  2. Its not common knowledge but reindeer, like all aircraft, have a finite range. What goes up... must come down and refuel from time to time. Its also a known fact that the faster you go, the faster you consume fuel. When these two facts were presented to the Federal Aeronautics Committee, they needed no further prodding to approve 23.5 million simoleans to fund subsidized research into determining how the reindeer are able to make their global trek each year in such a short amount of time.
Unfortunately, the original 23.5 million was promptly consumed exploring the popular "Fairy Dust" theory. This study concluded that the only mammals capable of flight are bats, reindeer, really motivated squirrels  and, of course, pigs... if you drink enough. There was also evidence to the effect that when the Cows Came Home... they too occasional flew... but the funding ran out before this could be confirmed.
Of 347 reindeer picked at random for testing, 13 were found to be on steroids, 16 had various STDs, 137 had blood-alcohol levels over .15, 6 were found to be stuffed with old rags and bunched up newspaper, 4 tested positive for Angel Dust... but none tested positive for Fairy Dust. And as none of the other flying mammals were known to use Fairy Dust, this theory was quickly dismissed... when the funding was exhausted.
Interest in the research waned for several years until the irrefutable tabloid Eclectic Enquirer published the now famous photo of what experts have agreed can only be a Reindeer Rest Stop.
Armed with an additional 23.5 million in research grants, the FAC is actively recruiting woodsman and photo journalists to scour the forests and confirm the new belief that the reindeer have been using remote and secluded rest stops scattered throughout the region.
The Reindeer Rest Stop is a ploppable MTP Reward that will blends in perfectly with your MTP Pine Forests. For 11 months out of the year, its merely a simple forest clearing with an abandoned shed and small coral. But come Christmas time, the lot magically begins the transformation into a vital transportation hub in old Saint Nick's jolly jaunt around the globe.
    The FAC Wants You
There are too few volunteers and far too much territory to cover. The FAC needs robust and adventurous characters like yourself to seek out potential reindeer rest stops and gather photographic evidence that they do indeed exist.
It won't be easy staking out the suspected clearings in the dead of night... warding off the cold and boredom in hope that you'll catch a glimpse of old Kringle and his team. But you'll know you are on the right tract when replacement reindeer appear in the coral... obviously on hand in case one of the team blows a hoof or something.
As the big day gets closer, the clearing will transform into a landing zone. When you see the landing lights come on, its time to get that camera ready and you better be quick. Old Nick doesn't waste anytime refueling and zooming back off into the night on his appointed rounds.

  3. This non-conditional reward is a special Christmas gift from the staff & members at Pegasus Production to you and the entire SC4 Community. Like so many of the Santa's Villages that exist in mountain areas, our Village mixes tourist trap with amusement park... and theme-related shopping. Its all here... the shops, the rides, the reindeer petting zoo, the Polar Express train ride... and, of course, the kids running crazy on sugar highs and natural adrenalin fueled by the expectation of spending a little suck-up time with Santa.
This sprawling 10x10 lot was designed for use with the MTP. Its a reward... but also offers over 600 jobs to your local residents. Its transit enabled, of course... and puts on quite a light show at night. In fact, its only fair to warn you that between the lights and the seasonal background music, you just might find yourself getting sucked-in while spending long periods reliving Christmases Past & imagining that you are there.
The lot was too large & complex for the BAT so it was assembled modular style with numerous models designed to fit together. Still, considering its size & complexity, the overall file size and resource usage is fairly small. One of the advantages of modular design is the repeated use of models to conserve game resources.
For some reason, the snow never seems to melt around Santa's Village. Some say they have refrigeration coils buried in the ground... while others suspect that they truck it in from higher elevations each night. The kids, of course, believe otherwise. But however it gets there, it sure is a popular attraction during the warmer summer months.
    * The snow texture matches the PEG-MTP Snow Mod textures.... but does not require that mod. The snow texture on the lot remains year-round, even without the Snow Mod installed.

** This lot requires the following dependencies:

  4. NO MORE BROWN BOXES !!
    By Pegasus

This is a quick & dirty little mod that replaces those big ugly brown packages... with little ugly multi-colored "smudges". The advantage here is that Multi-Color Smudge is quite small... and does not cover the entire lot.

