  1. This patch mod converts PEG-CDK lots for use with the PEG PPonds ploppable water. Most of the CDK lots did not have a water requirement and could already be used with ploppable water systems. But many... most notably the functional CDK Sea Ports... could not. Now... they can!
    With this patch, your PPonds are no longer confined to smaller waterways or meandering rivers and streams. You can now build entire, complex ports and harbors  anywhere in your cities... at any elevation !!
     * This patch mod provides modified versions of the lot files that have had all water tile requirements removed. It does not create new versions of the lots to further clutter up your menus. Instead, it simply alters the existing lots to make them more flexible.
    The patch does not include any of the required files or dependencies of the original CDK versions of the lots.Therefore, the original CDK versions of the lots must be installed for the patched versions to function properly. 
     
    * The default Coast Guard Station conversion patch is included in the main patch file. The optional "southern style" patch is in a separate file so it can be removed if not wanted.
    * The default install path is critical for the proper operation of the functional sea ports. Please consult the included readme file for full details.
     
    By default, all of the original lots of the following CDK collections are compatible for use with the PPonds:
    PEG CDK3 OWW2
    PEG CDK3 Marina  (excluding dock extension lots)
    PEG CDK3 Seaport Village

  2. This is a revised version of the CDK3 Ploppable Ships for use with the PEG PPonds. The ships can now be plopped on PPond water and canals.
     
    Similar to other PPond water traffic lots, this is a single lot that randomly displays 1 of several different ships (7, in this case) that appear at different times of the day. The actual lot is only 1x1 tiles in size... but the ships occupy much more space. This smaller lot imprint makes it much easier to plop water tiles around it and to plop on large areas of the Mayor Flora Ploppable water.
    Note: As these are timed props, depending in the time of day, you may not see any ships when you plop the lot. Don't Panic!  They will appear soon. And if you make any mistakes, they are very cheap to plop, bulldoze & replop.

  3. This RCI Boardwalk Pier Filler Lots are for those of you who have figured out that you can do a lot more with the new RCI Boardwalks lots... then just make Boardwalks. Beyond making causeways and wrapping peninsulas, you can also plop the RCI Boardwalks out fully in the water... and make piers and islands that... admitted serve no functional purpose... but can be fun to make and nice to look at.

    The only missing element was these single-tile wide filler lots to plop down the middle of your pier or to act as filler for an island.  But now, with these filler lots installed, you can easily turn any open water area into a massive hazard to navigation. 

    This package contains 6 filler lots for you to get creative with... all of which appear in the Water Transportation menu directly under the normal RCI Boardwalk lots. Most of the filler lots have no maintenance costs or any park-like properties... as they are essentially just eye-candy. 

    From left to right, as viewed in the above screen shot, the included lots are:

    1. The 2x1 Pier Head Lot. Provides a formal entrance to your pier area... complete with pretzel stand a nite-lit tree planter. This is the only lot in this collection that plops on the coastal tile like the other RCI Boardwalk lots. It also has park & landmark properties to represent the entire pier.

    2. The 2x1 Filler Lot featuring 2 planters with large ferns.

    3. The 1x1 Restroom Lot.  Because its a long walk back to shore.

    4. The 1x1 Filler Lot. Simple, with a single lamp post to illuiminate its simplicity at night.

    5. The 1x1 Snack Bar Lot. Hotdogs, Hamburgers and the ever-popular Smelt-on-a-Stick.  Or as the locals refer to it.. "Bait!!  Yummy!!

    6. The 1x1 Picnic Area Lot. Most people think the umbrellas are for shade. But if you've ever tried to eat around a lot of seagulls, you know better. If you don't remember putting Ranch Dressing on your fries... you probably didn't.

