    This mod allows you to plop the large ambulance bay from the hospital as a module for the clinic. It will plop on the road as the clinic ambulance bay already does.
     
    I may create a video for this mod, although I don't know if it will be necessary.
     
    How to install:
     
    1. Unzip the file after downloading.
    2. Copy and paste the .package file into C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games/SimCity/SimCityData.

  5. Introduction
     
    NoCarsForLowWealth modifies the Sim and SimCar packages and sets the number of possible sims for a Low wealth and Medium wealth vehicle to be 0 - meaning that driving is no longer an option for low wealth and medium wealth sims.  They will be forced to walk, or use the tremendously hideously broken public transport system to get to their place of work.
     
    While possible to also make High wealth sims to not take their cars, I've found through experience that this makes the game unplayable, since the sims are just too stupid to find a place to work, and you cause more problems than you solve.  Fortunately, High wealth sims aren't as many as low wealth or medium wealth sims, so having their cars on the road won't be an issue.
     
    To make this work effectively, be sure to build a bus depot close to the residential zone so that it will function, and then be able to bus sims to other parts of your city, to provide workers for your far away places like the sewage plants and garbage dumps.
     
    I've tested this mod with a population of over 600,000 with no gridlock issues.  Pictured above is a low wealth sprawl both low density - and later, high density - and as you can see the only vehicles driving around are school busses and shuttle busses - no cars :D
     
    This mod is for offline only. Attempting to use it online will cause rollbacks.
     
    Instructions
     
    Unzip the zip file, and place the Mods-Sim.package and Mods-SimCar.package into your SimCity\SimCityUserData\Packages folder.  This mod depends on the SimCity-Scripts_287520926.package, which you can copy from SimCity\SimCityUserData\EcoGame to your SimCity\SimCityUserData\Packages folder.
     
    Restart/start your game (be sure your'e playing in offline mode first)
     
    Caveats
     
    Due to the game's Artificial Stupidity, you may will experience a fair amount of frustration watching the sims take the bus from bus stop A to bus stop B, only to walk back to bus stop A, never actually finding a place to work or shop.  You will have a lot of issues filling jobs, and you will have a lot of industries and shops close down due to lack of workers, despite there being more sims than jobs.  This is akin to the problem of segregating cities, and the "solution" to that is to provide both low and medium wealth sims, which seems to increase the chances of sufficient jobs being filled.
     
    The only industry which seems to fail almost all the time is petroleum, because so many workers are required for the refineries.
     
    Additionally, none of your great works will ever work, since it appears that to get workers to them they have to drive.

  11. This Mod removes perspective and DoF.  Make sure you don't have PMC (Camera Mode) selected in your settings  and game play options.  As this mode uses the default behaviors.
     
    You will not only be able to get higher quality close ups of your cities without depth of field getting in the way with perspective.  Icon creation for those getting into modding as well as those trying to make better screens and even movies may find this a much better way to create really impressive flyby's.
     
    Place this unzipped in your SimCity\SimCityData folder of your computer and make sure you again remove any other mods that may conflict with this mode.

    - Allows you to plop both patrol car lots anywhere (still as modules)
    - Allows you to plop twelve of each patrol car lot instead of four (now that there is room)
     
    NOTE: This mod is NOT a cheat. It is a trick to be used for the efficient distribution of police vehicles in your cities for the ultimate police coverage.
     
    RECOMMENDATION: Place these patrol car lots at the corners of intersections to ensure that the police cars will be able to get out.
     
    I've been working on this mod for a couple of weeks, and I'm glad to finally get it out.

  21. ok so after about 3 weeks.. here is my new mod this mod allows you to choose between 8 new planets and a new higher res moon. this mod replaces the moon in game and lets you have 1 of 8 plants to choose from
     
    i also included the suns so if anyone get them working then please let me know and use them 
    also would anyone like the bridge that i posted a pic with i have not had time to re-do it and the UV's are stuffed

  25. This will allow some of you to delete regional MAIN roads and freeways within the region to make modifications to your master cities.
     
    This is being put up by request.
     
    Thanks to the team for helping solve this little problem.  As always Everyone involved behind the scenes and in front deserve thanks for making everything possible.
    WARNING
     
    DO NOT
    D O   N O T 
    Delete huge sections of Original Regional Roads or you will crash your game due to hidden Paths and Units which must stay in place to make and keep the game functional.  THIS MOD IS FOR EXTREME USERS AND THOSE WHOM WISH TO PUSH THE LIMITS.  YOU MUST BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ANY REGIONAL DELETE TOOLS AS THEY WILL IMPACT OTHER ASPECTS PERIOD.  WATER SEWER AND ELECTRIC OR EVEN CARS AND VEHICLES THEMSELVES COULD STOP FLOWING IF THE SINKS ARE REMOVED.
     
    Use carefully as needed best results.
     
    You can create and separate your Roads into sections to create master or main loops with UDoN's and other approaches to shift traffic loads and create new directions as a result and open up useable land if needed
     
    But again is our team providing you with Rope to hang yourself if your not careful and do not listen to the warnings we give you.
