simple, transit enabled parking lot that can be used with many CDK styles.
    4. 1x1 Medallion Plaza - A plain plaza featuring a mosaic of the official Seaport Village compass logo.
    Dependencies: None

  20. PEG CDK SV Plus Pack 1

      * Updated 3/2/05 to include a missing mosaic texture.
This add-on pack for the PEG CDK Seaport Village adds 4 new lots to expand and enhance your Seaport Village complex. They can also be used with any of the CDK-OWW lots.
    The Plus Pack includes:
    1. A 1x2 seawall plaza section with cement stairs to provide easy pedestrian access to the seawall.
    2. A 1x1 'End Section' featuring a wooden ramp that can be used to put a proper ending (or beginning) to the seawalls.
    3. A 2x2 Inner Corner Plaza... similar in all regards to the CDK-OWW Inner Corner section. This version features concrete stairs for easier pedestrian access and a colorful mosaic created by famed artist & tile expert, Simantha Grout.
    4. A 3x3 Outer Corner Shop that can be connected to other Seaport Village Shop lots to form a seamless, continuous shopping structure of almost any shape or size. This lot functions as a large plaza instead of a COM$$$ with jobs in order to avoid the need to provide road access, which would limit your village design options. However, like the Random Shops, it also has a  random shop name  function with a unique set of random shop names and descriptions.
**This lot requires the following dependencies:
PEG CDK-OWW Development Kit Volume 1,
     PEG CDK-OWW Seaport Village
     PEG CDK-SV Random Shops

  21. PEG CDKOWW Pond and Stream Transitions

What do you get if you toss the Pond Kit, the Stream Kit & the CDK into a paint mixer and let it run for an hour? Well, initially you get something that looks like a horrible Star Trek transporter accident !!
But if you let that mixer run and extra hour or two, you eventually wind up with a viable means of transitioning the PEG Ponds & PEG Streams into the game's oceans... via the CDK. Adding the CDK in this fashion serves to mask a multitude of potential graphic sins & bugs inherent anytime props and textures go into the water. We will continue to pursue a non-CDK solution as well... but for those anxious to run their pond rivers and streams down to the sea, you now have a means to make it happen.
Included are 4 new lots; a single CDK Stream lot and 3 CDK Pond lots (left, right & center). Streams are limited to a single tile in width but rivers made from the Pond Kit can be a wide as you want.
These are CDK-OWW (Old Wooden Waterfront) lots and plop just like any other 2-tile deep CDK lot. They will appear  in the Water Transportation menu along with the other CDK-OWW lots. Like most CDK lots, they have pricing & properties similar to a small plaza.
To accommodate the fact that 92.3% of all CDK lots have a road running along their inland side, conditioned with the fact that 63.7% of all statistics are made up on the spot... these lots also have an appropriate Bridge-End modeled into their inland side. This will allow you to seamlessly continue any street/road/avenue you have running along your waterfronts.
The transition lots are packaged into separate files; one for the Streams and one for the Ponds. After installing, you can easily remove one or the other if you do not use either the Ponds or the Streams.
**These lots require the installation of the PEG CDK-OWW Development Kit Volume 1.
Additionally, you should also have the Deluxe Editions of the PEG Pond & PEG Stream kits installed.

  22. PEG Lighthouse Island

The sea air... the salt spray... waves crashing on the rocks while seagulls screech overhead as they circle in search of crabs scurrying amongst the rocks. Occasionally, the mighty fog horn sounds its great and mournful blast.
Gawd, I just made myself hungry for Clam Chowder!! Okay, who's got the Oyster Crackers?
This classic New England style lighthouse sits atop a rock island that you can plop anywhere in the water. Its self-leveling so you don't need to worry about water depth or altering the terrain in any way. It is also fully self-powered via a newly developed method so it does not have to be plopped near shore in order for the rotating light beacon to function.
This version of the Lighthouse functions like the game's default lighthouse in all regards, including plop & maintenance costs. It is a Reward, but it is not conditional. You do not need  to have a seaport for it to become available. This will allow you to also use it in non-industrial cities where a seaport would be useless.
This version of the Lighthouse also does not replace the game's default lighthouse. The primary reason for this is that the default lighthouse is land-based... and this version obviously is not. A forced replacement could cause issues when upgrading. With separate versions, you can continue to enjoy the default lighthouse or any replacement for it you have installed... or reclaim the land it occupies and replace it with this water-based version at your leisure.