The disadvantage to the default ugly brown packages, besides being brown... and ugly... is that it covers up the entire friggin' lot. This prevents you from being able to see which item on the lot is causing the problem... and often from even being able to see which lot has the issue.

Technically, this mod simply overrides those brown package models (there are of 5 in total, all different sizes) and forces the game to display the default multi-color smudge it normally displays when it can't find a model's graphic files. The mod is a minimal 36k in size so there is almost no game resource usage. And although the Multi-Color Smudges are small, they are still quite easy to see... which makes spotting a problem almost as easy as noticing a big, honking, brown ugly box in the middle of downtown.

*This file was originally released on the STEX as "PEG NO MORE BROWN BOXES" in 2006. The original file came with an .exe installer that sometimes cause difficulties for some newer security software. This 'new' file is simply a copy of the "old" but now packaged with just a regular zip file.

  5. One Flag Many Nations - New Zealand Flag Addon

Many of you will of course have used the Maxis 'Day of Peace' Flag Mod... and the PEG-OFMN (One Flag Many Nations) flag mod on the STEX.

However... if you are a Kiwi from New Zealand... there is one slight problem...

The OFMN mod does not include the NZ flag.

Yes... I am sorry to have to be critical of our esteemed Pegamod, but that is the naked truth... he forgot us. Way back in 2004 when he made the original mod, he prolly didn't even know there was a country called New Zealand... (but you all know where I am from now don't you... )

    Anyway mustn't prattle...

Since I have joined the dizzy world of Simcity and creating custom content for the game, I have used and made a number of lots that need a flag. So a couple of years ago Catty one of our other fellow Kiwi's got in touch with Geoffhaw... who well... makes flags.

The result was that he very kindly made a very fabulous animated New Zealand flag that is compatible with the Maxis Day of Peace mod. Up until now this particular flag has never been released...

Are the other Kiwi's of this world to remain flagless? No!

Geoffhaw has very kindly given me permission to upload the New Zealand Flag to the STEX.

For those from other countries, included is a very simple lot with just a flag, which is compatible with any other OFMN flag. The lot has a tranparent base texture, so it can be detailed with whatever MM Flora one wishes, or simply left with what ever terrain mod is being used.

  8. The Statue Collection 01 started out the whole statue craze with a request to re-texture the whale, shark & dolphin statues used in the old RTK kit. It mushroomed into a larger collection of statues intended for use along beaches & the CDK3 shorelines... then expanded further to include a variety of both practical and whimsical statues. Pretty much anything we could put on pedestal and give a patina finish to... we made into a statue. Feel free to use them in the lots you develop and distribute.

    Enjoy!!

    * These custom props are free to use and distribute in lots your create for your own use or to publicly distribute.  If re-distributed, please reference the original prop pack as a dependency. Do not copy and redistribute the original prop material. Most of the props are larger in-game than the their bounding boxes will indicate in the L0t Editor. Most notably, the statuues with longer tails may extend beyond the tile that the prop is placed on.   All Pegasus files are now legacy content and are no longer officially supported - however support from the wider community can be requested here.

  11. So what kind of Mayor are you really? Now you can see what the city Mayor is doing as your cities load up into the game.
This  small mod is a simple alternate version of the changing texts you see when loading your cities. Instead of the mundane default texts describing things that your city is supposedly doing while loading... you will now see exactly what the city Mayor is up to. Are the taxpayers getting their Simoleans worth?

    * This is a very simple mod and can be installed anywhere in your Plugins folder. You can also simply remove the mod file at anytime to return to the game default texts.

  12. By request... this package contains the 3 most requested variations of the PEG Poltergeist Manor. All versions are quite similar to the original and, of course require the original  Poltergeist Manor as a dependency.

    Included in this package are:

    1. Poltergeist Manor 365. Another landmark version that remains haunted all year long. The effects were modified so they too will "Haunt Da Hood" 365 days a year.
    2. Poltergeist Manor... The Growable. A growable R$$, Stage 2 lot suitable for all densities. Functions just like the landmark version except it has a normal residential query. Possibly the first & only growable building that changes with the season/holiday.
    3. Victoria Manor. A growable R$$$, Stage 3 lot that is just the non-haunted version of the mansion. Nary a spook or specter. "This house is clean!"

    * The 3 versions are in separate files so you can remove any version that you do not wish to use.

    Enjoy!!  And once again...

