  1. Ebbets Field

Here is my second upload. This is Ebbets Field home of the Brooklyn Dodgers till 1957, or 1958 I can't remember off the top of my head. I did have to use some artistic creativity on this because I didn't notice the back side (behind the center field stands) dropped off until after I had added the lights and I didn't want to undo all of that work. I placed this in my game and it looks pretty good. I think it might not be tall enough again but if that is a problem for you just drop a comment on here and I will redo it. I didn't add any props again so please feel free to add what you want to to make it how you like it. I hope you like this.

  2. ITS Office Parks - CAMden Heights Offices

    KOSC presents: CAMden Heights Offices
This is the eighth set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. CAMden Heights is a nice mid-rise, nondescript office tower that serves its purpose as the centerpiece in suburban office parks. Or an eyesore among an entire district of generic buildings... yeah, might as well be.
    Package Overview
CAMden Heights Offices is a small collection of growables and a ploppable of Ill Tonkso’s Camden Heights Tower. There are two smaller lots are occupied by one tower each, both which boast relatively tame scenery. The centerpiece is the massive 10x10 complex featuring twin towers with an ample parking lot with garage, lush greenery, and a beautiful front plaza.
Included in the following package are a total of 3 lots: two CO$$ growables and one CO$$ ploppable. The ploppable one can be found in the landmarks menu near the top.
If you do need to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at KOSC ITS __buildingName__

  3. Harbor Clinic

Inspired by a rather imposing mid-century building on Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, Harbor Clinic operates as a large hospital in game.

This 6-floor building is substantial; its 100 meter street frontage is broken by a large blank entrance wall clad in marble tiles for its full height and makes for a striking streetscape addition in real life.

As it sits on a 7x4 lot, this is useful for urban and suburban areas.

It has an expanded coverage radius and high patient capacity and provides quite a number of civic jobs in all wealth categories.

    Patient Capacity: 12,250
    Monthly Cost: $4,200

  4. West Side Grounds

Hello, welcome to West Side Park. Home of the Chicago Cubs until they moved into Wrigley Field in the early 1900's. There were not many pictures of the actual stadium so this is more of a fictional ball park than anything real. This is how I imagined that park to look. The actual stadium was actually made out of almost nothing but wood, if you will notice, mine is made from brick. The reason for this is because I simply didn't have the proper textures. I am deployed so my options for the internet and getting textures are limited and this is more practice for me than anything. This will be going into my game but won't be used for very long.
I did not screw with anything as far as prop costs or anything like that mostly because I am taking baby steps and still learning a lot. I have built a couple more stadiums but this is my latest iteration. I will be uploading the other in the next couple of days.
Simply unzip into your plugins folder. I hope you enjoy. Feel free to leave me some advice or criticism.

  5. NDEX Urban Billboard Set

This is a set of stylishly-designed billboards inspired by the style of 'boards found in and around New York's Times Square.  There are 50 (updated from the original 19) billboards, and I decided instead of taking a bunch of requests from people for things I don't really want to see in a game, I'd include the gmax file and a complete tutorial for how to retexture and create your own billboard, and make it part of the prop families used on this lot, all without even opening the lot editor (you do need the Reader, though).  In addition, each existing prop is in its own DAT file, so you can delete ones you don't like (in case you aren't a DOA fan, for example).

  15. NDEX Flatbush Residence by Oneil

The Flatbush Residence is one of the greatest places for a sim to live a wonderful life. The cost is very much affordable making it a place where sims would love to live plus you get a very comfortable lifestyle while still not all so rich and fancy. The Flatbush Residence would make a great addition to any realistic looking city.

  16. Half-Timber Manor

A set of residential building mainly intended for rural and village environment. I have included in the pack one R$$$ Manor house (2 lots), two R$$ residence cottages (6 lots), one R$ small house (2 lots), one R$ town house (2 lots) and two IR farms (2 lots). Plus some stable and shed props to match the half-timber style. Expect the R$ town house, all lots are for low density and for early stages 1-2.
As before, the style is from British Isles, this time in period vaguely Tudor / Elizabethan. I have used my trusty Bilteezi railway model card kits as an inspiration. However, the buildings are adapted and I have used artistic freedom and using my modular approach, I have been able to do several different models from the same building block.
I have built these houses to be a bit more slope friendlier than my previous BATs. I still wouldn’t call the lots as slope friendly, but I have included custom foundations. With modest slopes, there shouldn’t be problems. I have a lot to learn and my trial with prop steps at front of the buildings did not work well.
    Nightlights are Maxis, render HD.
I have made two versions of the lots. One is very dependencies heavy with many HD props and textures. Other is with Maxis standard props and some commonly used prop packs. Please choose which version to use. The houses are same in both versions. Only lots and prop packs are different.
Version HTM_Propheavy is the one with HD props by Girafe, Historic Harbour and Vortext’s texture.
Version HTM_CPprops is a light weight version of the lots with CP’s trees, BSC textures and Swi21’s props.