  4. This RCI Boardwalk Corner Lots will allow you to wrap the OWW2 Boardwalks around corners while still leaving the adjacent/inland tiles open for RCI development or other ploppable lots. In all regards, properties, costs, etc...  are the same as the other 2x2 RCI Boardwalk lots.
    This package contains 2 lots; an inner corner lot and an outer corner lot. Both lots are 2x2 tiles in size
    The RCI Boardwalks are actually water lots that are designed to extend in & over the sloped coastal tile & merge seamlessly with OWW2 lots on either side.
    This particular method does not allow the use of any props on the lot. Therefore, everything on the lot is rendered as part of the building model. The models are nite-lited... with lighting designed to match the lamp post & lite-tree props commonly used on OWW2 lots.

  5. The RCI Boardwalks is a collection of 3 lots that allow you to zone RES, COM, or even IND right up to the edge of the coast... and still have OWW2 Boardwalks running along the shoreline. Now you can turn your favorite hi-rise condos, commercial development or any growable or ploppable lot into seaside lots that share a common boardwalk with the entire CDK OWW2 collection.
    The RCI Boardwalks are actually water lots that are designed to extend in & over the sloped coastal tile & merge seamlessly with OWW2 lots on either side.
    * The coastal tile is that tile that slopes into the water... and is a tile that is actually half-water & half-land. As such, nothing can be plopped exclusively on the coastal tile & it defies normal zoning and plopping methods. Normal CDK/OWW lots cover that coastal tile by extending boardwalk or dock models from the land side. The RCI Boardwalks reverse that process by extending off-set rendered models from the water side... with a mix of  transparent texturing & game default behavior for certain types of water lots.

    This particular method does not allow the use of any props on the lot. Therefore, everything on the lot is rendered as part of the building model. The models are nite-lited... with lighting designed to match the lamp post & lite-tree props commonly used on OWW2 lots.

    This package contains 3 lots.   6. And now... for the  CDKM Marina  series... we offer a turn for the better. Or, at least... a turn around corners.

    The Chandlery is a 4x4 inner corner lot for your Marinas. The lot allows you to visually wrap the lower floating docks around corners and extend your Marina in new directions.

    For those who do not know what a Chadlery is, it is pretty much like an auto parts store... for boats. Think Pep Boys... Manny, Moe and Ahab. Historically, dating back to the 1800s, chandleries  provided very basic supplies to ship owners with a large emphasis on lighting for the ship in the form of candles and whale oil. Overtime, chandleries have expanded to include all types of parts, accessories and supplies for both commercial and recreational boats. From electronic fish finders to life preservers... to toilet chemicals... if you can use it on a boat, a good chandlery will have it. Many modern chandleries have evolved into large boating convenience stores that also sell ice, groceries, bait & tackle... and almost anything a recreational boater may need before setting sail.

    Our Chandlery  lot is a 4x4 RCI ploppable CS$$ lot that provides jobs and income from taxes. The boardwalk, lower floating docks, and parking areas all align with the other lots in the Marina series. The building in nite lited and has a custom query and sound effects.

  7. The CDKM Dock End is the perfect lot for those times when you feel that you just can't go on anymore. Similar in all regards and aspects to the CDKM Dock Extension lots, the Dock End performs as advertised. It ends.

    The Dock End lot aligns with the other Dock Extension lots and provides a little more visual variation to your extended docks. Unlike the other dock extenders, you can not plop other dock sections onto the end of it. It is decisively the end of the line.
    The Dock End is a 3x3 ploppable water lot that plops fully in the water. The lot is modular and designed exclusively for use with the Dock Extension lots. Like the other dock extenders, its is pure eye-candy and cost nothing to plop or maintain.

  8. The CDKM Dock Extension allows you to build that Mega Marina you've always wanted. No longer are you limited to long walks on a short pier... so-to-speak. You can now extend your Marina docks out as far as want... even to Infinity & Beyond!!
    The Dock Extensions are two 3x3 ploppable water lots that plop fully in the water... ideally at the end of the docks on the PEG CDKM Marina & Marina Docks lots. The lots are modular and can be plopped continually out as far as you want.