  13. Welcome to the first-ever (I think) Halloween "Changeling" lot. Poltergeist Manor is your run-of-the-mill, older but well maintained mansion... throughout most of the year. But for 31 days in October... all Hell breaks loose!!.  Literally!
Every (game) year in October, the entire lot changes from a lovely old home to the meanest, nastiest, spookiest Haunted Mansion you've been too terrified to step foot in. Loaded with modified animated effects and eerie night lighting, you'll see Zombies and Ghoulies roaming the estate while an unearthly mist moves along the grounds. Occasionally, a soul departs to the accompaniment of sound effects so twisted that your hair is guaranteed to turn white. Unless, of course, your hair isn't already white.

This is a 3x3 Landmark lot. Low cost and even lower maintenance. No jobs... no required road access. Just a simple eye-candy lot with a modest amount of landmark-like particles added. The lot will be located near the top of your Landmark Menu.
    Enjoy!!  And, of course....
    Happy Halloween !!

  14. Feel the Power.  What a Rush !!
This is a simple mod that reskins the existing game default Power Transmission Towers to a consistent silvery-gray / oxidized metal color.  The red "candy stripe" paint scheme is fairly rare and this uniform galvanized gray color is far more common.
The game default towers are done well and the design is a common one. So only the "red" had to go. These are not new BAT models. The images used by the 4 tower models were exported, modified to remove the red... and imported back into the game.
    * Once installed in your Plugins folder, the mod will change the appearance of all the power transmission towers in the game. To change them back, simply remove the file from your Plugins folder. The changes are instant and automatic. There is no need to replop the towers.
    ** No dependencies.

  15. One thing we have never had in any version of SimCity are the power Substations that are an intregal part of any power grid. But now we do!
The power we use may be produced at a power plant possibly 100s of miles away.. or it may come from "The Grid" consisting of numerous distributed power plants all supplying power to a single, connected network of power. But between your house and the source, is at least one if not several power sub-stations which control and convert voltage and current... and also serve as switching & relay stations  (transmission & distribution) to local areas.

This package contains 2 Substations. One is a larger Transmission Substation (2x2 tiles) of the type you might find next to power plants, major power line junctions or as a Distribution Substation  servicing a large area. The other is a smaller Distribution Substation (1x1) that would normally service a smaller area or neighborhood. The larger substation provides jobs and requires road access. The small substation does not provide jobs and can be located remotely. It can also be plopped around the larger Substation to make it look like a much bigger facility.
    * Both Substations display a small red blinking light when they are powered to help you visually confirm that the station is receiving power.
Our Substations are technically power plants in that they can be found in the game's Utility Power Menu and are part of the Power Budget. But they do not produce any power. Like the power transmission towers, they are a realistic component of a power grid. But otherwise, they do not provide any required functionality to the game.
The lots are cheap to plop and even cheaper to maintain. They are YIMBY/NIMBY neutral... so you can plop them anywhere without affecting wealth or desirability. They produces about the same air pollution and garbage as a typical single-family residence.
    * The lots also have a custom query that displays vital information about all the power facilities in your city.

To be honest, I always hated using the game's "high tension" or power transmission towers... thinking that they were ugly and generally wasted space. But since testing these new Substations, I have had great fun setting up realistic power grids in my cities... running transmission towers to Substations and connecting all power plants  to "The Grid".
    * You can check out the Wikipedia Article on Electrical Substations to learn more about how substations work and how they can be used to add more realism to your cities.

  16. So how cool would it be if we could run electrical power cables underground instead of stringing unsightly transmission towers across the pristine landscape? Well... now we can. Sort of.
For those of us who always hated to have ugly power transmission towers in our cities, the alternative was to plop a lot, often a park, tree or forest lot... every 5 tiles that would extend the juice from a distant power plant to our blossoming city. Not very realistic... but functional as far as the game was concerned.
The Underground Conduit lots use the same principle. But instead of trying to conceal the mysterious power connection, they stick it out there for all the world to see. The 1x1 lot contains a concrete service/access hatch to an imaginary underground conduit. By plopping these lots in a string every 5 tiles, you can extend your power grid while having a realistic visual aid to see where your power is coming from and going to.
To further enhance that visual aid, each lot has a red light sitting atop a sign post. The red light flashes only when the lot is connected to the grid and receiving power. This will allow you to quickly spot any connection problems along the line... and looks pretty darn cool at night.
Each lot is a single tile... and serves as a functional alternative to above-ground transmission towers. The lot is located in the Power Utilities menu, directly below the transmission towers. Each lot is a mere §5 to pop and cost nothing to maintain. They produce no pollution and have no other impact on the environment or game, either good or bad.
The lots have a transparent texture so they will blend with any terrain. They also have extended foundations and can be plopped on any slope. For best results, plop with the orientation arrow pointed uphill.
    * These lots can also be used atop water pipes or subway tunnels... to use as visual markers as to where your pipes or subway routes run. They could also be used as sewer access hatches for an imaginary sewage system. They also don't look bad around industrial areas and are useful to plop in that one zoned tile that will never develop or constantly gets a No Road Access Zot.
** This lot has no dependencies.