  18. Sonic Drive-In

    Sonic Drive In

Edit: The LM version of this download is now transit enabled!

Sonic Drive-In is an American drive-in fast food restaraunt chain based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, complete with carhops who sometimes wear rollerskates. As of Aug 31. 2010, there were 3,500 restaraunts in forty-three U.S. states. Sonic serves about 3 million customers daily.

Surprise! I know I made no mention of this in my BAT thread, (although I leaked an image of it to the Chat room sometimes ago) but I wanted this one to be a STEX surprise, and for the time it took to make, I'm surprised just how well it came out.

My 8th BAT. Inside this download is a .SC4MODEL file, two folders that gives you a CS$ growwable version, and a LM ploppable version, along with two screenshots. The Landmark and Growwable have default settings, although the growwable does not require water to function. If you just want to use the Landmark version, delete the "CS$ Growwable" folder. Vice versa if you want just the growwable.

Just unzip or extract the folder and put it's contents into your plugin folder in the documents/simcity4/plugins directory, preferably all in a folder titled "Sonic" to be neat and tidy.

Just remove everything Sonic from your plugins folder and delete all instances of it from your city tiles.

  19. Jack In The Box

    Jack In The Box

Jack In The Box is an American fast-food restaurant founded by Robert O. Peterson in 1951 in San Diego, California, where it is still headquartered today. In total, the chain has 2,200 locations, primarily serving the West Coast of the United States. California is the state with the greatest number of outlets, followed by Texas, Arizona, Washington, Nevada, and the bi-state St. Louis metropolitan area. Since 2000, the company has also opened outlets in North Carolina and other Southern states. The company also operates the Qdoba Mexican Grill chain.

This was requested for me to bring the STEX a Jack In The Box, and since this design seemed simple, yet modern enough, I got interested. The pure model and reference image is included in the screenshots.

.zip contains a ploppable LM and growwable CS$ version. The ploppable Landmark IS Transit Enabled, and fits very well on a corner lot. Also being a 2x3 lot size, it's the smallest out of my 3 latest burger joints. So it'll be easier to fit in your cities. Growwable is the same lot size.

Unzip or extract the files and place them in your plugins folder. Ploppable will show up in LM menu, while the growwable will grow in the low density family.

Bulldoze all instances of your Jack In The Box in your cities and then remove the files from your plugins folder.

    Main Specs(LM):

  20. Taco Time

    Taco Time

Dedicated to my mother because of her long lasting love of the place.

"TacoTime is a quick-service restaurant chain offering a tasty variety of freshly-prepared, home style, Mexican fare. From humble beginnings in Eugene, Oregon back in 1959, the TacoTime Restaurant Chain has risen to dominate its position today as the quality leader in the Mexican Quick Service Restaurant franchise industry with 350+ locations in the United States, Canada, Curaçao and Kuwait."

This is a 90% recreation of an actual brand new Taco Time which exists in Western Washington State. The other 10% are design aspects which I couldn't replicate due to lack of knowledge of the building. Nevertheless this is a real life building and should look great within your urban and suburban settings.

I decided to keep this a personal project away from my BAT thread. I wanted to do this without critic during production so i can see how well i do by myself. I hope you all enjoy this! To my knowledge, this is the very first Taco Time to be uploaded to the STEX.

Open the .zip folder, and drag the folder "Taco Time" onto your desktop. Then open your Simcity4/Plugins folder, and drag the "Taco Time" folder into it.

Simply demolish all instances of the Taco Time in your city tiles, and then remove the entire "Taco Time" folder from your Plugins.

    Inside the folder "Taco Time" is as follows;

    -SC4Model File
    -LM Plop Version Folder
    -CS$ Grow Version Folder

You can choose to have either the LM Ploppable, or the CS$ Growwable, or both in your game. Just make sure to keep the SC4Model file where it is.

The LM Plop version is a 3x3 Landmark lot, and has all the default value settings, however only costs $100 to plop.

The CS$ Grow version is a Low Wealth Commercial Service lot that grows on a 3x3 plot of land, and has all the default value settings.

The LM Plop is Transit Enabled!

  21. Wendy's Restaraunt

    Wendy's Fast Food

Found in Anytown, USA Wendy's is an International Fast Food chain founded by Dave Thomas in 1969 in Columbus, Ohio. Wendy's is currently the third largest Burger chain, following McDonalds and Burger King, and takes pride in it's slogan, "Old Fashioned Hamburgers".

My 7th BAT, Wendy's is one of my local favorite Burger places. And since the STEX only had three Wendy's related BATs on it, I decided to give it a go and bring SimTropolis a modern suburban Wendy's restaraunt.