    The two lots are similar... but each have different boats in various slips to provide some visual variety. The lots are pure eye candy with no game impacting properties of any kind. They are free to plop and costs nothing to maintain. It will cost you §5 to bulldoze, though. The lots will plop at the perfect height, automatically... no matter what the water depth is. Just line it up... and plop.

  9. The bell rings... the organ begins to play... and you're off to the races on a wooden pony, Try as you may, you never seem to be able to catch up to that damn horse ahead of you. Personally... I think the race is rigged.

    No  Seaport Village   could ever be complete without some reason to drag along the kids. And if you have ever been on one, you'd recall the magic that makes a good, large Carousel so special... despite being a long ways away from an E-Ticket ride by today's standards.

    Carousels have been large attractions at many seaside tourist traps... and now our Seaside Village has joined the club. This is a 2 tile wide, CS$$ RCI ploppable design for use with the PEG OWW2 Seaside Village series. The lot offers jobs, income from taxes, a custom query... and is extensively nite-lited. The lot also features a custom background sound effect of classic carousel organ music that can be heard whenever you are near the lot in the game.

This latest addition to the CDK-OWW Seaport Village collection is a 2x section of shops that will add more variety to your village.The 2x Shops lot is, oddly enough, 2x tiles wide and is a CS$$ ploppable add-on designed for the PEG-SV Seaport Village. Like all OWW2 lots, it can be used with any other OWW2 style of lots, including the CDKM Marina lots. It features the same modular boardwalk and parking area... and plops seamlessly with all other OWW2 lots.
    The lot also features a custom query and rotating query sounds... and is extensively nite-lited. The lot was intended to be used as a filler between 2 SV Corner Shop lots but can be used in any fashion you desire.

  12. A collection of 7 ships that can be plopped anywhere in the water. Ideal for adding the look & feel of ship traffic to your harbors either as ships underway or anchored and awaiting their turn at the docks.

    Each ship is a seperate 1x1 lot... although the ship itself is much larger. Each lot is located in the Water Transportation menu directly under the last of the CDK3 Seaport collection of lots. Even as new CDK3-SP lots are added, the ship lot icons will always display directly under them.

    Unlike previous versions of ploppable ships, these are not affected by the Water Graphics Bug and do not cast a lot shadow on the ocean floor or the water's surface. They can therefore be plopped in either deep or shallow water with no concern for having to conceal the underlying lot.

    * To make placement of these lots easier, the orientation arrow of the lot points toward the bow of the ship.

    ** Each ship costs only §5 to plop and has no monthly maintenance costs. The lots do not require power or water.


    ** These lots have no dependencies.

  13. The CDK3-SP Pier Seaport harkens to the old days of previous SimCity versions where you could zone seaports as large or small as you wished. Although there is no zoning involved here, the Pier Seaport does allow you to visually create a seaport lot that is as large, or long, as you like.

    The Pier Seaport uses the CDK3-SP Pier One collection of lots. A copy of the base lot has been added that has been modified into a functional seaport lot. This will allow you to create new seaport lots of any length and/or upgrade existing Pier One complexes into functional seaports by simply replacing the base lots.

    The Pier Seaport has the same capacities and costs of a normal seaport. However, it is much smaller at only 4x5 (4x3 land tiles) which makes it ideal for locations with limited space. The Pier Seaport also does not support a functional rail connection so its even easier to fit into tight spaces and convert existing Pier One complexes into seaports.

    The lot is fully compatible with all CDK3-SP lots. This is an "additional seaport" and does not replace any existing version.

    IMPORTANT
    This seaport lot uses the PEG-CDK3-SP Master Seaport Controller and can not be used with the BSC seaport controller, or any other seaport mod or controller... or any seaport lot not currently supported by the PEG Master Seaport Controller. Please read the included readme file for full details.

    * The lot is transit enabled for road connections to the driveways and a rail connection .  The lot must have road access in order to function properly but the driveways do not actually have to be connected.