  18. Dam It !!  And then use it to make power. That's the smartest Dam thing to do with your rivers. And this new small Hydroelectric Dam will allow you to do just that.
Hydroelectric power is clean, renewable... and very cheap to produce. If you have the water source to power it, it is definitely one of your best options for powering your cities.
This small Hydro Dam is typical of many such structures constructed along waterways throughout the world. This particular version produces 2,500 MWh/month at a monthly operating cost of §200 for a §0.08 MWh cost... making it one of the cheapest clean power sources in the game.

The actual lot is 4 tiles wide by a single tile deep... but it will occupy an area that is approx. 6x2 tiles in size. The model is designed to extend beyond the lot's boundaries and fit into the surrounding terrain to make the dam look as it if were actually built into the canyon walls.
This dam can not be plopped on level terrain. The terrain will need to be modified to accommodate it. However, the required terrain editing is  fairly simple and the readme file includes instructions and a pic of what the terrain should look like.

The Hydro Dam itself does not use any specific "above sea-level" ploppable water mod. It is designed to be used with any ploppable water mods you prefer to use and has been successfully tested with several of them. The ploppable water shown here is from the soon to be released new PEG PPond Kit which includes the custom water turbulence lots plopped at the bottom of the dam.
    * As the dam has no convenient road access, it does not currently provide any jobs. An optional,  small, auxiliary lot for the dam (with the jobs) is currently in development. This will be a small lot that you can plop near the dam that will provide employee parking and underground access to the dam.
** This lot has no dependencies.

  19. For years, the members of the National UFO Tracking Society (commonly referred to as N.U.T.S.) have been staking out the government's Area 51 in hopes of spotting some glimpse of the Alien Technology they firmly believe to be stashed away and often tested there. Of course, its all a ruse. Area 51 is just a front to keep all the freaks and crazies in one place where they can be monitored and rounded up if need be.
The real alien research and technology is, of course,at Area 52.
Hidden in plain sight... and literally right under the noses of the good folk living & working in the area. Area 52 has all the appearances of a common working farm... with common farming facilities & implements such as a farm house, barn, tractor, crop fields, electrified barb-wire fencing, billion candle-power security lighting, armed guards and numerous menacing black government-issue SUVs.
Initially, a few of the locals appeared to be a tad curious. So a large sign was erected explaining that the site was NOT an ultra top secret facility... and anyone entering the site would be shot. And that seemed to have cured any further curiosity.
By day... and from the front, Area 52 is an ordinary looking farm with a rustic charm that belies its real purpose. But in the dead of night while the locals slumber soundly and the night air is clear and calm.... an unearthly metamorphasis takes place that will curl your toes and straighten your hair.. Or straighten your toes and curl your hair. Results vary per individual. There have also been reports of nausuea, headache, dizzyness, diarhea, impotancy & rectal leakage.  But those are mostly from the Area 52 cafeteria... shortly after lunch.
Area 52 is a 6x4 Reward lot that is free to plop and even generates some income every month just like the game-default Area 51 reward. But unlike Area 51, Area 52 is not conditional, not a crime magnet, does not make your Sims hate your guts, does not reduce the area to a caldron of bubbling toxic waste... and does not suck the power and water out of your city.  Area 52 is a much more "friendly"  scary government facility.
Beyond the nightly mojo on the surface of the lot, there is of course the vast facility that lies underneath. The lot must be plopped on the edge of your city in order to see the underground complex. In fact, if the lot is not plopped on the city edge, it will be sealed off both from view and a viable air supply. Everyone in it will sufficate and die a most unpleasant painfull death. So for God's sake... plop it right!!
The lot also features a custom query and rotating/random occasional sound effects that can be heard throughout the city. Despite efforts to maintain secrecy, its sorta hard to conceal a sonic boom.
** This lot requires the following dependencies:

    MTP SUPER PACK
    PEG Security Fencing Kit

  20. The Corner Starbucks is a rendition of a typical Starbucks Coffee shop. Of course, we made it a corner lot so you can simulate the real world... and put one on every freakin' corner. The package contains both a growable & ploppable version.