  23. PEG Caisson Style Lighthouse

Our second offering in the Lighthouse series features a replica of the Hooper Island Lighthouse which is still in operation in Chesapeake Bay, Maryland. A classic caisson style lighthouse, the Hooper Bay Light was first lit in 1902.
The caisson is sunk 13.5 feet into the muddy bottom of the Bay. The light stands 63 feet above the water. The inside of the metal tower is lined with white-glazed brick and there are 4 living levels, plus the watch room and lantern levels. This light was automated in 1961 and the keepers removed.  In 1976 the 4th order Fresnel lens was stolen and the Coast Guard replaced it with a solar optic.
This version of the Lighthouse functions like the game's default lighthouse in all regards, including plop & maintenance costs. It is a Reward, but it is not conditional. You do not need  to have a seaport for it to become available. This will allow you to also use it in non-industrial cities where a seaport would be useless.

  24. PEG Screw Pile Lighthouses

Our third offering in the Lighthouse series features one of the most famous and recognizable lighthouses in the Chesapeake Bay. The Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse was first lit in 1875 and is still in operation today.
The hexagonal cottage style lighthouse sits atop seven 10-inch diameter wrought-iron screw piles that are screwed 11 feet, 6 inches into the bottom of the bay. The screw pile foundation is very sturdy but has been damaged in the past by ice floes. In 1886-87, 1600 cubic yards of loose rock, called "riprap" were poured around the piles for extra protection.
This package contains 3 versions of the lighthouse:
    Version 1:
This version of the Lighthouse functions like the game's default lighthouse in all regards, including plop & maintenance costs. It is a Reward, but it is not conditional. You do not need  to have a seaport for it to become available. This will allow you to also use it in non-industrial cities where a seaport would be useless.
Like the previous Lighthouse Island version, this lighthouse also does not replace the game's default lighthouse.

    Version 2:
Several older screw pile styled lighthouses were rescued when they were decommissioned and have been moved onshore where they now serve as museums and tourist attractions. The Drum Point Lighthouse, which is very similar in appearance to the Thomas Point Light, is one of the most famous of these Lights that have found a new home and purpose ashore.
In recognition of this effort to preserve our nautical tradition and heritage, this package contains a second version of this lighthouse that is a functioning museum and can be plopped on shore. It is a separate file that can easily be uninstalled if not needed. The land-based lighthouse/museum has the same properties and pricing of the game's default museum.

    Version 3:
This package also contains a 3rd version of the lighthouse for the CDK. Like the museum version, the CDK version is also a  retired lighthouse, preserved and relocated to serve as a tourist attraction for your Seaport Village or anywhere along your coast. This version has most of the properties and benefits of the Tourist Trap reward.
**Versions 1 & 2 have No External Dependencies.
The CDK version requires that the CDK-OWW be installed.
**This file currently contains an .exe installer suitable for windows users.  These files are in the process of being updated with zip files and this message will be removed once the update is complete.

  25. PEG CDK SV Ferry Landing

A variation off of the CDK-OWW Ferry Landing, this version is designed specifically for use with the PEG CDK Seaport Village collection. This is a fully functional, new ferry terminal. It does not replace the original game ferry terminal and can freely be used with them; CDK Ferry Landing on one side... traditional Ferry Terminal on the other.
The PEG Ferry Landings have the same plop & maintenance costs as the original as well as the same capacity. But that's where the similarities end. The Ferry Landing is wider but shallower in size (4x3 tiles vs. 3x5 tiles) and is transit enabled to allow avenues to connect directly to it... instead of the roads used on the original. This should ease some traffic issues associated with the default ferries that can lower desirability and mayor ratings. Optionally, you can place a road perpendicular to the lot and connect to this with high-volume one-way streets, roads or even streets.
This variation uses the Seaport Random Shops props which allow the two shops on the lot to be randomly different on each lot. The shops will also blend seamlessly with any adjacent Seaport Village lot, forming a continuous shopping strip/structure.
In contrast to the original terminal, the Ferry Landing is a CDK lot which does not protrude several tiles out into the water. As the water depth is generally shallower nearer the shore, care must be taken to ensure that the water depth is deep enough for the ferry to operate. If it is not, the ferry will not function.  ( * see ReadMe file Developer's Notes for more details)
** Special thanks to BarbyW, Andreas, Blackbeard, ParadiseFarm, & Swamper77
for their assistance during the development of this project.
** Use of the CDK Leveler Tool is recommended for use with all CDK lots.
The PEG CDK-SV Ferry Landing requires installation of the PEG CDK-SV (Seaport Village) style and has these specific dependencies which most users of the CDK already have installed:
    PEG CDK-REC PROP-PAK Vol1
    PEG CDK-OWW Development Kit Vol1
    PEG CDK-SV_PlazaPak1
    PEG CDK-SV Random Shops