  14. The CDK3-SP Pier One is a collection of modular lots that allows you to build your own extended warehouse piers. Mix and match them anyway you want... and make your warehouse piers as long as you like.

    All of the lots (except the Base Lot) are 2 tiles wide. All lots promote industrial growth. All lots contain a gazillion random and timed props to simulate activity throughout the day... turning to widely scattered "Where they Hell did everyone go?" in the evening.

    Although the extended pier is comprised of several different lots, it should be considered to be a single facility. Therefore, all of the lots are named "Pier One". However, all of the lots can be edited in-game so you can easily rename them to something more creative... like "Pier Two".  

    Included in this package are two different styles of lots. Only one style  should be used.

    1. Water Style  (Filename:  PEG-CDK3-SP_Pier-One_WV_100.dat )
    * These lots plop as water lots... similar to the ploppable CDK-OWW2 modular pier lots.

    Advantages: No extra terraforming required.

    2. Land Style   (Filename:  PEG-CDK3-SP_Pier-One_LV_100.dat )
    * These lots plop as normal land lots... which require that you terraform a 2 tile wide strip of land out into your harbor.

    Advantages:  Wave action will display. Ferries & water automata will recognize them as barriers.

    * Both files will be installed when the package is unzipped. You should remove the file of the style that you do not wish to use. If you do not remove one of the files, the Water Style will be used by default.

    This collection contains the follwing 5 modular lots:

    1. 4x5 Base Lot
    * This is a standard CDK3-SP lot that blends with all other CDK3-SP lots. Use this lot as the base of your extended warehouse pier. This is the only lot with road access and therefore the only lot with jobs. Accordingly, it has a lot of jobs in order to represent those workers out on the extended pier.

    2. 2x Warehouse Lot.
    * A 2x length of extended warehouse pier.

    3. 3x Warehouse Lot with barges.
    * A 3x section of extended warehouse pier with barges.

    4. 9x Warehouse Lot  with ships.
    * A 9x long section of warehouse pier with  full-sized ships on either side.

    5. 2x Warehouse End Lot.
    * A 2x long end section of the warehouse pier with a detailed model-rama of a barge being loaded.

  15. A set of red & green Navigation Buoys for your CDK3-SP seaport complexes... styled after buoys commonly found in many harbors and channels. These buoys are nite-lited and include subtle, background sound effects.

    The buoys are simple 1x1 lots that can be plopped in any depth of water. They include anchor chains, which are only visible in shallower water.

    Each buoy costs only §5 to plop and has no monthly maintenance costs. The buoys are solar (self) powered and do not require proximity to shore or other power sources in order for the nite lites to function.

    * For realistic placement in-game, (in the northern hemisphere) remember the old mariner phrase "Red Right Returning". Red buoys should be on the starboard (right) side of ships returning to port. If there was ever a similar old phrase, "Red Left Leaving", the poor smuck who coined it most likely took it to the grave when, utterly confused,he piled his ship up on the rocks.
    Just to confuse things even more, because the southern hemisphere is up-side down...   the red buoys are on the left coming into port and the green are on the right.

  16. The CDK3-SP Break-Bulk Dock is a non-functional version of the Break-Bulk Seaport. Similar in appearance but slightly smaller, it provides most of the visual benefits of the functional seaport without the associated costs and pollution. The non-functional "dock" lot, like the Container Ship Dock, allows you to add more ships and their related facilities to your harbors.

    The CDK3-SP Break-Bulk Dock is essentially the same in size and properties as the CDK3-SP Container Ship Dock. The central rail running through the lot is fully transit enabled for rail... and there are 2 visually transit enabled driveways at either end of the lot. Timed and random props come and go throughout the day to simulate activity. New random & timed prop families were created so the lot can display 2 of 4 possible variations of the cargo ship.