    * This is the generic, non-theme related version of the lot designed for use in any type of city. It uses only game-default props and textures... and accordingly has no external dependencies. A MTP & CDK-Seaport Village version will be forth coming.

The lots are 2x2 CS$$ and will develop in all densities. The growable & ploppable versions have different lot designs... but they both share the same properties and values.

The growable version comes in 4 separate files, with each file containing a version for separate Growth Stages 1-4. This will allow the player to better control when and how often these lots will develop by simply removing any of the 4 stage files. Corner lots are notoriously shy about developing, so this duplication for each stage is intended to increase the odds that they will develop. If you find that they start appearing too often, simply remove 1 or 2 of the separate stage files.

    * The 2x2 RCI CS$$ ploppable version can be found in your Landmarks menu. This version uses a different lot design but is still intended for plopping on corners. This could be very useful when you can't get a growable version to develop precisely where you want one. The ploppable version is also in a separate file and can be removed in not wanted.
** This lot has no dependencies.

  21. This mod is an alternative to the game's default commercial Car Cluster prop that we see on virtually every parking lot of every lot in the game. This mod does not replace the game's props.... and in that sense, its actually more of a dependency file than a mod. But its mod-"ish"... so we're calling it one for marketing purposes because dependencies are a bore but mods are Ubber-Cool!!
This new Car Cluster prop will be used in all future PEG lots... where appropriate. And it can be used to develop your own lots and by other lot developers who would like a bit more realism on their lots.
Things I Don't Like About the Game's Car Cluster Prop:
    1. The car models are pretty bland. (Old Now!)
    2. The cars are under-scale.
    3. Generally too sparse - not enough cars.
    4. 8 to 5... then POOF!  Nothing. Empty lot for the next 15 hours.
Things I Do Like About the This Car Cluster Prop:
    1. The cars are more detailed with a variety of unique and classic cars tossed in.
    2. The cars are slightly larger to better match the scale of people props and properly scaled structures.
    3. Engineered to keep the parking lots fuller... longer.
    4. At the end of the day, they usually leave one or two cars behind to represent that occasional dead battery or the guy working late to kiss ass for that raise.
    5. Cars not parked by robots. The cars are not perfectly aligned and some are parked off-center & slightly angled... as we see far too often in the real world.
    6. Its expandable. New add-on clusters can easily be added for even greater variety.
    * The main motivation for this was to increase the scale of the cars so they wouldn't make structures and other props appear too large in comparison. Really large buildings need to be scaled down... and for those, the game default cars are a good fit. But when parked next to a smaller building or anywhere near people props, they look like little clown cars and make everything else appear over-scaled.

  22. This Mayor Mode Mod puts the game's Construction Site props at your disposal... anywhere you want them. They are small... and basically not very spectacular... but they go with the set & can be used to make your own construction sites or just fill in an empty spot in need of something construction-ish..
There are 9 props in total. The really small props, such as the traffic cones, which can't actually be seen by anything smaller than the Jumbotron at the local stadium... have been excluded. Also not included is the small cement mixer... which is actually large enough to be seen... but so poorly done that if the hover query didn't state that it was supposed to be cement mixer... we'd never have guessed.
Like the other PEG Mayor Mode Mods, these appear as a single icon in the Mayor Mode Flora menu. They are "click-cycle" props meaning that after you plop the first one, you can click on it again to cycle through the rest of the series. You can also hold down the mouse button and scroll around... literally painting your terrain with construction props just as you would with the God Mode Tree brush.
    * The cycling effect is not repetitive. Once you have cycled to the last item, additional clicks will have no effect.