This download contains a single .SC4MODEL file, and two folders, a CS$ Growwable folder, and a LM Ploppable folder, each has a Lot and DESC file. The ploppable is non-functionable, and is included for those who just want a quickly placed aesthetically pleasing burger joint. However if you want jobs, a low wealth CS-$ version is included, which gives you 259 jobs. If you don't want to use one or the other, just remove the folder you wish not to use, from your plugins, and keep the rest. Both versions have been tested in game and are guaranteed to work properly. If they don't, or there's some problem, please state in the comments.

Once downloaded, unzip or extract the model file and folders, and place all three items in your plugins folder, preferably in a folder titled "Wendy's" so it's neat and tidy.

Just remove everything "Wendy's" related from your plugins, and you're set.

  22. City Hall Police Station V3.0

    City Hall Police Station V3.0

The City Hall Police Station is a recreation of the actual City Hall building in Sumner, Washington in the United States of America. Like it's name suggests, it's a city Hall and Police Station in one building. At first the building was the town hall alone, but over the years, several additions were made to the building to how it looks today. The actual building sits a block south of Main Street.

This is the second building I've recreated from the city of Sumner, Washington. In reality, this BAT, and my Sim Nation School District Office BAT, sit just a few blocks apart from each other. I've recreated this building to the best of my ability, however I claim this is not an exact replica or perfect scale of the original building.

The BAT is a functional police civic building.

Note: All police car replacement mods should work with the police cars on the lot, successfully changing them to the modded skin.

Just download and extract the files from the zipped folder, and then place the files in your SimCity4/Plugins folder for the building to appear in your game menu.

Bulldoze all instances of this BAT in all of your cities and then remove all files pertaining to this download from your plugins folder.

  23. Sim School District Office V3.0

Sim Nation School District Admin Office
    - - - -

The Sim Nation School District Admin Office is a recreation of the Sumner School District Office in East Pierce County of Washington state in the United States of America. The building is two stories and is the Administration building for the Sumner District Schools. 13 in all. The building itself can be found in Sumner, Washington, but the district schools can be found in both Sumner, and neighboring city of Bonney Lake.

A BIG FAT thank you to Glenni for helping me through nightlighting. Thanks to him, this is my first successfully nightlighted BAT for you all to enjoy in your night views!

Extract the folder "Sim School District Office" from the .zip download, and place it inside your simcity4/plugins folder. The BAT should now be found within your Education menu.

Bulldoze all instances of the BAT in all of your city tiles, and then remove all files pertaining to this download from your plugins folder. It is now out of your game.

  24. Mother Nature Plaza

    Mother Nature Plaza
It's another sunny day, you're walking down Central Avenue and you start to feel tired. Suddenly you round the corner and Mother Nature herself is standing before you in all her half-naked glory. Delighted, you find a bench and pop a squat to enjoy the day relaxing amidst downtown skyscrapers.

Do you like Plazas? Do you like Mother Nature? Do you just like large statues of women? Then this is the lot for you. Made to fill in those gaps where you just don't want to grow another Maxis office building, Mother Nature will gladly take up the space with her concrete base, designed to be the centerpiece of any city, (or town if you want). Sporting a nice Forest Green skirt, (and nothing else), she'll help remind your sims just how in tune with Nature they can be when relaxing under the sun on a nice cozy bench.

In slightly more seriousness, I'm glad I was finally able to BAT a plaza for once after ten or so uploads. This plaza will act like any other park in-game except for like, one or two stats i "tweaked". I'm not sure if I made the statue herself big enough, but I don't want it dominating it's surroundings. So I think this is a nice median.

Credit though goes elsewhere for the Female model. I take no credit for it's creation except for small changes such as retexturing, and abide by the source site's terms of use.

Once downloaded, extract the folder inside titled "Mother Nature Plaza", and place said folder inside your SimCity4/Plugins folder. It should now appear in your Parks Menu in-game.

Bulldoze all instances of the lot in your city tiles, quit the game, and then remove or delete all files relating to this download from your Plugins folder. It should now be completely removed from your game.

    Dependencies: None

    Hope you enjoy!

  25. Tina's Food & Drug

    Tina's Food and Drug

Tina's is a fictional supermarket rivaling Albertsons and Safeway. My inspiration actually came from a local Safeway near my residence. To add variety, I adjoined the supermarket to a mini strip mall, containing four other shops. This gives you a representation of what modern day American's shopping looks like.

Special thanks to Citiesxl2012 and deathtopumpkins for testing my BAT, since I did not have my game copy with me at the time of this release. Also thank you DTP for getting the screenshots!

Just download it to your desktop. Unzip the file, and place everything that was inside that .zip file into your simcity4/plugins folder. You'll find the ploppable in your Landmark menu, and the growwable should grow in low density zoning.

Pointed out to me by Xyloxadoria, there is a model file placed in both the Ploppable and Growwable folders.