  17. The CDK3-SP Break-Bulk Seaport is a functional seaport that is identical in all regards to the CDK3-SP Container Seaport. The size of the lot, plop & maintenance costs... and road & rail connections are all the same.
    The only real difference in the lot is visual. This version of the seaport is designed to blend well with the CDK3-SP Row Warehouses and provide a functional, break-bulk (non-container) shipping facility for your seaports.
    The lot is fully compatible with all CDK3-SP lots and can be used with the CDK3-SP Container Seaport. This is an "additional seaport" and does not replace any exisiting version.
    In addition to using the same random & timed rail, truck & cargo props used on the Row Warehouse lots, this seaport introduces two new variations of the classic cargo ships that first appeared on the Vandy Shipping lot. With the new versions, the ships's holds are open and the ship's cranes are busily loading and off-loading cargo.

    IMPORTANT
    This seaport lot uses the PEG-CDK3-SP Master Seaport Controller(Version 1.04 or above) and can not be used with the BSC seaport controller, or any other seaport mod or controller... or any seaport lot not currently supported by the PEG Master Seaport Controller.Please read the included readme file for full details.

    RAIL CAPACITY
    Unlike the game default seaport, this new version allows a direct rail connection and can also receive freight by rail directly from Freight Stations or industry located adjacent to rail. This is accomplished by forcing the Seaport to also act as a Freight Station, converting rail freight to truck freight when it arrives. Whereas the previous CDK Seaport version required that the lot be coded as a freight station, this new version does not. All the "mojo" is now handled in the transit enabling properties... which have also been streamlined to minimize associated traffic congestion.

    ** The lot is transit enabled for road connections to the driveways and a rail connection . The lot must have road access in order to function properly but the driveways do not actually have to be connected. However, the rail must be connected to the lot for the rail connectivity to function. Rail connectivity is optional. The Seaport will still function properly for truck traffic if you choose not to connect the rail.

    *** The lot is located in the Water Transportation menu.

  18. This addition to the CDK3-SP Row Warehouses is, essentially, almost identical to the 2x Warehouse lot... except that it features a barge  to add some variety and activity to your seaports.

    Barges remain in active use in many harbors.... especially those near off-shore islands and navigatable rivers. Barges are an inexpensive method of transporting freight in relatively calmer waters.

    The barge is one of 3 random, slightly different models and has break-bulk freight that loads/unloads through the day. All properties, jobs  & other features are similar to the 2x Row Warehouse lot.

    Note - The barge is slightly longer than the 2x wide lot... so allow extra room on either side.

  19. Almost 40 years ago, while bluffing with a pair of threes... Bubba won an old rusting crane in a poker game. The following week, he walked away with an old derelict barge... oddly enough with the same pair of threes.

    Shortly thereafter, Bubba was sitting around the harbor & wondered what he was going to do with his newly acquired crane & barge. As he pondered, he watched the slow, laborious, back breaking manual loading of a nearby cargo barge... and suddenly had a revelation. Bulk!... Barge!... Cargo!... Crane! All the pieces swam together in vivid clarity and Bubba... being Bubba... never put it together. All that pondering and revelationing just made him thirsty... and he went off to have a beer.

    Several months later, Bubba was almost broke from having to pay the storage fees for both the crane and the barge. So Bubba cleverly decided to consolidate his expenses and store his crane on his barge. And I'm sure you all can figure out the rest.

    Yes, Bubba was run over by a bus 2 years later... never having put the pieces together. His heir, a 3rd cousin on his ex-wife's 2nd lover's sister's side, inherited the crane & barge and immediately put them to work... buying up waterfront warehouse space, making a respectable fortune and naming the enterprise in honor of his dim-witted remote relative.


    Bubba's Bulk & Barge is an add-on to theCDK3-SP Row Warehouses. It is essentially, the 3x Warehouse lot... with real barge-like particles added. The barge models are timed props that change during the day as related cargo props also come and go.

    * Floating cranes can be a common sight in many harbors. They can be moved and anchored almost anywhere a crane is needed. Commonly, they are used at dock facilities to load ships that have no cargo lifting capability... or to supplement existing cranes to speed up the loading/unloading process.