** This file has no dependencies.

  23. This  Mayor Mode Mod  puts the game's Construction Equipment right at your fingertips. Literally!!  Now you can plop that heavy equiptment wherever you like... and even make your own construction sites without using the Lot Editor. No cost... no muss... just click and construct.
Like the other PEG Mayor Mode Mods, these appear as a single icon in the Mayor Mode Flora menu. They are "click-cycle" props meaning that after you plop the first one, you can click on it again to cycle through the rest of the series. You can also hold down the mouse button and scroll around... literally painting your terrain with construction vehicles just as you would with the God Mode Tree brush.
The game only has 4 such vehicles... so I tossed in the game's forklift as well. At least, it the same color.
    * The cycling effect is not repetitive. Once you have cycled to the last item, additional clicks will have no effect.

  24. Please Note: This is another Snow Mod related upload.

Also Note: This mod can be used with any Snow Mod as it does not affect any snow textures.
For use with the PEG Snow Mod, this patch file allows you to de-flower your cities. The patch file simply removes certain flora props that normally wouldn't appear in a snow covered scene. Don't worry... your lots and cities are not affected in any way. The props are still there. They just won't show... in the snow.
Specifically, this patch hides all flower props that just look out of place in the snow.  It also conceals several of the smaller bush/brush props that would be covered up by the snow. All palm trees are replaced with pine trees... and the scrub brush that appears at higher elevations when you plant God Mode trees is also hidden.
Just like the Snow Mod, when you are ready for springtime once again, just remove the mod and everything in the game returns to normal. By default, this mod is installed to the same folder as the Snow Mod, so simply moving that one folder out of your Plugins will uninstall all related Snow mods.

** This mod has no dependencies and is designed for use with the PEG Snow Mod.

  25. Please Note: This is an old mod that has somehow disappeared from the STEX... although the several add-ons for it are still here. The new MTP Snow Tree Mod is in beta. It will be released shortly and it wouldn't have been very useful if you couldn't have snow under the snow covered trees.

** A new collective Snow Mod is also under development.

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow... This is the first of several mods that will turn your normal temperate climate cities into beautiful, snow-covered Winter Wonderlands. Like similar artic or snow mods before it, this mod changes all terrain at all elevations into snow-covered terrain. It also replaces all of the game's default lot textures into matching snow.

This is the primary mod of the collection. Others will soon follow that will complete the winter theme. Included in this mod are new textures for the terrain & replacements for all game default lot base and overlay textures... excluding hard surfaces such as concrete and asphalt which are used for walkways and parking lots, etc. The mod also includes a new texture set for the streets to insure that the snow extends all the way up to the street so no sidewalks or grassy areas will show.
Highly recommended for use with this mod are the Swamper77 Street and Road Sidewalk Mod and the Sidewalk Avenue Mod . These mods, when used with the Snow Mod, will allow the snow to cover all sidewalks and grassy areas along the roads & avenue so that the snow covers all the way to the asphalt.
These are great mods that you may wish to keep installed all of the time. However, all that is required to enhance the snow mod is the RoadsNoGrass.dat file from the Street & Road Sidewalk mod... and the Uni-Density Avenues.dat file from the Sidewalk Avenue Mod.
You may choose to install only these two files in the Snow Mod folder so all snow-related mods can be easily uninstalled at anytime by simply removing the Snow Mod folder from your Plugins folder.
Some of the other mods in this Snow Mod collection include:
The PEG Snow Mod - MTP Patch... which replaces all custom MTP textures with matching snow textures. This allows all the MTP lots to blend ion with the snowy terrain.
The PEG Snow Mod - Seasonal Tree Patch... which is a small file that forces the seasonal trees to remain leafless and "wintry" all year long... or as long as the mod is installed.
The PEG Snow Mod - Pine Tree Patch... which covers all the PEG Pine Trees with snow to match the winter wonderland. It also works with the PEG God & Mayor Mode Pine Trees as well.
** All Snow Mods are automatic and require no in-game changes to your cities. Once installed, everything will change instantly & automatically. Once removed, your cities will fully revert back to their sunny selves with no trace of snow or other effects from any of the mods.
Like other snow mods, these terrain changes are year round. You can easily change back to normal terrain at any time just by uninstalling the mod. No lots are ever changed in any way. These mods can not be used with any other terrain mods. However, they are fully compatible with any PEG Rock mod or any water color/texture mod.

** This mod has no dependencies. **