    All properties, jobs & other features are similar to the 3x Row Warehouse lot.

    Note - The crane barge is slightly longer than the 3x wide lot... so allow extra room on either side.

  20. The PEG CDK3-SP Master Seaport Controller Mod is the definitive, single source central seaport developer file for all PEG CDK3-SP seaport lots. If you use the PEG CDK3-SP Seaports & the vast selection of related seaport complex lots, you should install and use this file... and install no other common or central seaport controller mods or files.

    * This mod uses the archaic yet effective method of alphabetic file & folder naming to ensure that it is loaded last into the game and overwrites any and all conflicting files. Yet, it is still advisable to make sure you do not have any conflicting or non-supported seaport files installed to safeguard your cities from conflicts that could prevent you from being able to load them in the game.

    All seaport lots share a common Seaport Developer file... which has complicated efforts to develop custom seaport lots for the game which, by default, only included functional support for a single seaport lot. Multiple developers, attempting to make multiple custom seaports lots, traditionally had no option but to develop custom seaports that excluded the use of custom seaport lots developed by others.

    This new Master Seaport Controller mod overcomes all the previous limitations imposed by the game's default common Seaport Developer file. When installed properly, it will also override & correct any errant or non-compatible functionality data in any previously installed seaports lots that are supported by the mod.

    This mod will be updated to include new seaport lots as they are developed... including non-PEG seaports created by other developers. Fortunately, its an extremely small file and the ZIP file installation will be a simple, semi-automated process of unzipping the file and allowing it to over write the previous version with the newer one.

    * The included readme.htm file documents the procedure to be followed by other developers who wish to have their custom seaport lots supported by this mod.

    This is Version 1.05 of the Master Seaport Controller Mod and currently supports the following seaport lots:

    1. PEG CDK3-SP Container Seaport.

    2. PEG CDK3-SP Break-Bulk Seaport.

    3. PEG CSK2Canal Small Seaport

    4. SWAP Package Handling Center (a seaport lot contained in the airport add-on package, used as an airport freight facility)

    Extremely Important: To avoid conflicts that could prevent you from being able to load your cities, you should NEVER use any other seaportmod or a seaport lot not listed above in any of your cities. It is highly recommended that you un-install any other seaport mod or non-supported seaport lot from your game. If you are unsure if you have any unsupported seaports installed, we strongly suggest that you first use any seaport lot in a new, blank test city to ensure that it functions properly. Plop the seaport, save the game & exit. Restart the game & reload the city. If the city loads without issue, then the seaport lot in question is okay to use in your other cities.

  21. The CDK3-SP Row Warehouses is a collection of 5 lots that are designed for use with the CDK3-SP Seaport series. Styled along the lines of older break-bulk freight warehouses that string along the docks of many harbors, these lots are all modular and designed to join together to form warehouses of any length and can even wrap around corners.
    Available in 2x, 3x, 4x, Inner & Outer Corner varieties, the lots can be used by themselves or linked together to wrap around any terrain. The lots can also be plopped fully on dry land for use along your railways or part of a larger rail-freight facility.
    All of the lots are ploppable. All are IND-M lots with jobs, except for the Outer Corner lot which can be difficult to provide road access to. All of the lots are fully compatible with other CDK3-SP lots and can be used anywhere within your CDK3-SP harbor project.
    The Inner Corner & 4x lots are transit enabled for rail. The other lots are not and therefor can easily be plopped next to each other. The 3x lot features a transit-enabled central driveway that is visually enabled only. It will allow a connection to an adjacent roadway but will not impair traffic flow in anyway.
    All of the lots feature a multitude of random, timed props that appear and disappear throughout the day to simulate activity. The randomness of the props should allow you to plop numerous lots together without it appearing too repeatitive.
    Again, sorry for the rather long list of dependencies but as stated before, if you are using these lots with your other CDK3-SP Seaport lots, you should already have all of these files installed.

  22. The Vandy Shipping Company has been bringing your industrial goods to market since anyone can remember. Everywhere you look, Vandy trucks are chugging by with a load of cargo going somewhere. Peer out into the harbor and you are sure to see at least one of their cargo ships loading local freight for transport to some distant port in the region or beyond.
    This is a modified version of the original Vandy Shipping lot that has been redesigned for use with the PEG-CDK3-SP Seaport series of lots. It is the first "break-bulk" freight lot in the series designed to handle cargos other than containers.
    This new version does NOT replace the original version. You can continue to use the original version with your standard CDK3 industrial styled lots.
    The most notable changes in the new version is that the lot is slightly smaller (9x tiles wide instead of 10x tiles)... and the standard CDK3-SP rail tracks extend through the lot. The lot also now has only one driveway that has been centered on the lot... and the transit enabling has been refined to prevent automata from entering the lot and causing potential traffic issues.

    Like the original version, the lot is a ploppable medium wealth IND-M with timed props to simulate activity. The ships will come and go throughout the day... as will numerous cargos, trucks and rail cars. All costs and properties are the same as the original lot.

    This lot takes full advantage of the established collection of CDK3 & CDK3-SP material... and as such has an extensive list of dependencies. However, the good news is that if you are adding this lot to your existing collection of CDK-SP Seaport series lots, you should already have these required files.

  23. This is a RESOURCE file for the PEG-CDK3 Seaport collection of lots. It is a required dependency, specifically, for the upcoming break-bulk freight dock lots and the new freight rail stations.
    The pack contains a ton of static, timed and random rolling stock & locomotive props. These are intended for use as props on various lots. These are NOT game automata... however, many will be released separately as such.
    * As the game automata trains are considerably under scaled, these props are larger... and scaled to look more appropriate on lots with properly scaled structures, vehicles, peeps and other props.
    ** Players and developers may use these props on their own lots... subject to the terms of the EULA  that is documented in the  included readme file.

  24. By request...  this model is a replica of the Bean Rock Lighthouse in Auckland Waitemata Harbor, New Zealand... built in  1875. It is a cottage style lighthouse built on a metal skeletal foundation. Automated in 1912, the light is still operational today.
    Like the PEG Screw Pile Lighthouse, this lot is a non-conditional reward that is designed to plop fully in the water. It is self-contained and self-powered... so you can plop it anywhere without concerns for a power source. The lot has the same costs & properties as the game default Lighthouse Reward. Once installed, the lot's icon(s) can be found in the Rewards Menu along with the other PEG lighthouses.

    Included in the package are 2 versions of the lot. One is virtually identical to the PEG Screw Pile Lighthouse in that it sets on a pile of rip-rap (rock) and is designed to be plopped in any depth of water. The second version (SW) does not have the pile of rip-rap and was designed specifically for very shallow water. This second version is ideal for plopping on shoals and sand bars, etc... The 2 versions are in separate lot files so you can remove either file after installation if desired.

  25. The CDK3-SP Corner Docks is a collection of 2 corner style lots, an inner & an outer corner... that allow you to extend your Seaport compex around corners. Both lots are 5x5 in size... and both are fully transit enabled for rail.
    The Inner Corner Dock is a ploppable IND-M lot with about 50 jobs. It is transit enabled in all 4 directions to allow visual connections to rail directly to the lot or across roads, avenues, etc.. Like the Container Dock lot, the  transit enabling was made functional for extra flexibility. As 2 transit enabled lots can not be plopped next to each other, most of the other CDK3-SP lots are not transit enabled. Because of this limitation, rail within the CDK3-SP is primarily for appearances only.
    The Outer Corner Dock is similar to the Innner Corner lot in most regards except that it can not have direct road access and therefore does not offer any jobs.
     
    Both lots use a variety of timed and random props for visual variety. Stacks of containers change size & shape throughout the day & container rail cars & trucks come and go. Both lots are designed to act as container holding or marshalling areas... with containers up on the docks that could be staged for ships that have their own cranes.
